The nail tech was nice and i was seated pretty quickly compared to most walk in places, which was nice. i was just going to get a solid color full set, but then i saw a few examples of their nail designs so i assumed they would be great at doing designs as well. i gave a picture reference of a striped stiletto nail. i asked for regular but was given a gel set + charged for it without realizing (i’m not an expert on nails). the nail tech was fast and a little rough, but i’m pretty sensitive and i always get a little hurt getting my nails done so i didn’t mind much. the first red flag is when she started DRILLING old nail polish out from under my nails. she could have soaked them in acetone or maybe used a q-tip, but no. she decided to drill under my nail and against my nail bed. it was painful but i decided to ignore it because as i said i’m not an expert. while i was getting them done i thought it looked fine, albeit a little rounder than the stiletto i asked for. after it was finished and i paid $65, i realized how horrible it looked. (see the picture in photos, i’m the red and black striped nails) the nails were extremely thick and clumpy. the red stripes left large bumps. the nail shape is more almond than stiletto. some of them don’t even seem the same size. i’m never going back here again. i recommend nail fever instead, it’s my favorite salon.

I asked for coffin nails and they were rushed and when I asked for them to be reshaped because I paid 55 dollars for tHem, they were rude and arguing with me. The nails were horribly ombréd and they were thick and fat. Was told they looked good by the owner and nothing was wrong with them. I took a picture and showed him my nails and he thought that they were fatter on the picture than in real life? Will not be returning. Very unprofessional and not skilled enough to follow simple directions!

Will never go again and would definitely not recommend to anyone! Lily was the lady that did my pedicure and she was VERY unprofessional! Rushed and actually hurt my feet! Ran her mouth to the young man next to her the entire time. they are not sterile. No liners for their pedicure baths which is a big no no!!! What she doesnt realize is that some people can actually understand their language! I spoke to the gentleman/manager, who was kind and offered a gift card, which I handed to another client near. Never going back!

Took my wife here for mothers day and she had a great time. She said they did a really good job. My daughter enjoyed herself as well. The staff let me relax in one of the massage chairs while I waited, so left with my back better than when we arrived. Ill definitely be taking her back for her birthday. All around great shop.

Very disappointed in this shop compared to the World Nails in Saraland. The techs were rude and dismissive. I was charged an extra $5 for short nails. My index finger nail is noticeably shorter as well. Honestly the techs seemed nicer and welcoming to the customers that were white and that’s very unfortunate. However I still tipped heavy and was kind. The colors where beautiful but the work was inadequate and lazy. She didn’t even paint the whole nail. The sides were bare and I didn’t notice that until I got home. To add insult to injury, when I called to make my appointment I asked for one of the most experienced techs because I’m shopping for a nail salon home. I walked away feeling cheated out of my money. I should have read the reviews first.

I went in on Sunday for a sns set and toenail polish. I took a set and a few minutes the older lady hit me on my should and told me to sit at the pedicure chair for my toe polish, once I did she literally filed and buffed my feet for maybe two seconds before applying the polish very poorly, the polish sill had streaks and was not neatly done . Once I asked them to Redo it the older lady got really loud and upset !! She did not take off the first coats of polish she only Covered with a new color and didn’t clean up behind it! It looks very sloppy to the point I took I off ASAP. This was my first time there and I won’t be back! Very unprofessional

This was seriously one of the worst nail experiences Ive ever had. And i get my nails done every 2 weeks ! Me and my fiance went and we were seated in a nail chair, and then we didnt even get acknowledged for another hour. It took the man an hour and a half to do a simple FILL IN. They are not friendly at all- dont even talk to you. Only reason i even gave it 1 star is because at least my nail polish is a pretty color.

Sat under the dryer for 10 minutes and it was not turned on, so when I asked the lady turned it on but I was IMMEDIATELY rushed out the door barefoot with WET toenails and prices were not on display

I came here two days a ago. I got a VIP pedicure and SNS manicure. They did awesome job. The Stuff were really Polite. Tools were super Clean. I would recommend everyone to come here to get Nails done. Will be back soon.👍❤️❤️❤️

I went on Monday and received quality service. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean. Monday was my first time going and I will be back.

