We have only lived here for a month but we are very impressed with everything. Sherri ( plus everyone in the office ) has been so wonderful to work with when it comes to some minor hiccups weve had. We really appreciate the help shes given us and how shes handled the situation. Coming from previous apartment that didnt do these things, its refreshing to have a property manager that cares!

We have just moved into the Peppertree apartment complex this week. So far we have had a wonderful experience. The office staff went above and beyond to make sure everything is just how we wanted it. I must give a big thanks to Sherri the manager and Ashley. They have been incredible. So if you are looking for a lovely community, come over to Peppertree.

The hospitality and customer care that I have experienced from Sherri has been phenomenal! She responds quickly and truly works hard to meet the need of every resident and soon to be resident. I felt welcomed, never rushed and my concerns were always taken into consideration. Thank you Pepper true for your A++ service!

The staff is so nice and they accommodated my needs perfectly. I appreciate the staff and all they do here so much! If you live here, you will not regret it. The community is also really kind as well.

The girls I’m the office are always so helpful. I went in today and they handled it so fast. They have the best costumer service ever! Great place to live with a great price. Very nice safe area with a lot of close by restaurants and entertainment. And the best part is Sherry and Ashley are so personable and friendly! I have been living here for over a year now & I love it!!! The front office is very efficient & when we have a problem they are quickly to solve it. Plenty of space in the apartments plus there is a pantry. It is very very quiet in the apartment complex. I will be living here forever!!! It is awesome!!!

Its  been our 4th year staying here and we enjoy it. Spacious apartment with decent amenities. Great staff. Service tickets are handled and addressed quickly. Convenience to nearby food and shopping areas is also great.

I’ve lived here a little over 2 years and have absolutely loved it!! The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating and maintenance issues are addressed promptly. I love the location near so many bars and restaurants and the pool amenity is an extra plus in the Alabama summer!

We are going on two years at Peppertree Apts and still absolutely love it here! We have become super close to all of our neighbors in our building as well as some in the building next to us! The staff is so kind and helpful, and will drop anything to assist you. Everything is extremely well kept, which I really appreciate, and they are always having a fun event at the clubhouse! By far my favorite apartment to have lived in!

I moved here in May of 2019 and for the price it’s a very nice place to live. My air conditioner went out last summer and they were so quick to fix it. They have the best staff! ❤️

After making the decision to relocate to Montgomery Alabama, I was informed about Pepper Tree Apt. On my first visit I was totally assumed with the warm Welcome and Hospitality that I I recieved from, Miss Sherry Young totally made me feel at home and secure. I didnt look anywhere else. The location and accommodations are truly a Blessing for me. I got just what I wanted and needed. Ms. Young not only walked me through the process, she made sure that I had an apt. On the 1st floor, because of my Arthritis. I am so glad that I chose Pepper Tree !

I have lived here for 2 years. The apartments themselves are nice, and I love the location. The office staff has always been friendly. The maintenance team has always responded promptly to maintenance issues and fixed what was needed. There has never been a pest issue in my apartment while living here. I left one star off because of the gate issues. They often do not work and are broken. The entrance by Peppertree Steaks and Wine is often driven through and the wooden panel is off to the side leaving the entrance open. Before we moved in there was a third entrance that we were told would have a gate soon, but has been chained off and was never given a gate.DISCLAIMER-I gave this review because Peppertree offered a chance to win a $150 gift card for leaving a review.

Peppertree iApts. is a great place to live. The management staff lead by Ms. Kari are a super great team. The maintenance team are quick to respond to any problems you may have. The complex itself is kept to a high maintenance. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live .

Been living here almost two years now. Phil and Gary (the maintenance guys) have helped me out tremendously and I need the help being disabled. I love it here!

We have lived here since 2011 and we love it. Every service issue or complaint has been addressed immediately. I am going to miss it here whenever we have to leave.

I call PEPPERTREE, “HOME” . OUR community is extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful! OUR office staff is a SUPER TEAM! They’re accommodating, friendly, caring, in other words I consider them FAMILY! The property could not be better located! We’re in the middle a lot of shopping, restaurants, activities, etc. I guess we can include location along the list of awesome amenities that most communities don’t have. I could not have made a better decision moving into PEPPERTREE Apartments!!!!

I wish I didnt have to move! I have lived here since Aug 2017 and have had no problems. The front office staff is amazing and the maintenance guys are quick to fix whatever problem you have! They are very attentive to your needs and always welcoming. The front office, DeAnna is such a sweet heart. Anna was amazing too (recently moved to another apartment complex). If I didnt have to move for a job, I definitely would have renewed my lease again. Never had problems with any insects. The prices here are unbeatable for the size and bedrooms. They keep the grounds clean and litter free. Its a really quiet area, never experience any problems with noise or crimes. I highly recommend living here if you are looking for a place to call home!

My name is Tankiya Hall. I am a resident of Peppertree Apartments and has been for over a year now. Since the inception of becoming residents with Peppertree; Sherri and Deanna has been the absolute best with customer service, hasty job order response, and professionalism. My daughter and I have packages come at least twice a week and we have always been appeased with getting timely notifications that our packages have arrived. Sherri is a ray of sunshine 🌞 for the front office! She is always kind. Recently, I met Kari, the new property manager, and she treated me as though we had met before. Kari seem to be a kind person as well. They always say, “if you need anything, let us know.” I can candidly say that they are on point, every single time!!! On a regular basis as I am sitting on my balcony, I observe how the courtesy officer is always riding around with the blue lights. There are times when I have seen the courtesy officer, literally walk around with his flashlight. Peppertree has been a great place to live!!!

