Loved my two years here. I’m sad I have to move but my job is relocating me. If it wasn’t for my apartment I would of moved from Montgomery a long time ago. Staff and maintenance are A++++ I recommend anyone to stay here.

Legends at Taylor Lakes is an awesome community to call home, everything involved with leasing and move in was a breeze. Front office staff are extremely helpful and check in with you frequently. My apartment was the cleanest apartment I have ever moved into.

I’ve stayed here for a year and a half and I must say, it was the best living experience I could have asked for. The apartments are a nice size and includes washer/drier in units. It has really nice appliances and its a peaceful/quiet community. The leasing office staff was always prompt and available to handle any concerns. The maintenance staff was always quick to respond to any repairs. If you are looking for an apartment complex that is reasonably priced, safe and nice, please stop by Legends at Taylor Lakes. You will not regret it!!!!

This is the best apartment complex Ive ever lived (and Ive lived at 4 total now, including this one). The manager, Kim, runs this community like a well-oiled machine, and really cares about her patrons. Maintenance request? Theyre at your apartment the next day. Neighbor making noise? Theyre on it within 30 minutes. Its a little more expensive than some other communities, but you get what you pay for. Moved here from another state and am very happy with my choice.

The staff is really good, maintenance staff is great and responds very quickly(most of the time) to your requests. The ticketing system is very good and I wish it was a law that made other apartments use this system so they can track repairs needed. 1 point off because if you rent a room that’s above a garage that bedroom is gonna get really hot during the summer.

If you like hotels like the Marriott come here, you pay for what you get. Top notch high quality customer service. The professional management team is amazing and onsite handles any and all issues immediately. Maintenance Team is amazing and they are all very responsive.I’ve enjoyed my living experience here and would highly recommend it for people who like a good, safe, professional environment. Most of the neighbors here work jobs and are very professional in nature so there is no dis-functional activity that you have to worry about. Families enjoy the whole facility, gym, business center and pool amenities frequently.

Great location to live! Staff is very friendly. Sometimes need a bit of reminding, but that might be because they respond to all of our needs. Maintenance at Legends is the best Ive ever experienced and Ive lived in 4 different apartment locations, including in Birmingham. Apartments are spacious and quality. Location is wonderful too - 5 minutes from shopping and eating. A bit further from 65, since we are in Southeast Montgomery, but traffic down Taylor Road isnt ever too bad. Community is usually not too loud and its nice to see several people walking in the mornings and night.

Cant believe itHad more than 5 power outage in the last 3 month. Ive never seen a apartment like this.Id give it a 0 star if Google woud let me.Too bad they work with dixie

In the last 8 years I have lived in 4 states in 6 different apartment complexes. Legends is easily my favorite. Neat and quiet place with good amenities. Good value for money, rent is decent.they do good community events and makes you feel good. All my neighbors here were nice.the management and help staff is great. I have dealt with, megan, Sam, Ashley,Dallas, Charles and Chris. All super helpful and super responsible and have a quick turn around.Its a great place to live, I have no qualms in recommending it.

My husband and I rented a one bedroom apartment while he was in school for a year. It was the perfect size and the people who work at Legends at Taylor Lakes were so helpful and nice to us. We never had an issue and highly recommend this Legends at Taylor Lakes. Great people, amenities, close to shopping, and we felt safe there in the gated community.

Beautifully landscaped, updated apartments, friendly caring staff, its a pet friendly community and residents cleanup after their pets. Its peaceful and quiet. Im happy with the decision to no longer be a homeowner dealing with maintenance and upkeep! I love living at Legends

Have been a resident here for 9 years-loving it more and more.I couldnt ask for a better apartment complex.Management team is awesome-very helpful and quick to fix anything if needed.I feel like this is my home away from home.I would give this 10 stars out of 10!You wont regret moving here--
