Please save your money and do not go here, i went in there to get my nails done and showed her the reference picture and i got nothing like what i asked for. they are uneven lumpy and they rushed my nails and not to mention they are WAY over priced,, i payed 70 dollars for those.. yes i know i regret it..

My daughter had been there many times and has always received great service. The 1 time she had an issue with her set, the manager was more than happy to correct it. Today was my 1st time here and I dont want my not so great experience to reflect on all the ladies. Its only fair to say that I am making this review about the nail tech who serviced me. I did not get her name but she had very light, honey colored eyes. I had SNS overlay done. The edges around my cuticles were not filled all the way and the top edges of my nails were all crocked and bumpy. I was thinking of leaving a $10 tip on $40 nails but only left $8. I will go back and give the salon another try but I will request to not get the same nail tech.

The service here is horrible! I was told that I would have a thirty minute wait and that was a lie! They let every white woman in their salon skip me! They say first come first serve, but this is definitely not the case! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO WOMEN OF COLOR!!

The atmosphere was amazing however, the tech rushed the entire time. During my pedicure she repeatedly dug too deep then brushed it off. During my manicure she was FaceTiming someone the entire time. Both services ended up splotchy and uneven. Not only do they look HORRIBLE for my wedding day but I left with a horribly sore big toe and now have an infection from this place. Will never be coming back

Owner did my finger nails and it seemed that she was just trying to get as many people in and out for money instead of respecting their wants. Disappointed!!!! The sweet women that did my pedicure was amazing and so sweet! I’ve also been informed that this is a typical service from the owner.

This was the worst treatment as a client that I’ve ever received at a nail salon. They treated me like my service didn’t matter. My nails ALL came off after 6 days and when returning to the salon to voice my concern, I was ignored by management and she wouldn’t even come to speak to me. I was very nice and cordial in spite of there negligence. Beware and please spend your money elsewhere.

Do not get your nails done here if you don’t like your nails and do not have time to get them fixed because you’ve already been in there for 2 hours, they make you pay and get a Voucher to come back. Who the F wants to waste more time, and then you let a 13 year ring up your customers. This place is horrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I went Saturday for a manicure and a Pedicure. It is now Tuesday. For both services I was in and out a little over an hour. She rushed the entire time. For my manicure she did not lay a towel down, my hands laid in finger nail shavings and acrylic powder. She filed my nails down and went straight to gluing the fake ones on. Didn’t take the time to size them correctly, did not clip down my cuticles so my acrylic nails look like I’ve had them on for weeks because they look grown out. She didn’t bring the SNS powder to the top of my nail either so that’s also a big reason they look grown out. It’s only been 4 days and my nails look absolutely terrible. Ive used this place multiple times for years, I won’t be back.

I’ve been here a few times. It’s nice and clean. However I have had several unpleasant experiences, it is not relaxing or quality service. I even bought my mom a certificate for their most expensive pedicure and they rushed through the whole thing. It feels like they’re trying to get you out the door ASAP. Not what most people go to a nail “Spa” for. Wouldn’t recommend

I wanted a gel manicure. The color I picked out was a light purple and I ended up with baby pink nails. The lady who did my nails took maybe 10 minutes to do them. They’re uneven, lumpy, and splotchy. I was with a bride-to-be who had to make it to another appointment so I didn’t speak up at the time about the lumpy and splotchy nails. I went back and the lady who helped me complained that there was “nothing wrong with my nails”. On some fingers, the whole nail isn’t even painted and on others, the cuticle is painted. I won’t be back.

The Gel pedicure is Fabulous 💋

I’ve had a pedicure here once before and it was great, but this time was the most horrific experience. They overcharged us and when we confronted them they blatantly lied and said I received the most expensive pedicure. It took them 20 minutes, so obviously I did not. I have multiple cuts on my toes and my gel polish has bubbles in it!

Nice, organized, clean environment with a friendly staff. It was a little too rich for my blood though.

I asked for a manicure when I came in . Just to let everyone know I have not had a manicure done in over 20 years . I went with a friend who recommended SNS . I told the lady that I wanted a manicure. We sat down and she started on the SNS . We finished the SNS and I noticed she never gave me a manicure. I asked about the manicure and she said I did not need it . Let me stress again I have not had a manicure in over 20 years . I am so disappointed about the outcome of my experience. I will have to have someone else remove the SNS . I felt the staff never listened to anything I asked . I will not return Toby his mail salon and as a matter effect I probably will not go to any other mail salon. I am so dissatisfied. Sorry I had to leave such a negative review but I spent 45.00 dollars for nothing I asked for .

