Management he super nice and cool. He willing to do whatever he can to make you happy. The new upgrade apartments are super nice and look like houses in the inside. Great place to move to right now!! Very nice

They do not fix anything on the work order but are quick to ask for there money trash is everywhere Mario the property manager is rude as can be I repeat don’t move here

WARNING!!!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT SIGN THE LEASE! They will steal your money and make you pay your rent again. Once you sign they got you. They Will not fix anything and do not take care of their tenets. According to google the apartments I are managed by Radius Properties. But there is no where to call corporate office to file a complaint with the staff at the leasing office. The website do work and the phone number is wrong. They used to be called eagle landing. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

Worst place to stay in. Roaches were horrible & the mold was even worst ! End up having to break my least because of the living condition !

Do not MOVE HERE!!!!!!! Maintenance is lazy, the office workers don’t care about your health, and take forever to get things fixed. They also have MOLD in there apartments that the maintenance comes and paint over when it becomes visible. They will tell you that the mold isn’t bad mold too. All MOLD IS BAD MOLD. I only been here 3 months and I’m forcing my lease to end NOW.

This property looks nice as you drive by but in reality its one of the worst places to live when it come to apartment life. Over half the units are vacant and out of order from damage and even some of the occupied ones have mold in them. The maintenance staff will not fix anything that you have an issue with and the leasing staff could care less about you as a renter. If you work and are unable to home 24/7 your home will get broke into. Most residents that are new have there house vandalized within the first 3 months. I understand everyone need a place to live but if you value your peace of mind and property I strongly suggest you consider another property. Do not fall victim to a one year lease and get stuck paying for a place that is not safe for you or your family. I made the mistake of living here and I would hate to see other hard working people do the same. If you dont believe any of the reviews just ask and police officer what they think about the property since they are always out there. Value your safety and wellbeing before signing a lease here.
