The Tapestry on Vaughn is a great place to live! Very reasonably priced. Extremely convenient location. Only minutes away from the Eastern Blvd in one direction and The Shoppes at Eastchase in the other direction. I lived here for 3 years from August 2018 - August 2021. I always found the management staff to be very friendly and accommodating.
It just amazes me how this complex can NEVER answer the phone but will send out text messages, emails with bills, or if you go to the front office, everyone is up there but not doing too much. I’ve had complaints & questions, and I’ve left messages but no reply. Until I can get a call or a response, I feel there is no reason to answer
My daughter lived at the Tapestry on Vaughn for a year! When she was leaving the residence, we had Joyce Mann make sure that all was taken care of from the walk through to the end of the paperwork!!!! She was AMAZING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Her personality was so helpful, kind, and genuine !!!! She was our calm against the storm we encountered with the manager. Joyce also worked with our invoice and made the corrections. Her co-worker Sam was so kind and polite and helpful as well. TheTapestry apartment complex is very blessed to have these 2 people working for you. Joyce should be the one that is managing your apartment complex!!!!!!!!!______________________________________________________________________On the other hand you have a most UNPROFESSIONAL manager working for your complex. Kristen shut her door the whole time we were there and had an employee ask us to make an appointment and come back at a later time. We asked for her bosses name and she refused to give that to the employee (Sam) I was on my lunch break and needed to make the closing happen! She handed us a bill with an outrageous amount on the invoice (the day prior to us returning to make the payment) which came to double the amount actually owed !!!!!!!!!!!!!! She had asked her employees not to take my daughters calls, which she denied. Fortunately, we have it recorded to prove if anyone is interested in hearing that!!!!! Kristen likes to work on intimidation.... which does not work on me !!!!!
The apartments themselves are in decent shape; I have a unit with a nice renovated kitchen. I also had few issues with noise and had no trouble finding parking near my unit. The location is good too, being close to many shops and restaurants.However, maintenance can be slow to fix things. Also, today I came home to find a carbon monoxide alarm installed in my unit. While its nice to have, I wish Id received advanced notice from management that they planned to have maintenance come into my apartment to install it.
What an awesome experience I had with helping someone with their move-in process. The office staff was so professional and got things done in a timely manner. I am just speechless about the outstanding communication skills and follow up time frame that Sam had. He has great communication skills. The move in process was perfect and right on time. I feel so proud and good about referring someone to this property. The apartment looked fabulous at move-in. Call and ask for Sam.
I recently graduated from college and have been looking for apartments to start my new journey post-grad. When I came to the property, I was greeted by the friendliest and sweetest individual, Sam. He was such a great help with looking at different apartments, explaining amenities and why I should choose this property. He seemed to be very passionate about his job and helping others find a new home. I have never experienced such customer service like I did with Sam. He is a great asset to your team and a wonderful face for the company. I will be telling others to come look at this property with Sam. I hope to move in soon and look forward to working further with this company. I hope to see Sam promoted soon, because his skill set, personality and passion is what every job needs and should look for!
It can sometimes be difficult to reach someone but the people I have spoken with have been very polite and kind.
I recently moved to Montgomery after a divorce and needed a place to live. One of my girlfriends suggested The Tapestry. She said to ask for Mr. Samuel Tyson. Of course, because of the COVID-19, I wasnt able to enter the office but I appreciated the complex for following health and safety guidelines. I called and Mr. Tyson answered the phone with such professionalism. All the questions that I asked, he was able to respond with no hesitation. He was so patience but detailed and concise. I did not have many questions to ask because he covered almost everything when speaking with me. He offered a virtual tour and of course, I accepted. I was so drawn in by his professionalism, courteous and kind voice, I would have signed a lease without even looking at the apartment. I must give Mr. Tyson his kudos because he really represented The Tapestry on Vaughn. I will come back and tell you all about my virtual tour. I would recommend my friends to this property!
