The team here at Arbor Station really welcomed me in during my transition to Montgomery. I was aided each step of the way to ensure I had a pleasant experience with the leasing office. I did catch them at peak time as many people are/were moving so I had to follow up with communication at times. Overall, the team took care of me and I am pleased with the final presentation of the apartment that I rented. Shout out to the whole team for their speedy accommodations.

Management is very nonchalant and doesnt care if things get fixed in your apartment. I recently had mold to appear in my bathroom on my ceiling and when I called the front desk they told me that maintenance was going to come and fix it. It took them 2 weeks to come and fix mold in my apartment. After they came out and fixed it the first time, the mold reappeared on my ceiling 2 weeks after. This time maintenance took 3 weeks to come back out to fix it. Now, the mold is back on my ceiling AGAIN. I sent management videos and pictures of the mold and they still didnt do anything about it. I kept calling them to see what was going on and why was it taking so long to come and fix the mold. I spoke with the assistant manager Jason Felder and he was very unprofessional. He told me it was nothing they could do about it. He didnt care if it got fixed or not. The property manager Stacey Jointer was also rude. They wasnt concerned and didnt care about mold appearing in my bathroom; knowing that I can get sick from mold. I couldnt take a shower for 2 weeks in my apartment, therefore I had to go to my parents house and shower. I then called the Health Department to inform them about my situation.I DONT RECOMMEND STAYING AT ARBOR STATION!!! MY LEASE IS UP IN JANUARY AND I AM NOT RENEWING IT!! I HAVE 4 MONTHS LEFT AND I CANT WAIT TO MOVE.

Moving from out of state is already stressful, trying to find an apartment site unseen only adds to the stress. Arbor Station Staff made finding my new home so easy! They were friendly, exceedingly helpful and so understanding with all my questions and numerous phone calls. I could not have found a better place to call home had I done it in person, this place is beautiful and the staff is amazing!

They do not fix things in the apartment. Even if you fill out the maintenance request form nobody come look at it or anything. I have lived here for 4 months now and my freezer still isn’t working. Called multiple times, even talked to the maintenance man face to face. Other than that good location, nice community, and convenient location.

Been here almost three years and still have items need repairing. Never solve problems with neighbors, courtesy officer wont answer calls or never does anything about reported issues, work orders go unanswered, no one communicates, slow repairs, replaces broken appliances with old worn out appliances. I lived in arbor station about a year and it was a rocky in the beginning with the Staff but they have some what of a new manager Carmen I love her she has helped me out in more then one way and also love Jason as well . I also appreciate the maintenance guys For coming back to work after hours in order to let me in my apartment when I locked myself out

Arbor Station is horrible and I will make sure my daughter doesn’t renew her lease with them. She’s been putting work orders in since March and still haven’t been taken care of. You talk to the lady at the desk and she writes your request down and it never gets done. You go there and request the work order it doesn’t get done. You talk to Jason and it doesn’t get done. So why am I paying that much money for her to stay there if you can’t get simple work orders done? I promise I have all of her documentation on placing maintenance orders and also every visit she done personally and through phone call and someone is going to own up to this nonsense... I do not recommend this place at all they’re too busy on trying to renovate the rent office and new apartments that they forget about the other residents, but they don’t mind receiving your rent payments quickly

My overall experience was pretty good. The apartment was clean and spacious. I loved the fact that it came with a washer and dryer that saved me so much money. The complex is located in a great area very quite neighborhood. However, the staff was a little rude. Other than that it was a great experience.

