DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! I have been out here going on a year next month and I turned in my 60 day notice. I pay $1100 plus in rent for a two bedroom two bath. The apartment itself is nice, I have a upgraded (wooden floors except in bedrooms, covered porch and fireplace),but they need to upgrade these white appliances. Initially when I moved out here, it was quiet, the property was well groomed and maintained, the maintenance team was phenomenal. That changed six months later DRASTICALLY. It started off with a break in at my apartment, I came home and my property was destroyed, the gates (both front and back) stayed broken constantly, I had a terrible leak from AC the new maintenance came in rushed me and took two days for it to be fixed and honestly would have stayed broken if I did not reach out to corporate (PEM real estate) I talked with Amanda Stewart who is the junior asset manager she was very nice and very aware of all the problems Central Park had. The garbage disposal is always broken so residents just lay it across the grass. The pool stayed closed the entire summer regardless of COVID or not. The gym is only available during hours of the office being in operation. Trash is everywhere on the property, they are allowing anybody to move in, it is noisy, and so much more. This is very disappointing to see this property go downhill and I can not wait to move out soon!

HORRIBLE!!!! Everything about this place is a facade. They put on a great front, however, after moving in they forget allll about you. Prior to moving in my apartment was a mess, dust was everywhere, the blinds were used blinds, and to top it off, the apartment was trashed and the people supposedly working on the apart(which they did not do correctly) was there until 8:02 pm. I had to move in the next day, which did not do any justice, because the apartment was still incomplete. The trash area is a mess. It is always full. The property manager calls it her trash, but does a horrible job of seeing to her trash being emptied weekly. Maintenance is very inexperience. The office staff provides nothing but excuses to why things arent fixed properly.If I could move right now without violating the lease I would! I wish I could get my money back.DO NOT MOVE HERE!If youre apart of their favorites, of course, your living experience here is probably great.

My experience was good in the beginning but the last few months have been horrible and its honestly not worth the amount of rent you pay. Amenities are closed or extremely limited. Currently waiting on an emergency maintenance guy bc my power is out and I need the breaker switch flipped its been over 3 hours and I still dont have power. Until they find a way to fix the issues they have right now I would not recommend at all.

They have done up the pool and the fitness rooms. They should pay attention to other areas like playarea, tennis courts. Garbage area needs some deep cleaning, I feel like I do not get my rents worth each time I go to drop off my trash.

Could not give this place no stars :( but hear is my rant. Horrible place that I am working on encouraging my Bro to leave. The place is VERY trashy once inside the gates (IF they work). The rent is crazy for the lack of care given to this place.

This is my first month staying here,Someone already tried busting my car window and now i have to get it fixed and all.Zero to No security in this apartments. They talk about locked gates and this and that. Its all a show.Also,There is only one designated trash area for over 300/400 units.Cant wait to move out.

Terrible place to live, I placed a work order this past Saturday and no assistance yet. I called this morning to follow up on work order and lady said she didnt even see order placed. Then gave me some lane excuse. My guest bedroom has water leak and room smell like mildew. Then theres a neighbor that party ever weekend all time of night. I dont mind the party but they be so loud it wakes me up. Its not worth the rent we pay.

I was in a rush to find somewhere nice, safe, and convenient and I was getting frustrated because I thought I had found the perfect place but ended up turning down the offer. So I happened to just pray and God led me to Central Park apartments I called and Miss T was very helpful and professional I got approved the very same day. Just walking into the leasing office I felt appreciated and valued. Ive read some of the reviews on here and you would be scared to lease here but get your OWN experience. My experience was phenomenal Im so excited I move in this coming week. Miss T was nothing but the BEST. Prior to me moving in I already suggest here for possible communities. You will not be disappointed!

Management is terrible, the rude lady with the glasses told me that I could put any size lightbulbs in the bathroom before moving out so I wouldnt be charged, I didnt find out that she was lying until I went to turn my key in and another lady told me that it had to be the exact same expensive bulbs. Every time I saw the lady with the glasses she was rude and would not pass my messages along. They failed to tell me (an ignorant college student at the time) about their rule to let them know that I plan on moving two months prior to the set move out date and I was stuck paying extra money that I did not have. I maxed out every card that I had and messed up my credit because of their money hungry attitude.

Trying to move out asap. Front office never answers there phone work orders do not get fulfilled. My ice machine and door has been broken since i moved on. Definitely over this place.

I would not recommend moving here because for the price it is very ghetto and unprofessional. The model is nothing like the apartment we received. The refrigerator is rusted, there’s a leak in our laundry room which they refuse to fix, and they towed my car while I was out of town because they were working on the parking lot. They charged me a fee for relocating my car even though I was not here to move it myself.

Quiet place with friendly neighbors. Front office was very helpful and quick to respond when contacted. Actually has a park. And a lot of great locations for jogging. Always seemed safe even at night. Probably would have stayed if price was a little lower. Nonetheless a great place to stay.

From the first tour to post-settling in, every employee treated us as family. Office personnel, maintenance workers, landscaping crew...all professional, helpful, and eager to assist in making us feel comfortable in our new surroundings.Thanks!