Spent $62 on pedicure and eyebrow wax. The lady doing my feet made every French tip uneven and only put one coat of the clear coat once she was finished with me. This was yesterday and it is already chipping and peeling. This has never happened at other nail salons and usually my polish will stay on for a month or two. My sister asked for lavender chrome nails. I asked two different people if I could pay for her chrome since they told us it would be an extra $20. The man doing her nails said it was fine too. They did not put chrome on her nails. They said we never told them. It came out of our mouths 8 times. They said it was too late to fix so we left and went to Spoil me nails and they fixed us up for half the price. We will not be coming her again and I do not recommend this overpriced, cheap quality place.

Been here a couple times with my wife over the last few years. only ever got a basic pedicure. haven’t ever had any problems with anyone or the service, but the chairs they have could be updated.. a couple of the remotes for them have cracks so they don’t work and they seem very weak. could be because i’m a guy, but still seems weak. at any rate, nice place, good services (pedicure at least) and nice employees!

After being seated in chairs for pedicures already for at least 10-15 minutes, my five year old daughter and I were asked to get up so that people who had already left and come back after we were seated could be seen instead of us. When we were asked to get up, we were told there would be at least a 45 minute wait. When I asked him (the front desk attendant) to see whomever was in charge, he refused and said the manager wouldn’t see anyone. He said I could either leave a message or talk to him. I told him that I would just leave my messages by blasting them on the internet and was met with a snarky response. I left and was seen quickly by a competitor that will receive my business from now on. Any place that treats their customers (especially children!) like that aren’t worthy of my money.

The lady hardly spoke to me while she was doing my nails. They weren’t even dry when I left, so I sat in my car hoping they wouldn’t smudge. It has a nice interior and seemed clean but I just thought they could’ve been a bit more welcoming.

Allure Nails will never do my nails nor pedicure ever again. They spilled acrylic solution all over my pink pants and ruined them.. I hate this happen and will never return again.

I love this place. My nail tech took the time to match my pedicure gel polish with my S.N.S. color I chose for my mani. She paid attention to detail, soaked my nails while my feet were being pampered with scrub, mask, hot stones and bamboo massage. I love multitaskers! Very relaxing, clean environment, and the most nail colors to choose from Ive ever seen!

Just got my nails done here. The design that I wanted is a simple design, but was executed very poorly. I have finger nail polish all around my finger, and he didnt clean them up properly. Very disappointed.

Super disappointing. Ive never had a pedicure done in less than 15 minutes. paid extra $$ for the heel scrubbing that was basically nothing. 2 hours later and my toes were still wet...so i really messed up two of them ALREADY. $25 for a manicure that was basically a REALLY expensive polish change. no hand massage. no lotion. my daughters nails still had streaks from her original color under the new clear polish too. the edges werent buffed and were really jagged.$100 should get you MORE than 20 minutes total...this was supposed to be a well deserved treat for us but it was so disappointing.we wont be back.

Great pedicures- well done and did every service included in the package, but my SNS was very poorly done. You can see the ridges from the added tips and most nails are uneven on the top layer or misshapen. I did not speak up bc I had a long wait (which is fine when I am a walkin) but also, if the person doing the nails doesnt see the imperfections.... me pointing it out is not going to help.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!! I went there to get a fill in and a gel over top, they charge WAY too much and my nails look AWFUL! They have bumps and lines in the polish and the tips of my nails have a very thin layer on the so the sun shines right through them. It was my first time going here, the service was bad too, they have terrible customer service. I am very dissatisfied with this business. I would recommend going somewhere else because you can spend less money and get better service and leaving happy. I told the lady that checked me out that I was not happy with my service or how my nails turned out, I asked for a discount because I was already paying over $30 for a simple fill in and gel recolor. The lady stated The price is already low, but that is a nice color! She did not even try to fix my problem. DO NOT GO HERE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!

Been getting my nails done for over 15 yrs. I love this place. Found it by accident. Love the staff. They remember their folks. Lovely facility. I have never walked out unhappy with my fills or my dip nails. Tons of polish/dip/gel options with matching number indicated for toes. Ive been getting my nails done by them for >6mo.

I had an appointment at 4 pm for a manicure and pedicure. Arrived at 3:45. I was put in a pedicure chair at 3:50 1 foot away from a lady in the next chair who didn’t have a mask on her face. There were 3 consecutive pedicure chairs to her with clients all getting pedicures and the workers at their feet. So I was the 5 th pedicure chair in a row. 9 people all within 7-8 ft of each other. I sat there until 4. I got up and left. No social distancing. I was surprised bc no one was in the other side of the salon. It is a big salon. Very disappointed.

