I visited my girlfriend here and it was roach infested. The dumpster was full always. They’re is also a homeless white couple that litters and undress behind the same dumpster that’s always full. This place has turned to the hood . It use to be nice the rent is not worth what you have to deal with. Nasty living . Unsafe conditions. Very Shady neighborhood

Nice apartment complex, visiting my brother.

This is the worse place to live my gf and I had to sit under a hot ac for weeks in the summer . I would not recommend living here to nobody . The maintenance man are so lazy they never want to do the job

I have been a resident here for about a year now and I am pleased with my apartment experience. Its not perfect, but what complex is. There are some things that could use some improving and a bit of a facelift, but overall, I think these apartments are fairly decent. The only downside is they are a bit small. The office staff are very pleasant and helpful. The groundsmen and maintenance team are efficient and knowledgeable on how to repair things properly. The location is super and the area is safe. I did my homework and researched every apartment in Montgomery and this is where I was led. My family and I are happy living here.

The overall experience is nice. the area I live in is quiet and friendly. very clean. Ive only been here two months and noticed a lot. The management staff seems friendly at the beginning but are not helpful. Maintenance are nice. apartments are clean but needs to be updated .

Had the worst experience ever! They told me I was not approved due to some issues(credit) ok did not worry about the apartment any further. One of the agents continued to contact me and push the issue further. All of a sudden Im approved I need to pay my security deposit within 48 hrs. No problem. I was shown a beautiful model of what the apartment was going to look like-then wham! The real apartment has paint, and trash everywhere! She politely tells me how the pro-rated fee she quoted she was going to credit on my account. Mind you I have stayed up all night packing and getting prepared to clean the apartment I was approved for when she lets me know that the cleaning crew is coming tomorrow and that I cannot move in to the apartment until the following day! Don’t waste your time and money on these apartments thinking you are going to get anything nice...

Not a good place to live. There is always trash in the parking lot and in the grass. I don’t know why they went up on the price of the rent recently. The quality of the apartments are not worth the amount you pay.

The staff in the rent office lies about getting things fixed. The maintenance crew is sorry and does not know how to do their job. Ive been having issues with my Ac/ heater for months now. The maintenance guys are always trying to cover an issue that needs to be fixed with a bandaid instead of actually fixing it. The maintenance guys kept saying in order for it to get hot I would have to turn the thermostat to 85° or higher. The rent office finally decided to get a contractor out here after I had to contact corporate about the heater. The contractor discovered that there is a severe leak of antifreeze (which is leaking from a wire/pipe that is inside the brick wall) and the wall would have to be partially broken down to fix the issue. Not to mention the wiring was all screwed up, from the maintenance guys trying to rig things up just to say it was fixed when in actuality it never was. In November (1 week before Thanksgiving), i was told they were purchasing some portable heaters for us and going to bring them by, and as of today (Jan. 9, 2019), Im still waiting on the heaters. It has caused the power bill to go up. For the past few weeks, weve been asking when is the heater going to get fixed, and the rent office says sarcastically theyre waiting on a part to come in. As of 2 days ago, I was told they are waiting to hear from the contractor to get an estimate on how much it will be to get it fixed. The only thing the rent office offered was to take the amount off of next months rent and this was after I called corporate again (2 days ago). On yesterday one of the maintenance guys came to so call fix the heater. This is the same maintenance guy that said the thermostat needs to be set on 85° for the heater to work. When he got done screwing the thermostat back on the wall and acting like he was actually doing something, I asked him was it fixed. He said it was. I asked was the issue outside fixed as well, he said he took the whole thing out so that it wouldnt have to be fixed. About 20 minutes later, I called the rent office. I was told that the contractor came out and did what he had to do and that they found another way to fix the heater without having to tear the wall up. As of last night, when I turned the heater on 75° there was cold air blowing out. I had to eventually turn it on 85° just for the apt to get warm, then I turned the thermostat completely off. This morning, same thing but i had to turn it up to 87° because it was blowing out cool air on 85°. This morning, spoke with the contractor and he said he didnt come out here at all on yesterday and that he only received a call from the rent office on yesterday asking about an estimate to fix the issue about the heater. Obviously the rent office is trying to take short cuts on fixing the problem and theyre lying to corporate as well because when I spoke with corporate this morning, they told me that they were told by the rent office that the heater was fixed. I am very unsatisfied and am looking to take the next steps. I would never recommend this place for my family or friends to reside.

A lot of break ins go on here ..I was here only two months and my apt got broken into and I still got to pay money to get out my lease .so please do not let the neighborhood fool you. You think its quiet but its not .the neighbors will be watching you so they can break in .

