They constantly shut off water without a notice, Never fix anything, Management is very rude and always has an attitude when communicating, Can never use amenities offered, dont get pest control it brings bugs out, pot holes messing up tires, dozens of stray cats, trash always overflowing, they never shampoo the carpets in the hall it smells like pee, and they raised rent but the quality of the apt doesnt match what they want. they’ve changed manafement 4 times in the year i’ve been here DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have been staying here for a while and I absolutely hate it. The apartments are spacious but are not full quality. One morning I was in the bathroom and out the corner of my eye I saw something painted over on the wall, I look up to see that it is a baby roach painted over. There has also been cases where hair was painted over on the wall also. It seems like they are worried about everything but their jobs. The light in my room has never been fixed and I put in a work order sometime last year. Also to mention the windows are not sealed completely there is no reason for gnats to be flying around in my apartment !! 10/10 do not recommend !!

Have notified them for the last two weeks that we have been having a leak, and now raw sewage is leaking from my tubs and toilets resulting in all carpeting soaked. I have black mold all over the apartment, and lets not talk about the water backup when my neighbor washes clothes. Maintenance comes when they want. Have filed a complaint with the Health Department for the living environment. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

I love it here. I moved here around August and as a college student it has been affordable and comfortable. Maintenance can sometimes delay but theyve come at a decent time. And I love the staff that I deal with. I havent really had any bug problems either after maintenance came and sprayed once when I first moved in.

Haven’t lived here in years but my friend does and seems to have the same troubles I’ve had such as bugs even with pest control, water being turned off randomly, rent money not being accounted for or random fees, maintenance not fixing things in a timely manner, etc. The management is forever changing. I would absolutely avoid these apartments honestly. I hated when I stayed here and my friend does too. It’s cheap for a read if willing to spend a little extra i suggest looking further.

Worst place to live i advise you if you want to find a good place to move do not. The maintenance is horrible they do not want to fix anything. i have lived here for a year and my A/C has gone out multiple times and it still hasnt gotten fixed again horrible place to reside

Maintenance is HORRIBLE would give .5 star if I could. Been having a leak since June and it’s Still not fixed. Everytime it rains. I have a soaked carpet in the living room! Don’t move here!

Enjoyed it when I first moved out here 3 years ago. Maintenance wss quick but now.... I had to keep reminding the office about my work orders for things that needed to be fixed . Took them a year to make repairs and fix things in my apartment. I had mold in my apartment they still have not come out to check. I dont know what the disconnect is when you tell the rent office and getting maintenance out there, but it is highly frustrating. High turnover with management, and there are bugs, but they have pest control. Only good things aboit this place is my rent is cheap. Cant wait to move once I get the chance.

The staff well I wont say all but Jasmine is very rude! I called to get some information about possibly becoming a tenant over at Bedford Park. Her tone was very standoff as if she did not want to be bothered. When I asked if I was calling at a bad time she told me to tone it down. I didnt even have an attitude. I explained I just wanted information if possible. She hurried through telling me the information asked and when I said thank you she mmhmmed me and hung up. Customer Service needs work!

Wish I could give a no stars! This was my very first apartment and I have literally learned my lesson. I would advice that if anyone is considering staying here to look somewhere else. My apartment spelled of mold and the floors would get wet everytime it rained. oh yea and the floor in the hallway stayed wet, when management was adviced they sent out carpenters to clean the carpet instead of sending someone to fix obviously was a leak.... This company also owes me money, I have not received my funds and its been 2 months now. I keep getting the run around but they always got their money for rent. SMH DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS APARTMENT!!! KEEP MOVING

Very rude! Very disrespectful! I wouldn’t recommend no one and I mean.... NO ONE TO MOVE OUT HERE! I’ve been staying out here for 2 years 7 months never been late for rent nor did I get disrespectful to no one with my rent well due to financially problems I’ve went to the office to talk to the staff to let her know due to financially problems I will be late for my rent. Well the staffs went and tried to look up for more problems that I’ve been having.. Friday afternoon I come home to a eviction letter on my door saying that I haven’t paid for the month of April. So I went to the office wanting to know why this letter was on my door. When I went to the office the staff already had a attitude and had a attitude with me. When I didn’t get loud nor did I put my hands on her. She called another staff to report me. Also she was very DISRESPECTFUL WAS BLOWING HER BREATHE HARD NOT TRYING TO LISTEN TO ME OR HEAR ANYTHING WHAT I HAD TO SAY! Well of course I called my lawyer to handle the situation. She tells him my information couldn’t be discussed! VERY DISRESPECTFUL! So he got me to speak so we can discuss my information. Staff lied to my lawyer stating that I right checks which I don’t do. I do money orders! My lawyer told me to find my receipt for May which I did! So when I went to the rent office to prove to the office manager that I’ve paid for May! Her question was..... why you bringing this up here for? I don’t know why you’re bringing this up here for!! NO APOLOGY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO IM SORRY!!!!!!!!!! NO ANYTHING!! I WOULDNT RECOMMENED NO ONE!! Keep your receipts AT ALL TIME!!

Would not recommend to anyone!!!! Shooting right outside my apartment!!! Little flying brown bugs and roaches everywhere!!!!! Staff seems friendly at first but never willing to make repairs, and always have an attitude when you call in for any reason. I am so glad my lease ends next month. One of my worst experiences every!!!!!!!!

This is the absolute worst place to live. I have lived here now for 3 years and still have things from when I first moved in that has not been fixed. My stove and a/c have both needed maint now for months. Still waiting!!!!!!!!!! Do not more here!!!!!

They have the most ghetto/ ratchet leasing agents Ive ever seen. Very unprofessional place I have ever seen. Ive only leaved here for a month and every week theres something wrong with this town house. From holes in the wall that have not been fixed (before we moved in), plumbing, alot of safety hazards, thresholds in the bathroom cracked in pieces where you can cut your feet on.

Dont move here. The maintenance is super slow, the property manager is very rude. Dont move here.
