This place seemed great based off of the reviews but I had a terrible experience. The professional doing my nails sliced my pinky due to her paying more attention to her Co worker and speaking in their language with giggles. Her response after I pulled my hand away was a simple you Ok? I said no, that hurt. And she never said anything after that. No compensation was offered or money taken off for her literally slicing my pinky and making me bleed.

I took my mom to get matching SNS Mani for us both and our nails turned out gorgeous! The nail tech did such a great job of trying to match a picture I showed her of the style I wanted and theyre close to identical! My mom and I love them so much and will definitely be back! Also, everything was clean and the experience was very relaxing! Next time we will get pedicures also!

So I came here with my cousin recently and this was our 1st time trying them and while we were getting our nails did a girl comes in and say she just got her nails did the same week and they all came broke off she just wanted the rest soaked off so me and my cousin were looking like uuhhh ooohhhh so I liked my nail tech she was very good took her time on the other hand my cousin nail tech was rushing on her nail beds constantly cutting her and she started way after my nail tech did and was done before my nail tech also my cousins nails all came off the same week so I guess my cousin had the nail tech the young lady was speaking about . Mines on the other hand stayed on and were very durable my nail tech took her time I wish I remembered her name

Ive been going to Old Shell Nail and Spa since it opened, and I have not once been disappointed with the service or quality of work Ive received there. Theyre wonderful to not only me, but also my little one. Lee and her staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their craft. Id recommend them to anyone!

Took my daughter (3.5 years old) for her first mani/pedi today and was blown away with how caring and professional the whole staff was! We were well cared for and our nails are perfect. Highly recommend, you will love it!

Awesome Customer Service.I stopped by a nail salon before work where I didnt feel welcome until I got up to leave and thats when I became visible to the workers. She actually followed me out the door. Apologizing and asking me to not leave.I drove acrossed the street to Old Shell Nail & Spa walked in received a warm Greeting, asked what type of service I needed. Sat down and Annie who is now my new bff 😊 was honest, sweet, fast and all around fabulous. Not only did I receive the service I asked for but they also educated me on services and techniques I didnt know about. Everyone who I met on yesterday is Great. I want to say Thank You. I will be back soon

Love this place! The staff is friendly, they do a good job and I have never had to wait.

The shop was really nice and there was no wait (I was a walk in) but those are the only positive things I can say. The first tech wasn’t experienced with sns and drilled my nails too hard when removing the old set. The second tech was in a hurry to leave and filed my nails very unevenly (I have natural nails, decent length). Ultimately I was not happy with the end result and my nails were lifting from the sns before I left. I asked if they could be fixed but was told there would be a charge. I’m not against paying the price for a luxury but my nails were not worth what I paid for whatsoever.

They were excellent. My mani/pedi was perfect!!! Whenever, I come to Mobile this will be my go-to nail salon!

I came in and waited. My water turned cold and no one said anything until I begin drying my feet off. They worked on people who came in after me before me.