Arbor Station Apartment Homes was a great choice for me!!!!! Communities have flaws and so do people, however I must say that that every problem that existed while I lived there was handled in an ample amount of time. I was always told, you treat people the way that you want to be treated and I must say that I was always treated with respect from the community manager Carmen Knight and her staff there. They were very informative about changes or updates being made in the community through email or distributed flyers in the community. My apartment was very cozy, I never had an issue with common pests or rodents. They also performed random inspections to make sure evertything was in compliance and up to code. As far as appearance, the apartment community does their job in making sure the community is clean and welcoming with flowers and shaded trees, however when you move residents in who throw trash into the street or overload the trash receptacle with items that should not be in there, it brings down the beautification of the neighborhood. Grown people who know better, do better. Therefore start charging them fees or do an apartment wide cleanup day on Saturday. Encourage them to take more pride in their community and for that to happen, they must be or get involved. I would also recommend parking fees and or assigned parking for residents and to reinforce the noise ordinance after 10:00pm rule. One thing that stands out are the neighborhood cats! They do not bother you, however it is nice to see how the manager not only ensures that her residents are taken care of but provides a place for the cats to receive food and water. I enjoyed myself here! My family enjoyed themselves here! Thanks Ms. Carmen and your wonderful staff at Arbor Station Apartment Homes for ALL OF YOUR HELP and for making our stay while there a pleasant and peaceful one!!!! We had an enjoyable time there, created lasting memories, and met some awesome people! We will definitely miss all of you and will see you all again really soon!!!😘

Literally the worse place I’ve ever stayed. Maintenance is terrible and nothing gets fixed in a timely manner. The office definitely steals so keep up with anything you give them. The entire staff is rude and unhelpful. I can’t think of one positive thing to say about these apartments.Wouldn’t recommend even if you are homeless.

I cant say much for the new staff: I moved out when they moved in.However...the old staff, and were talking only a few months ago, didnt do ANYTHING!We had constant air conditioner, bug, noise, parking, neighbor, staff, and plumbing problems. And to make it worse...they never fixed anything--only minor, Band-Aid cover-ups. Nothing else.John, the maintenance man, and supervisor, deserves a raise. He was the only--ONLY--person sympathetic to our problems, and even he, with all of expert knowledge, couldnt do everything, due to his incompetent helpers.Ah...the list goes one. How much more do you need? This was a 2-year nightmare of the most defunct, half-assed attempt at maintaining a business Ive ever seen, or probably ever will again.Horror station...that doesnt even begin the problem youll have.Run.Very, very fast.

Seems like you irritate staff when you call with a problem as if you dont pay rent on time so the same smile you receive when you are coming in to get info about move in wont be the same once you sign and the front appearance is more up to standard than apts in the back apts around rent office are better kept in outside appearance ..staff needs coaching I dont care how many calls you receive a day everyone should be answered the same ‼️‼️‼️ I could be just as irritated about paying rent but that is not a valid reason not to pay .. ( If you only have to is the only recommendation I have). First and last year additional stars was a mistake ( BUGS NO PARKING STILL NOT PROPERLY CLEANED WHEN YOU MOVE IN NEVER ADDRESS ISSUES FROM MOVE IN WALK THROUGH HAVE TO CALL 2-3 TIMES TO GET THINGS DONE AND THE LIST CAN GO ON ) I REGRET MOVING HERE‼️

Everything in the gym is broken, reported it to the staff and they did nothing to correct it.. it has been 8 mths now and counting. The car care area, dont make me laugh. Its a fake vacuum machine and you only realize that when you pull up to clean your car. They do have a hose but the water comes intermittently. The breeze way collapsed on one apartment hospitalizing several occupants late 2012...at least now they are trying to fix it,,,, overall -D. The staff is rude as heck.

I moved in this apartment complex in December of 2012, when Rasheena and another young lady was in the office. Since then, I have seen multiple faces to come in but not really able to assist as thorough as I would like. Lack of knowledge is a sure thing that infuriates me and I have experienced this the most the last few months of being here.Speaking of faces, the maintenance men’s faces have changed greatly. I met a guy named Q, who was the sweetest guy to help in this complex. He, I believe, was ran off by older faces that remain in the complex as “workers” but don’t do much work really.Rasheena does a great job with providing me information, and I thank her. She deserves someone who is willing to learn more and be a representation of this apartment complex and not always wanting to speak to just her. She also deserves a worker that will come to work on time, as I met a newer resident who was moving in and had no one to help him with getting his keys or info.I have also referred people over here to stay and they have had the WORSE experience over here. My friend’s apartment had a bad leak( she stays on the bottom floor) and was told she would have to allow the walls to dry BEFORE work could be done. No moving her to another apartment to ease the issue for her or HER HEALTH. The complex has new “investors “ that came in and half-way fixed some buildings and left most of the debris from the trees and bushes that needed to be cut just where they cut it. I have a neighbor that recently moved and while speaking to her she expressed she had asked for the bushes in the fron her apartment to be cut down. That never happened and for that the community loses a great person. So, it’s not all bad but definitely IMPROVEMENT can be used. I’ve offered to apply for a position and offered my services to clean up, and also look into employment opportunities. All of which I have heard nothing from the property manager on.The community isn’t bad by any means, but the interactions you get will destroy your image of here. The people that work on this office I believe may be great, but first impressions make the lasting impression if you would want someone to stay.