Went in on 7/19/2017. It seemed nice at first but I was not happy overall at the end of my experience. Waited about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. Was offered a drink and I accepted. Once the nail technician came to soak off my gel nail polish she spilled pure acetone on me which stained my clothes. They didnt even express remorse/concern. I asked her to use the cotton and foil method which is better for the nail and cuticle, she seemed to not want to do that. Which makes me believe that they dont really care about nail health. The manager/owner was extremely rude and condescending to me when I pointed out that the color of my gel nail polish and the polish on my feet werent the same even though I asked for the same color. She tried to make me pay for a color change on my toes although her technician gave the wrong color. I told her I didnt have time to wait for a color change. She laughed and told me I should have set aside more time. However, I wouldnt have needed more time if theyd done things properly in the beginning. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Ive been to nail spas all over the world because I travel often. Nowhere have I ever experienced such incompetence and disrespect.

Just went there and they want $4.00 extra to remove dead dry skin from heels! Charged $5.00 extra to remove polish. So wont be back. My total was $31.00. I didnt get my heels done. So dont feel like I got a decent pedi. I pay $23 at my normal salon Regal. They do it all!

After a full day of flying from across the country I noticed I needed my nails done. I walked in to this salon and they gave me an upscale experience. The staff are very friendly and the customer service is amazing. The complimentary beverages help. Jessica gave me a pedicure while Ngoc gave me a manicure. I couldn’t have asked for better service. if you’re in the area and looking for a nail spa this is the place to be.

They did my nails and the topcoat wrinkled very badly it was very poor service but it was very clean.

It was nice. It wasn’t sooo busy, which was great. The fact that the manager stayed about an hour and a half later to do our nails and was very patient while doing it, it says a lot about the staff that works here. I would absolutely recommend this place and will be returning. I also enjoy how the staff holds friendly conversations with the customers to pass time .

Extremely poor customer service. Depending on which nail tech you get the quality of service varies. Some of them do not speak English well and seem rather incompetent when you request basic services.

The decorations are absolutely beautiful and all their furniture is fairly new and inviting. The service wasnt as inviting my nail tech barely spoke to me and the work on my nails was not impressive in the least. We stayed for an eye wax were the lady just kept dipping in the same stick over and over and using the same strip over and over, after we waited at least 30 min for her. I think our first visit will be our last

This was the worst experience ever I would not recommend this place at all. I received a manicure and the lady clipped an entire piece of my skin off ! My finger is still bleeding she then applied alcohol and tried to apply nail polish which burned and charged me 20 dollars didn’t even have the Curtesy to take anything off the price ! Left the shop after I paid and my finger is still bleeding !! I wish it was a way for me to post a picture of my finger !

I wouldn’t recommend this place AT ALL!! I came in to get a tiny design put on my nail and I waited an HOUR!! 5 people, who came in after me, were taken back before I was. The day before, I spent $60 with them. I was treated like garbage!!! I will never be back!!! I will spend my hard earned money on people who will treat me with respect!!!

I had been waiting to have a pedicure due to the corona virus. I called to schedule an appointment the day before, I was so disappointed that the wait was more than 30min, and more pedicure wad rushed. I have been coming here for more than 2 years; the service is not what it use to be.

I went in on May 23 for my graduation. A lady named “Kim” (i think) did my nails. They overcharged me, and It took almost 2 hours. I got one striped design and my total was $60. The polish kept messing up, and the lady started shoving my hand under the light, making the polish mess up more. Then she started yelling frantically in another language, causing a scene. I also put for a complimentary drink, and never got it. I was charged $80 because I wrote a tip, but I tipped $10 in cash to her personally. They went and took an additional $10 off though. When I left, there was gel polish everywhere over my fingers. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. It only received a star because the nails havent fallen off yet. I will not be returning here anytime soon.

I will NEVER ever spend another dollar in this salon!!! They are not kid friendly at all, some mothers dont have a choice but to bring their kid with them and they hate to honor the 2 week promise. If its not solar, it doesnt last. They speak Vietnamese the entire time which I think is disrespectful! And they publicize that they have the right to refuse service to anyone 😒

First time walk in. Such a HUGE selection of SNS. First time getting SNS. I was in the chair within 5 mins, with many other guests in house.I had Linh to do my nails. It was her first day at Allure. She did them so PERFECTLY.So pleased. Will be coming back, in two weeks. ❤️

I decided to try somewhere new, somewhere nicer than the usual nail shops since the last 2 experiences ended in them cutting my toe.It started off well enough. The lady doing my feet was rough but I could deal with it. She continued to act rushed and I just got that gut feeling and sure enough cut the hell out of my toe. It bled for a while. She tried to make it stop and finally had to superglue it. She did not make eye contact or try to apologize until I was walking out of the door. I normally tip well but I left no tip after paying full price with no apology.If you can escape without injury the place was nice and they did have several services and add ons to choose from.

Everything was going well until the nail technician cut the cuticle on my big toe and I started to bleed. She directed me to put my foot in the water, which was uncomfortable. She painted over the cut, which was quite uncomfortable, as well. The manicure was not much better. The nails were not filed evenly and was rushed. Now, my toe is red and puffy and I’m worried about infection and their sterilization practices, as she only wiped the scissors off after she cut me. What a great birthday gift to myself!