The staff is extremely helpful, it’s been a great experience staying here. When appliances break, there’s someone here the next day to repair or replace.

Been staying here for a year now. Requested renovations since the rent will go up if we are to renew and the amount is already expensive, too expensive for outdated appliances . Many tenants have requested renovations and it’s like no one listens or even cares. Office staff is really sweet but could be more helpful. Maintenance is great and quick!

I stayed a year but was so bad staying at here. Got to stay in old carpet, leak toilet and washing machine even requested they couldn’t fixed it. About water bills I couldn’t get convinced . First 3 months water bills came about $45 around then after that every month same bills came.We used give complain a week . Tired of giving complain every week. One of worse thing happened was gun fired from neighborhood and bullet got into my room. After that we complain to apt office did not take any action. I would not recommend to stay here.

Home Sweet Home. My family and I moved from a large neighborhood with an expensive mortgage to Peppertree Apartments over five years ago. Our intent was to downsize in order to afford to put our two kids through college, debt free. What a great idea!Our expenses at Peppertree Apartments are less than half of what we were paying, and we dont have to mow the grass, clean the pool, or keep up with any of the outside chores we used to have when we were homeowners! Apartment life DOES have its advantages!The complex has changed ownership 3 times since we first lived here, and currently it is run by a staff that really cares about their clients. Our packages are received in the rental office and stored until we can pick them up. Maintenance issues are usually handled within 24 hours. Major repairs are taken care of --- or else the unit or appliance is replaced.Pets are welcome, but management requires them to be on a leash when outside. Neighbors get to know each other. The staff throws occasional parties to encourage social interaction with new and old neighbors alike!All in all, I recommend Peppertree Apartments for the 1) friendly staff, 2) prompt attention to maintenance and safety; and 3) the AWESOME convenience to everything in the Peppertree/Sturbridge area. EastChase is just minutes away. You can walk to the Walmart Neighborhood Market or several restaurants nearby. Most of the stores are pet friendly, so you have no excuse not to walk your pooch!Kids are always having fun playing, neighbors watch out for their safety, the tennis court is newly renovated, and the living is easy. While you may not choose to stay five or six years like we have, I really think that any time you spend living at Peppertree Apartments will be happy and satisfying.

I lived at Peppertree for three years; the first two and a half years were great. Unfortunately, things changed. Maintenance orders do not get repaired-when I was finally able to reach someone in the office to ask about my 3+ week old maintenance order the response was oh, we dont check those messages. I received two warnings for throwing cigarette butts on the ground; when I said I dont smoke I think those butts are my downstairs neighbors (who did smoke) the response was dont you live upstairs? When I said yes I was told then they are your butts. When I turned in my notice, I was sent a letter listing the things I needed to do prior to move out and to get my security deposit returned. Three weeks after sending me the letter confirming they had received my notice the office manager told the new company I was trying to lease from that I had not given a notice; Peppertree was not aware I planned on moving. The day I signed my lease with Peppertree I paid a $300.00 pet fee, provided a picture of my pet, and provided my pets vet records. When my new landlord called for a reference he was told Peppertree did not know I had a pet. It has now been four months since I moved from Peppertree; I have called eight times to ask about my security deposit. Eight times I have been told the manager is at lunch I will have her call you back. I finally sent an email to the management company. After sending the email, the Peppertree manager did call me; she told me they did owe me my security deposit and a check would be cut on July 17 or 24th. Well, it is now August 3rd and no check. I called today and the manager told me the cycle of checks for July 24th were not cut. Ill call you by the end of the day to let you know when you can expect your check. Unfortunately a place that started out so great turned into a nightmare. I would not recommend Peppertree Apartments to anyone

I been here a year and i havent had any problems

After reading some of the comments on this page I see we arent the only people having problems with Peppertree, My husband and I moved here in March of this year and have had problems since day one. The number one concern we have had is outside of our building the ground stays flooded, even when it has not rained which may be part of the water damage we have had. When we moved into the apartment there was water damage all around the windows in the living room, my husband contacted the office and they sent someone out to take care of the issue, when we came back to the apartment they had just painted over the water damage. We had water damage under the kitchen sink which we reported to the front office, they sent someone out a few weeks later to replace the wood. We later found out that the reason the wood under the since had water damage was due to the dishwasher was flooding the kitchen, when we called about that issue it took weeks to have someone come look at it and then a few more weeks for the dishwasher to be replaced. For several months our outside lights did not work, we have had roaches since we moved in, after reporting that several times the pest control people came out and I was told that what they spray when they come out would do nothing for the roaches we had and they were not even aware we had roaches or they could have used other solutions to get rid of them. The guest bathroom toilet has broken several times and they finally after 6 weeks they came out and just super glued the piece back together. We have had nothing but problems with this apartment since we moved in and we will not be renewing our lease, nor will we recommend these apartments to anyone who asks. These apartments are horrible and have issues that management does not care about.

Ive never heard of someone who lived here that didnt have some type of problem with the management messing something up.