If I could give this complex a negative rating I would. This complex is completely a joke. The office staff always act as if they dont know what is going on when stuff goes down. I have had to contact the management company about 5 times. My fridge went out about three times. Each time spoiling my food. They told me to file it on my renters insurance which did not cover food. It took my 3 months to be reimbursed for it which they told me I would receive a $150 check. Needless to say, I never got it and demanded they take it off of my rent. Dont move here. Youre better off living in a box. There are shootings that occur and the staff act as if they dont know anything about it. They do nothing for safety of the complex at all. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

I HATE IT!They get you with all of the stuff the apartment comes with. Stove, fridge with ice maker, fireplace, washer and dryer in every unit, ceiling fans, dishwasher, microwave. But this is what they dont tell you. They dont tell you that you will have to buy renters insurance and keep up the payments yourself. When i came out to see about getting an apartment they chose to keep that part a secret. They charge you a 100 dollar admin fee plus 50 bucks each person thats also going to be on the lease. ITS NON-REFUNDABLE. They say its a 300 security deposit based on whether you have great credit or not. And here is the catch to that....(they will go and find the person with the lowest credit score and base a decision for the entire household as a way to charge you MORE IN RENT AND DEPOSIT)...And if you dont have great credit then you could get charged the first months rent as your deposit as well as your normal rent. 1 bedroom( on special) starts at 629. So if you have not so great credit then you could be looking at paying 629 twice plus the admin fee plus the 50 bucks per person thats also on the application with you. So if you have yourself and a child thats 100 for you and your child then the admin fee which makes 200. Then if your credit is not great then you pay 629 deposit and 629 again for first month rent . they dont do 6 month leases at all. All leases are for 12 or 13 months to trap you there with them for an entire year. Thats really steep and a lot of red tape for a place whose fitness center is not open nor the pool.No clubhouse. No pond or anything out front. Just a vacuum to clean out your car and whats suppose to be a playground. Some people have to park their cars on the side of the road. And not to meantion all of the horrible reviews left by others. The leasing agent rasheena seems to have an attitude thats not very welcoming or friendly. I mean I dont know why because i have never seen or met this lady before a day in my life except me coming in asking for details about an apartment. And I dont know why she would have such an attitude about that because leasing agent is HER JOB thats what gets paid to do. Her job is to answer all of my questions, take me on a tour of an example apartment etc. And when she did take us on tour she spent most of her time and attention mostly talking to a different group of people who was also interested in an apartment leaving me to wonder around on my own instead of talking to us all as a group. Some info was left out and not mentioned until i got the approval letter with conditions stating you gotta do this this this and that. I had my doubts about this place because of all of the bad reviews that was left behind by others. And i was right. Im just glad i have not signed a lease yet. SO IM NOT TRAPPED THANK GOD! I only did an application. So there is still time to back out and im going to do just that. I know much more better places that dont have such red tape, super high prices, bad attitude staff members, and hidden information...I suggest you take my advice and DONT MOVE HERE! DONT EVEN CONSIDER INQUIRIES! and to all of the people who currently live there GET OUT quick. Because with the way this place is being handled its just a matter of time before all hell breaks loose.