Was looking for a one bedroom called the tapestry spoke with Joyce. She gave me info on the apartment she was very friendly and concern with my preference to assure I would be happy with my apartment. She told me about another property that’s with the company because she didn’t have anything available. What stood out to me the most is that although she couldn’t help me she didn’t just push me away. She provided me the name and number to the apartments she also called there and explained what I was looking for to them and let them knew I was headed over. Joyce went the extra mile and I appreciated it I really wish they had what I was looking for at the tapestry. But she did state if a one bedroom became available she would contact me
Today I went in apartment searching and was greeted with a warm smile by Joyce who introduced herself as the Assistant Manager. I came with many questions and she was able to answer them all with no hesitation which shows that she is very knowledgeable of the property (which is very important to me). She was extremely patient and helpful this is most definitely my #1 out of the six places I visited today. I couldn’t let the day end without writing a review in regards to customer service. 5 stars most definitely!
Joyce is so helpful and very professional. She is always willing to go the extra mile for you. You’re always greeted with a smile. I would recommend her to be our next Property Manager. The five stars are for Joyce. The current property manager is very rude and unprofessional. I’ve been a tenant at this property for years and I have never been so disappointed in a manager. She Violated HIPAA policy due to my illness and I had to disclose information in front of a Potential renter because she didn’t believe why I couldn’t go around to the front of the building. I will be in contact with my lawyer. I have NEVER in my life been treated with such disrespect. Current manager should be replaced! Sam and the maintenance men are GREAT!!!!
Just would like to say if you are searching for somewhere to stay to call Tapestry on Vaughn . I called and received info about a 2bed room spoke with Joyce who answered the phone. She asked questions and provided me all the info I needed I swear I was sold over the phone she was pleasant she didn’t over talk me (like somewhere else I called) she also offered to send me all the info we went over so I could share it with my parents. The world need more office staff like her. I will most definitely be moving there soon and I’m excited about it. Thank you Tapestry on Vaughn
Very amazing customer service. Exceeded my expectations by a long shot. This is an extremely nice environment and location to stay in, especially being that it’s isolated. The apartments are very nice. I’ve referred several to consider moving to the area.
Super friendly staff Sam and Joyce are very professional and that’s what I loved the most.Joyce I think is the asst manager was very helpful. We did everything virtual she even FaceTime me from her phone just to make sure I was able to feel like i was there In person during the whole tour.I did decide to move in thanks to Joyce she made the process smooth and easy during this pandemic and I can’t thank her enough. Property is alway clean and I also love my neighbors. If you are looking to move call Joyce or Sam you will not be disappointed! Thanks again Joyce
This place is HORRIBLE. The manager tried to rip me off over 3 thousand dollars!! She is very unprofessional and when I tried to talk to her about why she was charging me so much she would avoid me, ignore my phone calls and emails. Then I went to the office so Kristen could explain this to me and she closed her door and would not come out. She is a liar and needs to be put out. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I had nothing but problems since the day I moved in.Kristen Taplin is a thief.
I would say this place is just livable. The maintenance guys are nice. The place wasn’t really prepared for us to move in (there was dirt on the floors, the tubs were not clean with hair still in them, dryer and washer weren’t hooked up along with dust and lint all in the laundry room, etc.). My car was hit by another residents vehicle on the property in one instance. Shortly after, my car was then broken into and had items stolen from inside. They have cameras, HOWEVER, be aware they do not cover the entire property (leaving at least the large corner of parking spots near my building blind) as I have witnessed first hand in the office from seeing footage. Upstairs neighbors did a lot of stomping and smoking. My unit constantly smelled of marijuana.
My daughter stayed there for a year, this place seemed to be good but it was awful the neighbors were rude and the maintenance was not that great. Overall the staff are somewhat nice but these people are truly out to get your money! My daughter paid almost $300 and they never bothered to say anything.

My experience was nothing short of amazing. I am familiar with the property so I called for pricing info spoke with Joyce after our conversation I had all I needed she was friendly/professional we was talking like we have known each other for years lol . My lease isn’t up til November where I live now but I will most definitely be reaching back out to Joyce when I’m ready to move
I moved to this property in March of 2019. Assistant Manager /Accountant Joyce is so Professional. Joyce has the same personality ( positive and friendly) every time you call the office or go into the office.
Management is constantly changing and the staff at front office is decent. We’ve contacted them numerous time regarding our deposit but get the same response of “it’s on the way” each time. We’ve moved out at the end of September 2019 and paid all the appropriate fees. It’s been over 3 months and we still haven’t received our deposit back and that’s unacceptable!
