Huge pothole. This needs to be CORRECTLY fixed ASAP! Someone is going to get hurt or have damage to their vehicle.

I feel like the ceiling needs to be totally repaired, not patched. This is not the first time there has been a ceiling leak in the bathroom.

I simply gave two stars for the staff. The apartment experience was horrible. I strongly suggest management consider hiring on-site security for the property. The complex appears to be filled with too many young people who have no respect for their neighbors or the complex. Thrash is simply dumped out of cars, young men just sit on the steps smoking weed, car radios are blasted so loud, it rattles your insides. This used to be a very nice area. The apartment itself is decent for a 35 year old complex. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially maintenance.

Well there were some repairs done after I moved in but nothing like what I told would be done, even though my rent went up. Still cannot get things done from maintenance. Have cut my toe twice on a dishwasher that Im afraid to touch. Toilets are never fully fixed. I really wished that I had looked at these reviews before moving in. On top of that my upstairs neighbor is so loud Im considering calling the police. Its so loud most times it shakes the ceiling and light fixtures. As apartment living goes, this is the worst. Its as if you are lulled in under false pretenses and then the hammer drops. I am very disappointed. When I first moved in I told everyone I knew how nice it was. As a retired police officer of 20 years I can tell that this feels like highway robbery.

What a Wonderful place to call Home!!!!!!Jasmine the Manager and Kami(Assistant) are like Batman and Robin! Their main focus is customer service and Customer Satisfaction. The overall Staff exceeded my expectations from the initial application process and through out the entirety of my stay. I look forward to my lease Renewal ❤️❤️❤️

All I can say is the services I received was excellent.The maintence man came quickly and fixed the problem in no time.You guys are the “greatest”

This complex manager has the nastiest attitude I have ever witnessed as far as managers goes. She is disrespectful and she shares the tenants personal information with others. Repairs are never done on time and then you are also forced to put up with her nasty attitude. Foshee really needs do a follow up the residents concerning her attitude and professionalism.

Trash apartment complex all the way from the management to the up keep of the apartment complex. Maintenance man called the police on us after he had put his hands on me. Police came and he refused to talk to them. ( Of course i’m pressing charges ). Management would rather make up fees than to come out and fix up your apt. The assistant manager said “ report me all you want, ain’t nothing gonna happen to me.”, there’s nothing professional about this women. Would NEVER recommend this complex to anyone. Foshee, please correct your management.

The staff is most helpful and nice

This is the worst apartment complex ever. The manger is extremely rude and just plain nasty. Repairs are not done in a timely manner and the worst part of it is that the manager has no concern for the residents that ultimately pays her salary.

Had a bad experience. I gave them notice about 60 days out that I came up on orders and would be moving out and would cancel my lease. I turned in my orders and gave them notice again when I finally moved out...only to keep getting emails while overseas about how I hadnt paid my rent. It was a hassle.Prior to that, I was being charged for pest control in my rent but no one was coming by to spray like the lease agreement had in it.Lastly, I had a pretty bad leak in my refrigerator and I put the request in but nothing...for approximately 7 months smh. I did the electronic request, went to the office top follow up (only to be told to continue submitting the request), and I would put them in monthly. The issue was finally solved when I found out the front office had their boss coming out and I CANCELED ALL MY PLANS to make sure I could complain to someone. They finally brought me a new refrigerator.Im glad I had an opportunity to cancel my lease because that was a horrible experience man...not to mention I was paying $600/month and it increased to $645/month. The average person doesnt see a $45/month raise smh.

Dont move out here. Randy the maintenance man is horrible. I lived there for two years (moved finally thank God) and Randy is nothing but rude and a liar. A closet door in the hallway was broke upon us moving in and the office was informed, however they still charged me for something that was never fixed in the first place. Mary who works in the office is no better and VERY phony. She abuses her power and try to take advantage of ppl. One day I was driving fast through the neighborhood because I was late for an appointment. Mary called in regards to me speeding, which she was in her right to do because I should have not been driving that fast, however she threatened me and stated that if it happens again then I would not be allowed to park my car in the neighborhood. Well naturally after hearing that I became concerned. I asked Mary if she could show where it states that she can do that in the lease, she then became upset and got an attitude for no reason, which later became much more than what it should have been. I now know why she reacted the way that she did because no where in the lease does it state that she can do that or that can happen, which is a prime example of abusing your power.

Stacy the manager is very unprofessional. This line of business does not fit her well.

The ONLY redeeming factor is the very easy access to Blount Cultural park and the AL Shakespeare Festival.

It’s the middle of hot July and the pool still isn’t open.

By far THE worst apartment complex east of the Mississippi!! Maintenance is the main concern, they bs you about everything you tell them you need fixed. Randy is a horrible maintenance man. The front office people lie and are extremely rude. They have a terrible spider problem here, and blame it on the trees. Do nothing to prevent it. DO NOT move here!

Neighbors play loud music every day despite the calling to the office,We pay good money to be able to come home after work an relax..But no we cant music is so loud you can hear it over listing with headphone in the back of the apartment..Very up set its 2017 and this is a reason we moved to begin with.Disrespectful neighbors that dont care about other living around them..