This Apartment complex is a joke. Literally the worst place anyone could ever live. The staff are unhelpful and couldnt care less. The maintenance is pretty much non existent. My daughter rents there and I visit her often. The staff is some of the most unprofessional and rude ppl Ive had the pleasure of dealing with. My daughters dryer has been out for a while, her washer doesnt wash worth nothing, yet when she calls, the ppl in the office treats her like she pays $1 a month or something and even if, everyone deserves respect!!! For what the rents cost, youd think they would hire caring professional employees yet they dont & havent! I plan on writing the papers every week for the next few months and let ppl know that this isnt a good place to live if youre looking for professionalism and care!

Ive been looking on/off for a nice apartment resident. I actually know some people that lives out there who stated some negative things about Arbor Station such as bugs problems especially lizards ! Most ppl are afraid of lizards. Ive also heard that advertise having a pool but the pool stays out of order the whole summer. Plus the residents have to pay money to have access to the pool, which if you pay rent there it should be free to all the resident. I dont understand if the residents are complaining about pests, why not cut down the bushes thats near the apartments smh! Ive also heard & read about people hanging out in the parkig lot keeping up noise pass 10:00. I like the specials they run & I was looking forward to moving there.but if im gonna pay out $500-600+ A month i would expect a more professional staff & living area. Reading these reviews have change my mind on moving there! Ive once met the staff in the front office & they seemd nice. But anybody can play it cool til u sign those papers! Until they can improve i wouldnt advise anybody to move here either! Might as well pay an extra $50-60 on rent & live elsewhere . A place where the staff treat you with respect & is more concern with your needs ! A more upscale complex! In person Ive seen the whole complex needs an uplift especially with the painting .

There arent any working amenities. Pool has ducks swimming in it, jacuzzi never works, maintenance work delayed, car care area is a hose, dumpster always has garbage overflowing, etc.I have lived here for 3 months so far and have already called 911 twice. Once due to a lurker looking into my apartment window and another time because maintenance failed to properly fix my washer and due to poor wiring issues, something burned and smoke filled my whole living area. The firefighters told maintenance to resolve the issue that night but they left when the firefighters left. I sent 2 reminder calls the following day to be told that they cannot enter my apartment due to my unleashed pet, though it was not a problem the previous day.I was blinded by the cheap rent and in-unit W/D and close location to the park but I will not be renewing my lease. I cant respect ignorant staff who are condescending towards my parent due to her lack of English skills and their discourteous attitude towards residents with pertinent complaints.

The office staff is so terrible at answering the phone, putting in work orders, VERY BAD ATTITUDES. They could care less about what happens with appliances in the units, it seems to me that they really dont care because its not them that have to go through these issues. They have immediate access to the maintenance workers, so whatever they nerd fixed in their apartment would most likely get fixed the same day, as where the other people that stay out here have to wait days. The corporate office NEVER responds to any complaints as well as the property manager or the office staff, its like you have to constantly call to try to get anything done. I was told I couldnt move into another building or get my carpets cleaned because they was a BUDGET, its always something with this apartment complex and there is no need for the staff to respond to this message because I know you would be doing it to fool anybody that reads this review. The office staff needs to be replaced, they finally got rid of Olivia, she was a rude old something and they could care less. I even contacted corporate about her and they didnt contact me nor did the office staff. If you stay out here and youre dealing with a problem that they seem to not want to come and fix, take my advice contact the HEALTH DEPARTMENT, Im pretty sure this complex isnt up to code on a lot of things. DONT MOVE OUT HERE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO CONSTANTLY CALL THE OFFICE ABOUT HAVING THINGS FIXED

Completely rude staff. Pool was frequently dirty and hot tub never worked. Pet friendly policy results in them blindly threatening everyone for pet waste problems despite specific complaints. Initial walk trough issues never get addressed, and maintenance shows up infrequently and on their own schedule (sometimes walking in first thing in the AM.) A balcony fell while we were living there injuring several people. Walkway that cuts through to ASF is in terrible repair and dangerous. No contingencies for military PCS or contract change related moves, and once youve left they will keep your security deposit as well as charge you for nonexistent repairs and cleaning (as well as not returning phone calls and returning registered mail.) I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, ever.