Terrible place to live. Staff are not on the same page, we were told due to covid-19 that a 30 day notice would be sufficient before non-renewal. A month later, the manager tells me that I have to pay an extra month even though I’m not living there. Our cars were broken into on their property. Huge lack of security. Obvious drug deals in the parking lots. Awful environment. Live anywhere else but here.Edit since response: The “Community Director” sarcastically thanked me for my review on google and then stated that I would now not be receiving a $300 referral fee that I was owed for referring a friend 4 months ago. Greed and corruption at its finest. I have never been spoken to or treated with such disrespect. I have received support from the Department of Housing and Urban Development and have moved forward with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General’s Office. I encourage anyone else that is being mistreated by this manager to do the same. As you can see from the other recent reviews, there is a definite problem with management.

I love this complex my apartment feels so much like home, being as though this is my first apartment/ rental experience the assistant manager Joyce.H has been nothing short of AMAZING with her warm, friendly and professional personality. This complex is also very clean and there is not a lot of noise or disturbances . Conveniently located near several gas stations, CVS, Starbucks, Publix and Walmart . This is the Montgomery’s best kept secret! Thank you Tapestry for having me and welcoming my baby boy and me 💕🥰😊
I have not had the pleasure of living with the Tapestry yet but my experience with getting the process started has been the best! I went to apartments.com to search for a new place to call home and I have been away from apartments for some years but this price gouge on rent and the application fee for some apartments compared to years back is crazy. I just so happen to click on The Tapestry and just from the photos and other details about the complex I was interested. Last week I called inquiring about their available units, I had the pleasure of speaking with Sam who informed me to call the following week for updates on units. After being told there were no available units by other complexes, I received a breath of fresh air with The Tapesty today. I must say Sam left a great impression on me, he was very poliet and patient with each question I asked and answered each question with detail and not just a basic yes/no. I was able to view one of the units and it was not bad. A nice size one bedroom for just me and in a good price range. I was sold and did the paperwork same day with updates on the process. They did not make me feel as if they were just telling me anything to get me to move in an then hit me with the B.S later . Which ever way this process goes with being accepted or denied having the pleasure of meeting Sam and experiencing his great customer service will not only have me recommend The Tapesy to others but give The Tapestry on Vaughn..5 Stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!
This is a very honest review ! I worked at this property...Firstly, they can’t keep good management in the office, and they have different managers every couple of months. The current manager is horrible ! She’s rude, disrespectful, and very nasty ! I would not advise ANYONE to stay at this property. The property has gates which don’t work & the price you’re paying for rent isn’t worth what the property looks like! Maintenance is horrible also, it appears some of them don’t really know how to do their job correctly. The gym sucks ! Most of the equipment isn’t operable. So save yourself the hassle & find something else.. & that’s not even the majority of the issues you will deal with renting here.
Hello to all newcomers: my name is Ms.Dee I have lived at the tapestry for two and a half years. I have really been enjoying my stay here it’s a wonderful community to live in. The new community manager Ms. Brenda is a very professional lady, she is doing a wonderful job making sure this community is together. The ladies that assist in the office is Tori and Faith and they are very professional as well and stay on top of things to assist Ms. Brenda. The maintenance guys ..Speedy, Cedric and Charles. Are professional and they get the jobs done that are requested. They do a wonderful job keeping the community clean the crew that does the land scape are really good at making it beautiful around here. I have read a lot of bad reviews about the tapestry and with my experience here I have not experienced what Im reading. Sometimes when people get upset they want to give bad reviews to make a company look bad. So to anyone looking for a place to stay come on home to The Tapestry on Vaughn. I hope to see you all soon.
Office staff helpful and friendly nice side of town quiet apartments
This place is a big ol’ scam. I’m a college student that was trying to get an apartment for my last year of school and this complex seemed like a decent place. Wrong. I knew i was going to need a co-signer because i didn’t make enough money. I filled out an application for me and my mother and paid the administration fee. $200 and i get denied because her credit wasn’t very good. Okay no problem, i just ask my brother to do it cause he has excellent credit and makes the 3x the rent that they required. Another $50 for the application just to get denied. They said that he didn’t make enough which is a flat out lie. Not only did they just take $250 from me, they almost made it to where i couldn’t come back for school because it was two weeks before school started and i didn’t have housing on campus. Luckily the very helpful ladies down at Peppertree worked to find an open unit for me at the last minute. Stay very far away from this complex.