Not complaing on the work because my nails are nice but they need disclaimers on how hot their towels and water is....while running the water for me to get a pedicure the water became extremely hot like they were about to boil some noodles and now my feet has red spots all over and its been at least 8 hrs since i got them done....when i said something the lady gone tell me it wasnt hot like she really felt it to see if it was or not even the lady next to me complained about the water.....then after getting my foot massage they got the hot towel and layed it on my leg the towel was so hot i have a fresh burn scar on my leg now....and while getting a full set a worker cut me with a drill and blamed it on a hang nail...like i said the work is nice but I wont be back because dealing with me they will catch a lawsuit

I had to give this nail salon 1 star due to the website but I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! I had my nails done and the nail polish peeled that night 3 hours after I left the salon. I called the salon the next day about getting them fixed. The guy that answered the phone stated yes we will be more than happy to fix them for you. And apologized. However, when I went in to get them fixed the OWNER/ manager stated that she would not have them fixed. There was nothing wrong with them. I looked at her and said well they are peeling and I got them done last night. She said oh thats just the regular nail polish. I told her the conversation that I had prior to coming back in. she said there wasnt anything wrong with my nails and they werent going to do anything about it. REALLY BAD MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS... So I went to Hollywood nails and they looked at my nails and could CLEARLY SEE that they were peeling. I decided to pay more money to have them fixed... Hollywood did a FABULOUS JOB. very nice, happy place to go to. they are not over priced like this place is. I wont be back. Due to the rudeness of the manager or owner. However I will go back to Hollywood!

This place was the worst place I have ever got my nail done. I went there cause of decent reviews online. I wanted to get my nails done for my engagement pictures, and the guy that did my nails did a very hurried, awful job. He cut the side of my nail and it was bleeding the whole time, yet he kept rushing doing my nail without doing anything about it or even apologize. My nails had never looked any worst in my life, they were in different shape . I kept telling him how important it was to get atleast one of my hands right, but he did not care what so ever.. I walked away paying full with tears in my eyes and knowing that I have to postpone my photography session till I go somewhere else and get my nails redone. Maybe my experience was bad, but I know the guy who did my nails, he did not care what so ever.. I will never never go back and recommend to all my friends and family to never go there again.

Ive only been here twice, but the nail salon is one of the best Ive ever been to, and whenever I come home to Mobile I will go here. I brought my mom for a mani/pedi day, and the nail techs made her feel really comfortable being that it was her first time getting no-chip Polish and a pedi. Lily did my nails and she took her time to make sure my nails were perfect. The place is clean, the people are friendly, and there are timely and affordable. I love this place!

My wife has made Allure a home away from home. The staff is professional, friendly and very skilled.

I gave it one star because I couldnt choose no star. I was part of a bridal party that went to get their nails done last night. The place is beautiful and the people were friendly at first.We chose the pedi and mani we wanted and sat down. They were very quick to help me but my friend had to wait at least 30 minutes after sitting down to even get started on hers. The guy that did my feet did a very hurried, awful job and also gave me the wrong pedicure. He gave my friend the one I had chosen when she had chosen the cheaper deal. They charged us both for the higher one too. The guy didnt even get all of the salt scrub off of my legs and left my legs very oily. When the Bride got her gel nail polish put on just 2 nails she did not like the color. She informed the guy doing her nails that she didnt like it and he assured her the color would be much better once it dried. After they dried she told him once again that she didnt like it. He got mad and told her she would have to come back the next business day to get them changed. Her wedding is in a day so obviously she couldnt come back! They were very RUDE!! A lady decided to redo her nails after complaining that the Bride kept changing her nail color too much. After sitting back down the lady informed the Bride that If you werent getting married I wouldnt even be here. They were VERRRY RUDE and did not do a good job at all. We didnt even get our complimentary drinks. I wouldnt advise going there ever. It was my first time going and, more likely than not, my LAST! After making the Bride cry the lady doing her nails suddenly became nice. It was a terrible experience.

SUPER disappointed.. went for mothers day.. got my toes done there and literally the next day someone asked ME if I was DRUNK when I painted my toes. They lady didnt speak English AT ALL. I asked for a design and the beautician next to me told me nobody here knows how to do designs So i asked for them to just put some simple jewels on it. (like glue the diamonds on) And she was like, like i said nobody here knows how to do that so i was like.. ohkay can she paint some sparkly glitter on it then? She was like honestly she doesnt even speak English so your better off just showing her the color you want painted on your toes and thats it I was pissed! Especially because I never get my toes done. And i paid extra so that it would come out really pretty.. the paint came off within a week. Thank god though, it looked horrible. Like legit the lady painted my actual toe. And left it there.. -4 stars