My ac unit went out. It took someone 2 days to put a window unit in...24 hrs maintains does not return your phone call. They finally fixed it after 5 days then it went out the next day. I have been calling the 24 hrs maintains line every hr and wont no one call me back. Its 83 in my apt and Im pregnant, also got a 4 yr old whose having nose bleed. This is sad and I was about to renew my lease. Thats okay. I work from home and Im disappontied in these people customer service like really cant no one call me back and give me some updated information as too can I get the window u it back or when they are going to fix my air. I have never been late on my lease but they can have this. I writing corp as well.

Ac went out took them one month to by a thermostat when they could have went to Lowes and bought one I offered to go buy my own and they told me no maintenance is very slow about fixing things the rent office says okay like the other comments and they do nothing they take their time fixing things I will be glad when my lease is up!!!!!!!!!!

Good area, way overpriced considering that they can never fix anything on time. When I moved in my freezer didn’t work, then my toilet stopped working the tub, and the kitchen sink.

I have been living here since March. It’s a ok area. Recently I’ve been seeing a lot of possums around the garbage can outside. It’s disgusting. I will not be renewing my lease.

😠Absolutely the worst😠😠 place to call home First day prior to moving in the refrigerator leak and was disgusting and old meds from previous tena n t stored in it,leak had the floor all wet, took them forever to replace one i had to use my towels keep them under the refrigerator to stop water from leaking all over the floor😣,The cabinets had old nail polish in it and paint was chipped all up the tub Gross look as if they tried to cover markings up with white paint.Washer an dryer connection water ran from it, the toliet ran all / day,night very annoying when you have to be at work at 6: 00 in the morning report all these incidents to office their Customer service is the most unprofessional rude service ever always snapping at you, they will tell you a pretty lie We will have mantience to fix it Good luck with that mantience was a complete 🤣🤣joke took them forever to repair an fix anything all they do is Patch it up an u get a bigger mess an situation my a.c never got Cold an the apt.was always hot,uncomfortable even when it was on all day report it to office, nothing done all you get fake promises and lies this just the situation with the apt. On the property the Trash, garbage Nasty Smelly, Filthy always running over as if it never got pick up alot of break in,criminal violent behavior happen.Prices for the apt way to high for these small old ran down apts no spacious room at all or good living conditions.If u want to raise your family in a high crime rate environment broke down old apts horrible unprofessional service than this is the place for you.If me and my fiancee would have read the Reviews about this place,knew what we knew before moving in we would have never ever signed a lease to call this place home😠Save your Time, Money an do not move here absolutely worst place to call home i learn from experience Never Again worst mistake an i regret it all since day one!😠

I rent a 1005 ft apartmen the aprtment looks nice but the appliances are old. The staff are not honest when I call them they say ok then they do nothing. The maintenance is the worst they have only to maintenance guys and when you call about a problem they will fix it after a month or two. I will move soon from here

These apartments are terrible. When we rented the apartment, they showed us a very nice and clean model apartment. When we got our apartment, it was full of spider webs and the balcony full of wasps. After we transferred, we discovered hundreds of prblems. Bathroom flush not working, kitchens sink leaks water, washer connection sprays lot of water each time we open any faucet or tub, master bedroom has no door, hall ceiling leaks water, window screens are broken, window curtain felt down on my head, cocroaches every where, paint falling down, air conditioning thermostate was not working, and many other problems. The maintnance do not come and trash box of the compound is always full and trash is scattred around the box. You should imagine the smell of these trash everywhere. There is dogs poop all around the compound. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE NICE MODEL APARTMENT!!

It has not been a month since I moved in my apartment. The very first week my car was vandalized. I could not do a walk through of my apartment until the day before when i was told that i would be able to view my apartment 3 days prior to me moving in. I viewed the model home that was way better than my apartment. The day before when I was allowed to do a walk through of the apartment that i would be living in, The refrigerator was rusted on the side and in the middle . It looked very unsanitary . I mentioned that it should be replaced or removed and I was told that maintenance would come to fix it or paint it. When they finally came they only made it worst. By painting over the rust . The microwave was broken and I complained so maintenance came to take it out now there is a big spot over my oven that has been missing and need to painted and has been that way for 4 days. I am 9 months pregnant and had to purchase my own microwave and my refrigerator has not been fixed or replaced only painted over the rust so I still do not want to put food inside of it. I found out on yesterday that there is a bad leak under the sink that has soaked everything that I had under my sink and it is starting to cave in and make a hole that will probably cause bugs to come . Also you have to hold the toliet down for a minute before it will flush . Water stains on the ceiling in the bedroom . I have not even been here a full month. I am very disappointed in myself for choosing this apartment complex .