I moved Montgomery from California. I paid the necessary fees to live here. I then get a phone call stating that I was told the wrong amount, thus I owe them more money. I was emailed a copy of my contract with a line going through the hold amount and a new amount written in. I decided not to move in because of this and wanted my money back. Though this apartment complex changed the lease agreement, thus the contract was voided, they have refused to give my money back. I contacted the BBB. The BBB had to contact this apartment complex twice for them to respond to my complaint. Finally, this apartment complex stated they would refund my money. Still haven’t seen it. These people were unprofessional. I would not recommend living here.
Ive lived at The tapestry on Vaughn for a little over a year. Its a vast improvement, $400 less for moving less than a mile, over where we were staying. I dont have many complaints about the community, there are some...... instigators, and none about the office. My one and only issue is the gates as theyve been broken since we moved in but with the amount of people Ive seen hit them, it makes sense. Maintenance is usually quick, courteous and kind. Theyve handled every issue weve had very quickly, the same day in a few instances. Update: The dryer has been fixed. It was a fault in the heating elements.
I love Tori and Faith, however they keep getting new managers. Who are alley, ratchet hood liars who are either rude and unprofessional or will tell you anything to get you to leave the office. I re-signed my lease worth the understanding that I was to get my carpet and padding replaced after multiple floods in my hall, dining and living area. They were also supped to fix my power problem in which the lights keep blowing and breakers keep tripping. My lamp caught fire one day and a separate outlet caught fire one night. Also, my apartment was supposed to be repainted. They came and fixed my stove, all the eyes work now but one doesnt get as hot as it should and the other gets way too hot, putting it on 6 is like putting it on high. These are only SOME of the problems that that I have endured for the last 3 years. Then they offered for me to stay in a letter with a RENTAL RATE INCREASE!!! Laughable, thanks but no thanks. Im tempted to take photos of my apartment so you can see what you are REALLY getting if you move in here. Furthermore the gate NEVER works and the fitness center has ONE Treadmill and ONE Elliptical and one weirdo that is always in there. I dont even go in there anymore because it is scary.
I would give them a two thumbs up because every time I have a problem they fix it. I been live here going on 4 years and they have one of the best customer service that I ever had at a apartment complex. The people who works in the office are like family and I dont have any family in Montgomery at all. So if I just need to talk to someone they always there to listen. They are awesome to me and this is a great place to live. So if you ever in the neighborhood I think you should go check it out and see what I see.
Next month will make it my 3rd year at this apartment complex and I have nothing good to say about it. My 3 year living experience here has been awful from the office personnel on down to my neighbors (not all my neighbors were bad). When I first moved in they lost my deposit and almost caused me to pay a late fee for the next months rent plus another deposit if I had not a copy of my cashiers check. They left the burden of proof on me to provide the copy of my deposit. The did not care what that they were the ones who made the mistake. Ive had awful neighbors my whole 3 years at the here at this apartment complex. Tori has not always been nice. When Lisa was the manager, she had a nasty attitude; however since management has changed several times, I have seen an improvement in her attitude. The new manager and Faith, I havent had a problem with them, I can say they are better than the old manger and do try to resolve issues; however, Im sick of this place and have decided to move on now. It served the purpose until I could get on my feet but I had to suffer with noisy neighbors in the process and bad management.
I just recently ended a two year residency here, my first luxury apartment lease, and I have to say that torey and faith made it the smoothest experience Ive had in this type of situation. Any of the few issues we had while living here were often handled by torey in the same day and they always made sure to follow through to ensure our continued satisfaction as residents. Although they were the property managers, they easily felt more like friends and made the apartment renting experience here far less stressful than is usually experienced. I would readily recommend this community under the guidance of these ladies to anyone seeking affordable living in a home environment.
I have nothing good to say about this property since Ive moved in. The apartment that I chose wasnt ready so I was given a different apartment. Then I put in a service request on 5/22/19 and here it is 09/23/19 and the service request is still open. The service request was in regards to the tubs because they are not stable and unsafe! Was told that a lot of other tenants are having the same issue but no resolution. So I called the office last week and one of the staff told me that the issue is no longer their priority and was told that I would be called back regarding the issue and as always never received a returned call. I have even reached out to the corporate office via email and still no one responds. At this point, Im just angry and appalled!
