It has been a long time since I have lived in an apartment and moving in to Halcyon has been amazing. It is so quiet and peaceful, Anna and Christian are so caring and attentive, and I can be needy! They are always there if I need help with anything. I am so in love with my apartment, it has just been the best experience!

Halcyon has been a phenomenal place to stay, staff and office manager are very pleasant and friendly. When in need of repairs or have questions there are no hesitations; answers are given promptly. Upon entering office everyone greets with a smile and eager to assist. This environment has been a great one; it’s very quite, landscaping on point and neighbors are pleasant and stay to themselves. Where can you find feasible rent, & great living environment? I’ll wait🤔 So,if you want peace Halcyon is the place to be! 😃🤞🏾

I just moved in over the weekend and I am already in love. The process was so easy and Anna was best! She made sure all of my questions were answered. It is so peacefully. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone. Thanks for having the patience with me.

Anna was sooo helpful in getting us our apartment. We applied and within 3 weeks were able to move in and she helped every step of the way! For first time apartment renters she made it seem like a dream!

My first time living in an apartment exceeded all of my expectations. Weve been here a week and have not run into any issues. Great area. Quiet. Everything was new upon arrival. We cant even tell someone lived here before us. ALL of the people in the main office are friendly and if a situation occurs, you should always get a quick response(if sent during reasonable hours). I almost steered away from here because of the price, but Im starting to think its worth it. 10/10, 5 stars.

I love living here. The apartment building I live in is extremely quiet. My neighbors respect each other. I haven’t had any problems since I moved here. The whole apartment complex is quiet.

I personally service this property for pest control and I can tell you that this complex is unique from all of the others in so many ways. The staff is extremely courteous, professional, understanding, respectful, and honest. Its located smack dab in the middle of pretty much everything that you need as far as restaurants, gas stations, shopping malls, movie theaters, grocery stores, churches, and the list goes on and on. This particular property is well-maintained on the inside and on the outside. The rates are more than reasonable, the buildings are well designed and well structured, and the neighbors are friendly and welcoming. It goes without saying that “Halcyon Park Apartments®️“ is *easily one of my top five favorite properties and it’s a sheer tragedy that I only get to visit 12 times a year. 😉

I have always had a good time with the staff here and have had no problems dealing with them always smiling and happy. Look forward to renewing my lease.

I’ve lived here for 5 yrs. Even switched to a bigger unit. Haven’t had any real big issues. Everyone has been great to me and my family. It’s right by everything we need.

Ive lived at Halcyon Park for 11 years and I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Taylor, Community Director, is professional and excellent at making sure all of our needs are taken care of in a timely manner. Chris, Maintenance Supervisor, is thorough and focused at handling all service requests. I would highly suggest others give Halcyon Park a try. You wont be disappointed. It is one of the greatest hidden gems in East Montgomery!

I visited the community for a tour and fell in love with the onsite team. They are so professional and friendly. They were so patient to answer all of my questions about the apartment home and the application process. The space is perfect and they have lots of closets throughout. I used to live there and it was absolutely horrible... a man got killed out there, they have a bed bug infestation, they have rats, and big lizards with blue strips on them, not only that but when you go report everything to Taylor....she becomes rude, nasty, disrespectful, and arrogant towards the tenants.... I absolutely wouldnt recommend nobody to live there its not worth it at all......

Great management always help when needed

We moved here from out of state and the move was a little rushed as we had a short window to make the move due to my husbands job. This was the place we chose and sadly we regret the decision. The walls are thin, we hear our neighbors behind and below us flushing toilets, doing laundry, and taking showers. The fixtures and appliances are old from the 1990s and need serious updating. The garbage disposal sounds like a chainsaw, when we called maintenance to look at it they said thats how its supposed to sound. The appliances are old, they are not the ones that they show you in the model apartment, the sliding doors on the closets have never worked and when talking to neighbors about telling maintenance they said dont bother. The main bathroom toilet gives us issues and shocker maintenance wont come fix the issue. The maintenance guy here is terrible. Hes rude and disrespectful with no regard to anything that you say. There are weird sewer smells that will permeate the apartment at any time of day or night to the point that at night we have to sleep with the master bathroom door closed. Most recently were experiencing issues with rodents, we have requested constantly numerous times for pest control only to be told they only come out at the end of the month so we will have to wait until then. This is completely unacceptable. What theyre pretty much telling us is that we have to live with an increasing infestation until the end of the month when pest control comes. Weve never had an issue with rodents before and weve lived here almost a year without any problems in regard to pests, we dont have visitors as we dont know anyone. Recently theres been a series of break ins in the complex on top of dealing with loud music at night, unruly kids that you hear gathering at all times of night cursing and yelling. Needless to say we will not be renewing our lease here and neither will two of our neighbors that weve spoken to due to the same problems as well. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Love my apartment

My family and I stayed there for years and the only reason why we finally decided to move was because of the type of neighbors that were moving in. The kids were absolutely awful, cursing, out all times of night, vandalizing property, etc. They stay breaking the fences, the car port equipment, and the workout equipment. We could ONLY use the workout area when the office was open because the kids used to be in there all the time and destroy the property.Other neighbors would walk their dogs in front of your property leaving dog feces everywhere instead of in the designated dog area. That was mentioned but nothing came of it. Neighbors were loud, constantly playing music day and night. Neighbors were also dreadfully nasty, leaving everything from bags of trash, alcohol bottles, beer cans, food boxes (i.e. chicken, Pizza boxes), drink cans and bottles, etc. all across the property amd parking lot. I myself have picked up trash several times. The inside of the apartments are pretty old including the appliances. The water bills is via another system in which whatever type of apartment your in like a 2 bedroom, they take the average amount of all the 2 bedrooms in you building and charge everyone the same amount regardless of what you owe.Overall the only positive thing is the area its in. I love that its in the heart of the East side near East chase, etc. The area has went down and theyre steadily letting just anyone in now which is not always good. All money isnt good money. When Foshee managed the property they valued the property and the residents...as of now, its NOTHING like that.

I use to live there at Halcyon Park Apartments years ago. Just wanted to see if everything was still the same.