Worst experience ever today at a nail salon. I usually go to another place but they were closed. I used to frequent world nails but had a bad visit and stopped going there. Decided to give them another shot today. Bad decision on my part. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. The lady who did my pedicure completely rushed through it. She was done in 15 minutes. The lady who did my nails didn’t even trim them or cut the cuticles. I left there after spending $65 with polish on my skin on hands and feet. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The only reason I am giving this place one star is because zero is not possible. I am disgusted with the treatment of my daughter and myself, but I speak another language and I recognize and can comprehend when I am being spoken about. My daughter and I felt unwanted, disrespected and will not return. The work was subpar, done lazily, incorrectly and the place was unclean. Do not waste your money here (and it is a LOT.)

I have mixed reviews for this shop. I always go there for my nails and they do an awesome job. So, I tried a pedicure; it was not the best! It was rushed and it looked like a child polished the nails. I will continue to go there for my nails; pedicure, NOT!

Disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. I got a full-set and my nails were too thick it looked horrible. My finger were sore and red. I felt unwanted there. A full-set is 30 dollars but if you want a certain shape they add 5 more. I told them I wanted coffin shaped nails. They didn’t shape my nails correctly. It was a horrible experience. I will not be giving them anymore service.

I had an SMS removal and new SMS applied. There was no direction as to what chair etc. to sit at when I first arrived. So there was that really awkward few minutes before someone huffed and pointed to a chair. After my nails were soaked off the tec. came over acting very rushed and hectic. (It was not busy) During the application of the Sns, she would apply the steps out of order or 3-4 fingers one step then go to do the next and not be sure which fingers were at what step. 🙄 Then at the end, she globbed the clear coat on the nail to where it pooled on the side on most of them and others the clear coat didnt cover the entire nail. 😭 I am extremely disappointed and will not be coming back.

Sat there for 30 minutes waiting on a manicure. Asked about how long it would be and got shell be with you in a minute and then a lot of rapid fire talk in another language and pointing at me. I finally just asked to pay for the lotion they had put on my hands and left.

Internet states this business closes at 6pm but I showed up 5:05pm and the door was locked. They saw customers at the door and just looked at us. Thats not customer service!!! Respectful thing to do is at least come to the door or post a sign. Needless to say, Im looking for another nail shop.

The service was not worth the money! They will take their time on your nails but that doesnt make up for bad service. My daughter got short to medium length acrylic gel nails for $60 that look like more like a $35.00 job at the average nail shop in Moble. One of her nails was coming off before we even left. She didnt even ask for them to redo the whole nail. She asked for the lady to glue it back down & the lady was arguing with her telling her it wasnt coming off. We are not the controversial types so we just left. Needless to say it came off before we made it home. While we was there we witness one of ladies who work there (the one who wears glasses) arguing with this other Customer about how long she was taking to pick out a nail color. I heard the customer say if you wouldnt messed my nails up i wouldnt even be back here. She left her sitting there waiting to get JUST HER NAILS PAINTED for about an hour while she did someone else nails. Go at your own risk!

If you could give it 0 stars I would, worst pedicure of my life. 15 minutes and the whole thing including painting was done. This woman didnt even scrub deaf skin off my feet I wasted my time and 30 dollars on this crappy service.

Went in on Sunday to have a mani pedi. By the time I got home the gel polish was bubbling and leaking on my hands. Went in to get it fixed and was told it was my fault. Next day, its bubbling and flaking off again. Never go to this place!!!

Had a full set put on, my lady was very nice but it seemed like they were so busy everyone was rushing to get customers in. I got rhinestones put on my nails and within 2 days they popped off ; leaving me no choice but to get them redone elsewhere . Gel polish was cracking within 1 hour of getting nails done . I’ve NEVER seen such DULL polish WITH A TOP COAT in all my years of getting my nails done . I don’t think I will be returning here .

Super junk, not doing well! Go to other stores the next day and ask for half the price! My friend and I will never visit this store again!
