Great place to live and quiet location! All staff, especially maintenance, work hard to make sure living there is exceptional and they make you feel right at home. Pets love the area too!

Very clean, quiet apartments! The apartment is very well constructed with lovely hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. Love my time here! And the staff is very responsive and helpful in addressing our concerns. I feel very safe and comfortable here and would definitely recommend!

Excellent apartment complex. Apartments are kept in top working order. All new units. Very quiet complex.I did have some very minor touchups I needed on apartment upon moving in...some painting, fixing an oven light etc...and they fixed them right away and even gave me a gift certificate for the trouble. The neighborhood is also excellent. I recommend you give this complex a try.

These are really nice apartments that are pet friendly and quick return on maintenance requests. Spacious and open with nice balconies to sit on any time of the day. It was easy to communicate with our landlords and always have heard bad in a timely manner.

I have loved living at 48 Midtown! Being in Old Cloverdale is fun, and not to mention the apartments are walking distance from great restaurants. Everyone who lives in 48 Midtown has been super friendly. I have felt safe knowing there are security measures taken for the apartment complex. If I ever have any issues, maintenance is always quick to respond and fix the challenges in a timely manner. The apartments are very well laid out and designed. I have enjoyed calling 48 Midtown my home for 2 years and would recommend it for anyone looking for a place to live in Montgomery!

We have loved living in 48 Midtown. We love the convenience to the restaurants and the amenities are great. Friendly neighbors are a plus as well.

I don’t understand how anyone can leave a positive review of this property or Midtown row as it pertains to the staff. After calling for over a month, I NEVER received a call back for rental information! The staff never answers the phone or returns calls. I spoke with a resident on the property who informed me it took months before he got a response from the property about obtaining housing. The property may be beautiful; however, the professionalism of the staff is clearly lacking. There is even a young lady posting on their social media account regarding unanswered calls and they didn’t have the decency to respond to her. Truly pathetic And unacceptable professional behavior.

These apartments are super nice!! I highly recommend them. All of the staff at Midtown 48 are very easy to work with as well.