The new Management is disastrous, i dont know why they have cut all the trees in the community and they keep saying gated community but none of the gates work since from many months. There is no safety for vehicles one guy has experienced like stealing all four tires of his brand new car and one guy lost his bike in the community. There is no safety for children also, there is no CC cameras in community, We have given complaint so may times but they didnt took any action. If we give any complaint also they are not assist in time and they will come in hard timings. The new Management failed in all aspects. I dont want to give SINGLE STAR also.

Horrible place to live in. The gates have been broken since 2018 and no effort was made to fix them. And I dont understand why a maintenance man tries to give his advice when talking to the property manager. Is he the property managers assistant? They dont treat you well if you have anything to complaint about. As the gates are open 24x7 for anyone to come in, you dont even know who the resident is and whos the person coming from outside. If you want to live in a safe place then this community is NOT for you.

Really enjoyed living here UNTIL new management took over. So many unnecessary changes made to the complex, the place looks terrible with all of the trees cut and they took all the exercise equipment away and so on. Things just don’t seem the same anymore....like the old saying goes, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!”.

Paying 1000 dollars for 600 dollar service. My mom lived here 10 years ago and back then it was worth the price you had to pay to live here. The gates are stuck open meaning strangers are free to come whenever. Parking is horrendous when you have people who dont pay to live here taking the spots away from the other residents. I definitely wouldnt recommend anyone to live here until they fix the issue. Judging by the other reviews theyll try to get people to stay or move in so they wont lose tenants. They definitely have a problem and theyre not trying to fix it anytime soon.

I have had my car broken into multiple times, the gates RARELY ever work, and there are only two staff members that have GREAT customer service (Shelia and T). Keep looking elsewhere!!!

Central park apartment homes are one of the best apartments in America. I have been here for more than 10 months and never faced a problem. Jessica is a sweet person, she takes care of all the apartment needs and a go to person always. Amenities like kids park, Lake, pool, lawn and barbecue made me stick to the apartment even on holidays....So Rating 5 *****

After listening to pounding, banging to the point of lost sleep, a man beating a woman in the apartment above, people having sex in cars in front of the apartment, and loitering issues, I am done with these apartments. Do not live here if you want their falsely advertised quiet atmosphere. The apartment complex staff do not care how many times you complain because its not their problem. It is unsafe and not a place you want to live in. The gate also does not work, do let them tell you that lie.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I think I would rather live in a trailer park or something. This place is overpriced for what you get. You are paying to live in a gated community with a fitness center and a pool. In the year that I lived here, the gate was broken at least 9 of the months. When confronting management, I was told that it was the residents fault because people run into it. Not only is that false, they should still take responsibility. They will cut the water off with late notice and for 8 hours when saying it would only be 3 or 4. The fitness center has been unavailable for about 8 months because the office is in there due to renovations we were not told about. When we informed them we would be moving out, they said the fitness center would be finished the first week in April. It is the end of May and it is still not done. When you speak with the management, they are rude and nonchalant. The customer service is horrible. When speaking to the property manager, the, maintenance man interrupted my conversation with his 2 cents about what I was saying and the manager allowed it. When tuning in my keys, the staff was laughing and talking about me before I could even get out of the door. Unprofessional to say the least.

Any review before April 2018 is not the current environment after the new management moved in. They have the worst customer service, worse than McDonald’s. They blame you for anything and will not give any lead way on the 60 day move-out notice. Make sure you put those notices in on time because they will not hesitate to stick you to month by month rent. They give no letter or email prior to 60 days and will not notify you afterwards. They are nothing but “money grabbers” looking to collect whatever they can since there tenants are consistently moving out. They made many unnecessary changes (taking the Central Park bush theme away to add little trees) and still are reluctant on fixing the gate that has been broken for eight months. In fact, blame and claim their tenants are hitting and running into the box causing it to break. Property Manager very unprofessional and will get in attack mode quick. I was warned before coming and regret deciding here. The free one month is not worth it because of the $65 water bill.

In fact they never fixed it.]* Very very bad customer service[worse than McDonald].* Multiple ROBBERY in the property [When reported manager response: This happens every where we cant do anything]* No Tennis court [there is one place it looks like tennis court but if you walk close by you will notice. Tennis court has been converted to kids play ground]* Garbage Issue this is going on since 4 weeks as of this review date and broken pool gate.* They turn off the water supply when ever they wish with out giving any notice to residents.This place is in the hands of bad property management.This people are going to respond with we hope to speak with you directly to discuss your concerns in detail. MULTIPLE PEOPLE CONTACTED and there is no USE

