I used to love this place, but the past two times I went, I couldnt wait to be done, and leave. Asked for a very specific shape, and design. The tech talked on the phone with her friend the entire time she was doing my nails. Rushed the job so I asked her to just take the design off, and paint all my nails one color then she stabbed in between my finger and nail with the drill. I wont go back theyve declined so far. Now instead of a ballerina nails shape I look like I have baby shark teeth for nails. Its been 3 days and two of my fingernails just ripped off doing normal house chores. I cant seem to let another review after tree days, and my nails fall off.

I came and spent $85 dollars for a pedicure but the fill in gel set was awful. I asked the tech what was this area on the side of my nail and she said that it was just skin. Why was that not removed when you were filing my nails.. I dont know if she was in a hurry or what but she did not fix the problem. I will not be using that person again. The sugar scrub a d pedicure was awesome though.

I absolutely love this place! Ever since I have found it, I have never been anywhere else. Their pedicures are amazing, they all are very professional and know what they are doing. And are very efficient with their time. The nails come out beautiful and they treat you with respect. There is also a lady who rents a room and does haircuts and styles. She is amazing as well! I will never use anywhere else for anything I need as far as a beauty salon or Spa.

I was looking for a place nearby to get a pedicure. I read some reviews and did my research and found this establishment. The employees were very friendly and really nice. The place was very clean and it had a grade of 100% from the health board. I opted to get the sugar scrub pedicure with a French tip which was $35. I enjoyed the pedicure thoroughly I only wish the French tip was a little more accurate and that the tip was darker in some areas. After I left and really examined the job when I got home I noticed several flaws. I would definitely recommend them, I just would not do a French tip next time. The massage chair was great and the ambience of the establishment was on point. Overall, great experience. I only took one star due to the lack of precision with the French tip.

I guess it really just depends on their mood the kind of nails youll get. Ive had really good sns from them and okay sets.... todays were just bad.. and of course I encouraged a coworker to go with me... $55+ dollars wasted because theyre so bad Im going to have to go somewhere else tomorrow and get them redone. And had to apologize to my friend for wasting her hard earned money too... 🙄

The wife and I celebrated her BDAY and I can say I understand why women do this. My feet look and feel new😳😂 Cool experience!!

Horrible service from LINH she had the drill too high !!Applied too much polish and ruined my nails !! LINH Was very rude when I stated the errors ... and on top of all of that the acrylic was on my cuticle causing excruciating pain DO NOT GO HERE !!! Paid 90$ for horrible service and sore fingers

I have been looking for a great salon since I moved here from Tennessee. This place is awesome! Ms Savy done my pedicure, and I can say its the best one I have ever had. 10/10 will definitely return! Everyone is nice and they take their time making sure everything is done right. Prices are cheap too, you definitely get your moneys worth.

I was overcharged and did not like my nail design at all. Nail tech rushed me to choose design and was very rude. I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone they are very dishonest.

I was having a bad day and decided to treat myself. Its almost as if they picked up on my vibe. I had a fabulous time. it was evening not many customers were there but they made it a very nice experience for me. The pedicure was great and I felt a thousand times better when I left. Didnt know the cut hair there too.

First pedicure. WOW!! I came out so relaxed and my feet and legs felt fantastic. Way more than I expected. Had a manicure as well. They did a fantastic job and really know what they are doing!! For all you get the cost is very reasonable. Will definitely be going back. Working it into my budget. 😀

Ok so i’m giving them one star because they did very good on my nails but I got a Brazilian and they didn’t do the full thing and it was very pricy i won’t be going back because I can’t afford it I have natural nails and only had sns put on so it’s a good place if u have A LOT of money but if not go somewhere cheaper .

My first time at Golden nail spa. It was such a treat. Great service, perfect pedicure and solar nails look and feel the best I’ve ever had. You can even relax with a Margarita or a glass of wine for your ‘ME’ time if you are looking a great afternoon of pampering yourself.

This place is a joke . Went in to get sns on my real nails . The girl that did them did not take her time doing them . Did not file them plus she cut my finger and still wanted to charge me 40 .

My friend and i came here to get our nails done, the lady that did my friends did absolutely terrible, my friends nails were so chunky and were poorly painted . we went back and asked if we could get a refund for her nails because she was not going to allow them to do hers again ( they also do not have a sign saying they don’t do refunds) they were super rude, very unprofessional and did not help us in any way . he said he could have redid her nails but since she cut them ( bc they looked absolutely terrible & she didn’t wanna be seen w them anywhere ) there was absolutely nothing he could do . HORRIBLE . the employees are rude and unprofessional when dealing w issues.

I got my eyebrows waxed and after leaving I kept smelling chemicals and everywhere that got waxed was burning never have had that experience.. My eyes brows and eyes swelled up and I got bumps all around my eyes & had the worst headache.. There was chemicals mixed in either with wax or the cleaning products they used to wipe off waxed... Worst experience ever... Will never go back... First & last time...

Oh my where do I begin I went in to get a full set and the lady cut me all around fingernail beds and whenever she was done they were uneven and when I had told her about it she had told me oh thats just your fingers and less then a week like 4 day later after having done a full set they were already lifting really bad so I went back there to ask what was wrong why was it doing that becuase it had never done like thst before they had told me that is because I wash my hands too much and I was like the only time I wash them is when I go to the restroom.. so yes very bad and rude

I have been going to the golden nail spa in mobile since they opened. I always used them never going some were else, they do whatever I want and there pedicure excellent they always used new individual disposable files, buffer and pumice bars .clean customers service excellent.

My wife went in there yesterday, July 9, 2014 for a Pedicure. Her polish is all over her toes, nails not cut properly, French manicure was done but its crooked on some toes, feet are still dry and flaky. Shes been working a lot, sent her for some R&R and required maintenance Horrible experience. Worst Pedicure EVER!!!!