One of the worst managed apartment complexes in Montgomery. Nothing is ever fixed correctly or in a timely manner, the front gate doesnt close but youre paying for a gated community and the pool stayed a horrible green color during the entire summer last year. Not to mention they overprice these rundown apartments. I wouldnt recommend this property to anyone.
I would have like to rate it, but I guess they dont want military service members living here. Ive went by to apply during normal business hours. I went by on 01/06 twice, once at 10 and second at 3. Ive been by several time this week when off base and the office is closed, guess they just open the office at their convenience. Ive emailed and called the information below in the response, and nothing. Ive left information on the automated service..nothing.Ill pass on this place the reviews look accurate with my experience, glad I checked out the paddock club, so I can get off base housing .
Not friendly. When you come into the rent office they dont speak to you like you are a paying resident with a smile on their face. The one girl that would speak kindly is no longer present. But that is not my biggest concern. This apartment complex is going to be in trouble for the simple fact that I have lived out here for two years now. My apartment has near it a Lamppost in the grass that has been out for several months now. Basically when I come home its dark. I have submitted a service request two times, 1 via the web and the other in person to the unfriendly staff. I explained to them that me being a young lady living here by myself its not good for me to continue to come home at night sometimes and walk back there with no light on. Last month I made a third request. Each time I am met with an excuse that they dont handle the lamp post, that it is Alabama Power who does it and that they will get them out there to change the light. It has been four months now and that light is still not working! I dont think the representatives had a sense of urgency to contact the proper people to get this fixed and Im upset. Not only that, Im concerned for my safety. Aside from this one major issue, the apartment complex is a great place to live. There is no pest issue. It has beautiful landscaping. It is super quiet. The neighbors are super respectful. This issue right here and the unfriendliness of the staff is the one thing that kept them getting five stars. I cannot ignore the fact that I am being ignored. They are not the ones coming home in the dark each day. I have done my part and notify them of the issue. Somebody can get on a ladder and fix the light! What gets me is how they found a way to charge me $25 for garbage bag sitting at my door in which I was intending to take out but they will not change the lightbulb. Its an utter insult to a good resident.
This complex has potential. Unfortunately, there are issues. Our apartment wasnt ready when we got there; cleaning lady was working. We moved into a roach infested dishwasher and kitchen, dirty carpet, and an A/C that kept breaking down (took over 2 months to repair). We definitely did not move into an apartment as nice as what we were shown in the model. The former maintenance supervisor was horrible. The gates worked maybe two months of the 12 month lease. It isnt really a gated community. The pool was okay. Dumpster areas were gross. However, the trees and plants were pretty, and we had some nice neighbors. Sadly they moved out too. They changed management/owners again, so maybe it will get better. My husband and I just decided it was not a place for us.

There are FAR better apartment complexes to live in the Montgomery area! The office staff is HORRIBLE. Faith was the only sweetheart in the office. Gates never worked. There is a bar hanging off the exit gate that can be easily ran over & damage someone’s car. The place needs to be renovated, don’t be fooled by the kitchen! The walls had cracks & were peeling. You couldn’t even wipe the walls down, if something spilled, bcuz the paint was coming off with it. Maintenance is SLOW to move/repair. You pay for pest control, & I don’t even know if they come out on a consistent basis. The apartment we were in had a mouse, & it was no concern to anyone in the office. In fact, they tried to bring a mouse trap over one week prior to us moving out, even after complaining for weeks about the mouse. The parking area has huge potholes near the speed bumps. The water has a black substance coming out every now and then. All in all, this place is not worth what it costs to live here. Run!!
Tonight was our last night. I cried leaving. We stayed here a year and I enjoyed every bit of it. I was pregnant when we first moved in and I can’t believe we left with a whole baby 😂. Faith and Torrey were amazing! Maintenance came on time. We only had a few problems but they were fixed right away. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the gates didn’t work the whole year we stayed but if you didn’t care to be in a gated community like that then they didn’t matter. Our apartment came with an alarm system so we were okay. Our neighbors were amazing as well. Everyone respected one another and it was very quiet. If you don’t get a renovated spot, you can use contact paper and make it feel like home which is exactly what it was for us. I put the contact paper on all of the cabinets and countertops so the cabinets looked like they were all completely wood and the countertops looked like they were granite. I got the wood contact paper from the Dollar Tree and the countertop contact paper from Walmart. When it was time to leave, it took seconds to take everything up. I hate that we left because we made so many memories, but due to family circumstances we had to move. I will definitely remember the Tapestry and thank you so much for everything Torrey and Faith!
