The staff was very kind. This was my first ever gel manicure, and my nail tech kept making sure I liked how the color was turning out. The price was great, and I would definitely come back next time I’m in Mobile!

Lily Nails is the best nail salon in Mobile. It is beautiful and relaxing inside. Always pristinely clean. Lily and her staff are very sweet and give the best customer service I have ever experienced. They take all the social distancing mandates very seriously, all customers must wear a mask, they always wear masks, there are shields up at all stations and they are constantly cleaning. After trying many different salons in our area I tried here because of a friends referral. I have been going here for a year and half, I will not use any other salon.An added bonus is the prices for services are all reasonable. I am always a very happy Lily Nails customer.

Im from Miami, Florida, and my friend and I came here for the first time a month ago when we were visiting. It was the best nail salon experience weve ever had. Everyone was very genuine and kind. I normally dont get my nails done often but I think I might just have to drive all the way to Mobile every time I want to get them done now. So worth the drive, time, and money! I cant wait to visit again! A definite 5 stars from me! Next time Ill bring all of my friends to see you guys! Keep up the good work, and Ill see you in a few weeks.

My first time in this salon. It was clean and I was greeted at the door. It wasnt packed, yet I waited 35 min. before I received my pedicure. Then a pipe burst and the scent of sewage took everything to elevated moment. My attendant was the manager, she tried to be pleasant. But her focus was on the plumbing. Understandable. Fast forward. ..... I cant say the wait was worth it. Although I waited 35 min. And an additional 20 minutes once I was seated. I just wasnt impressed. Would I go back...maybe if I cracked in case of an emergency.

Im new to mobile and i found my new go to place! They are friendly. They take care of you right away. They make you feel like home. They do wonderful work. I highly recommend them. You wont regret it

Theyre so nice to me even though I cant afford to tip very much. Thats got to be the most comforting thing. I love getting my nails done, but I honestly cant afford it. But whenever I get the chance to go, I always come here. Im not just paying for the great service, this place is the total package. I suggest Lilys Nails to everyone.

Lilys Nails is the best in town, and I have the audacity to say that it is one of the best in the nation. My wife and I travel a lot in the states. Weve visited many nail salons, and I can honestly say that Lilys is without a doubt our top choice. Ive visited many very fancy, new, modern salons.. but thats just it. Thats all there was to it. Every customer is just a customer. Lilys actually does a great job, theyre clean, and they have great customer service. It truly feels like home in there. Every customer is not just a customer, but a friend. They appreciate every ounce of business they get. They greet you when you enter and leave, and they say thank you more than enough times because they truly do appreciate you being there. I recommend it to all my friends, ladies and gentlemen. It deserves every single start.. much more than 5.I usually dont write reviews, and now I truly feel the need to write them for the business that I truly enjoy because I see so many obviously fabricated negative reviews... Its sad that people do things like that out of spite or to help boost a competing business. The fact that all of the negative review directly targets Lily (you can easily get a name from the salons name...) shows that they dont actually know anyone else or anything else about the salon.. and did I mention directly recommending another salon.. I mean could you be anymore obvious? Having read the reviews, I immediately know they are being extra and deceptive. No one, and I mean absolutely no one, whether they have a business or not treats people like that. These people are just obviously petty and decided to be mean the day they wrote those reviews. Please please dont let it fool you into letting a GREAT salon pass you by.

I buy my wife a gift certificate here for every occasion year round.. and she never fails to use every single one. They have my face and name memorized now because I go there so much. They know exactly what I need and who I am buying for. They never fail to give the best service to both my wife and I. I cant wait for my daughter to be old enough to get her nails done so I can send her here too.

I came in when I heard they won the local Nappies awards two years in a row. It definitely lived up to its reputation. Clean, friendly environment. Gorgeous nails and toes too! The massage was also great!

This nail salon sucks. I never leave reviews so you know I feel strongly. They are extremely outdated and can only do basic things. Lily is the one that always does my nails and she can be very rude. I notice that she isnt rude to everyone, but always to me. I told her I wanted my nails in a coffin shape and she proceeded to tell me that that nail shape is only for attractive people. I wasnt aware that certain nail shapes were designed for certain people. She tries to talk me out of everything I want and wants to do them her way, but it is my money. Today I went in and she didnt speak not one word to me while servicing me, like she has an attitude. My nails are horrible and uneven, what a waste of my hard earned money. She acts as if the other women money is better than my money which I do not appreciate. If youre a young girl dont go here.

I came in to a gel nail polish and Lily acted as if it was mandatory to soak the polish off when I know its not..I asked could she just drill it off as everyone else does. Later she came back telling saying what do u want on your nails! I told her I would wait for another nail tech because if she was gonna have an attitude that she should just help someone else. I waited to be serviced by someone else not Ms Rude yelling Lily!

Pathetic. Worst. Pedicure. Ever. Did not even want to cut or file my toenails. No massage, only light pressure rubbing while gazing out the window the whole time. Dont waste your money.