I move there october 26 2016 in building 2413 apt 5 and in 11/26/2016 people broked into my house stole almost everything ( 2 TVs, computer, tablet, jewelry.........). In the morning I went to the office told them about so they can look at camera they said I need to wait for the camera guy to come and nothing happens that I called the next nothing I keep calling day to day after a month they told me that the camera wasnt working that day. To give a them a second chance I told them since I live by myself I need a apt in the front since one neighbor told that the appartment was busted twice because you can stell when you see the front door but I didnt thing it was that. They told that if I have to move in the front I will pay more and $350 for changing appartment I said let me wait until next year. One year after I move to building 2415 apt 4 but remember they have to give me my $250 deposit back because I cleaned up the appartment, they make me wait 3 months and then told me that they change management I need to call aronov they will give my deposit back after calling aronov they make me wait 1 more month and said they can do nothing I have to call the complex office tired of this disrespect I call sheila at the office told her I need to have the CEO number because yall been tripping with me and she talk to the new manager that told okay that on my next rent I can take the 250 off the money I said okay. In December 2018 after paying month to month I want to move to a house since I was 950 for a 3 bedrooms it was going to be more for next coming I did find a house for a 1000 after moving, I did pay someone $50 to fix all the holes clean the wall and I cleaned up the stove and changed the pans I bought new one at home depot clean up the fridge and by the time I finished it was almost I call they said I need to bring the key because its around 4:55 I needed to the sign paper so I didnt broomed the floor because of ruching to the office and I was my last day that was the only mistake I did. Now 5 months after I been asking for my deposit back they told that they cant give to me because I didnt clean the appartment didnt change the pans......they got pictures and I sure on all my 3 kids it was only the carpet I didnt vacuum. I just want people to know how unprofessional that were with me and sheila told me to go to small may because I am African and they think I know what is going on in this country. They dont know most of my African military peoples live in complex and we been talking about the problem the complex got. Thank you

New management is not great with customer service. You will be paying for amenities that are advertised to get you to sign a lease, but you will NEVER be able to use. Maintenance will come in your apartment without notice/intention. If you contact the office talk to Shelia, or you may get a new person with a poor attitude. I have lived here almost a year and I am looking for another place. The grounds used to be cleaned, but lately Ive been noticed lots of trash. Also, places near my apartment have become a hang-out spot for gangs of people late at night. Ive witnessed drug-usage near my apartment as well as a couple of fights. The gates have been broken for months so anyone can come in and out

I aggree with reviews below, It used to be nice before The new management, They cut down the trees and kept the gates open all the time, it really turned out to be a GHETTO with in last few months, someone tried to steal my motorcycle and they failed with bending my motorcycle’s handle bars, I complained no one give any response and after one month one of my buddies motorcycle got stolen,if you ride don’t come here even for visit, if they have responded in time and fix those gates it might not happened, and someone stole four tires of rental car I don’t know how they did it without a jack, so if you are with family and looking for safety it’s not your best bet!

Initially this community seemed to be really really amazing, trust me on this. However here is what happened with time, with new management they have cut down trees everywhere, closed the swimming pool (FYI- it’s been closed for like more than a year)..summers ended up being disasters. Now coming to the security, one of my colleagues joined this community because he trusted me, and apparently someone stole all 4 tyres of his rental car...like seriously dude have some curtosey don’t dump the car on the ground..It really amuses me how they left the car on the ground without any wheels on...now here is the most amazing apart about the new management, they were like we are really sorry..!! As if like we are greedy for their sympathy...like serious dude..!!! Things would have been in way more controlled situation if they took that instance seriously...!! Rite within a week, my roommates bike was attempted to be stolen..someone tired to break through the lock mechanism but fortunately or unfortunately they were only able to been mould the bikes frame but not wipe out the bike...and now like a couple of days back I just heard someone bikes just vanished from no where in the parking lot...these are the only instances that I am aware..who knows what else is happening here...just one suggestion...DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE..I myself am planning to move out..!! Worst management ever! For 2/3 of prize you can find better place to live. The exercise area is one of the worst I have seen. Nothing works there. Gates are usually open. Staff is very non cooperative.

I love this place.Great secerity although the gates may not work sometime but they find away to fix it.Great staff they are kind and nice to everybody.

The only reason I am giving this a 1 star, because I cant go lower. We been living here since Sep 2017. When we moved in, they promised to fix all items needing repair. Eyes on the stove dont work, Ice maker dont work, Refrigerator leaks something brown out of it. We cant find where its leaking from. When you open the refrigerator door the side bar falls off causing anything you have on the door to fall out. The ceiling fan in the bedroom and living room shake so bad you think they are going to fall out the ceiling. We cant even use them. Closet doors wont stay on track. I had to remove one because the track needs replacing. The broiler on the stove smokes when you use it causing the smoke detector to go off. Cant use it. We pay extra for the fireplace, but it dont work. Wont light. So much cold air comes into the stair way, that you have to run the heater for hours before the floor heats up. The stair way never heats up. My heating bill doubled even though we dont use the fireplace.To add injury to insult, we have reported these problems on numerous occasions via online maintenance report, face-to-face office visits, and phone calls. To no prevail, no one has made any type of attempt to address these repairs. I called the day before the coldest day in Montgomery for someone to light the fire place, but no one made any effort to come.Believe me, it will be worth spending $200-$300 more to live somewhere else. I will stop paying rent and place money in an escrow account until repairs are completed.

This is the most garbage house Ive ever lived in. Theres no heating in winter, no hot water to call the front desk, they are all playing around. Im not good at living now. Its a waste of my money to live here.

My appartment is not worthy for the rent I am paying. I got into a contract without knowing the prevailing rates. I am waiting for the contract to end.