Been living here for 3 months, almost 4. Hate it. Office staff are nice, but maintenance is slow. They didnt give me a number to reach maintenance when I moved in which I thought was sketchy. Power went out for no reason, after paying nearly 200$ on the bill. The walls are paper thin, anything you might knock into the wall on even an accident will put holes in it, paint comes off when spilled things get on the wall, floor carpet comes up easily. Not somewhere Id choose to live, I hate I picked here to spend the money I had and still have, I cant wait to move. Its gonna be a long ride. But, they fooled me with a picture that looked so good, dont get me wrong when I went to look at it, it was nice smelt nice too, but there were some things already tore up, LOTS of things, that I will and should not be held against when I move out at the end of my lease, cause they werent me. And wall paper will peel, corner of walls will peel also, tapestry on Vaughn please do better. This isnt pleasant, and I just need help quicker when things go wrong, and better paint needs to be put on these walls. They also shouldnt be paper thin, I mean come on.
Worst apartment complex ever!!!! Only gave them a star because google would not allow a post. My commode has not worked for a month ( backed up ... made several requests), when running my AC unit my apartment smells of mold ( I removed the vent...inside covered with mold as I thought) the awful leasing staff asked how I knew this... I have a nose plus check and asked you to resolve this issue several times for the amount I pay to live here.Nasty attitude when you enter the leasing office is not a plus!!
Not worth the price! My apartment was overall nice but maintenance was horribly slow. When I first moved in, my washing machine wasnt working properly.. took almost 3 months to fix. Then something broke in July and wasnt fixed until late November. And I understand that maintenance cant always get to things right away but that was inexcusable. My rent was not cheap so I definetly had higher expectations. The office staff wasnt the best Ive encountered... Torey is nice though lol. But for 3 people to be working there I definetly think service could be better.
I scheduled to tour here at 11:00AM and theres no one in the office. The office should have opened almost two hours ago at 10:00AM. They didnt call to let me know that they would be late, and I doubt theyre going to show up. Im glad this is my first experience so I can be sure to escape the problems that would surely have followed. I had plenty of time to read poor reviews that were posted in only the past few months.
I recently had an issue with my air conditioning unit. Mr. Matthews left me several notes regarding the status of the attempted repair and the replacement unit. He was even kind enough to replace a light bulb that he noticed was blown.
The up stairs tennants really put on a show early this morning. I was awaken around 1am to the sound of what can only be described as objects being thrown & the slamming of doors. A little after 2am, they were fussing & hollering. I started hearing noise from outside. I looked out, & they through a garbage bag of trash off their patio. A few minutes later, a second bag came down.My wife is a teacher & they are waking her up at night & it is making it hard for her to get up in the morning.
Gates are always broken for it to be a gated community. The apartment we toured verses the apartments we ended up with are vastly different.
This is literally one of the worst places I have ever lived. At the time I was supposed to move in my apartment wasnt ready and I ended up with one of the run-down 3 bedrooms. Maintenance is slow or NEVER fixes things. The gate worked maybe 1 month total for my 12 month lease. The manager is ok but the other 2 employees are incompetent.
This apartment complex is not worth the money. They fix stuff on their time and my apartment is still having a bug problem, which they told me this is something I have to live with. Pest control has been to my apartment about four times and I am still having this issue. My air has went out twice since I been here. I have only been here for 7 months. When I first moved to this apartment complex, I had put in ton of maintenance request that just got fixed in Sept. I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling which when it first happen I called maintenance threetimes and put two online request for them to come out
The maintenance is beyond awful. Ive been here 9 months and still havent gotten things that need replacing/fixing done yet.I hope that i can find somewhere asap before the lease up so i dont have to renew. The ac unit went out and they are taking their time about it when this is suppose to be an emergency situation,especially when outside temperature is above 90°. For the price of rent tenants shouldnt be treated so poorly!!!
Did not like the way a rent discrepancy was handled to begin with.
