I’ve had good experiences with the pedicures but I got SNS and after a week they started to crack and break. I asked her to dip 3 times to make them strong. (She said she did but they count the clear powder as 1.) After asking her to please dip once more...she began getting an attitude and then did a lazy job. It was very quick and she didn’t coat the whole nail evenly. I won’t be going back.

Rating with one star is too much!!! Went to ms tina’s to get an all white SNS. tina (yes lower case T) was friendly but unconcerned with my desired all white SNS. Was headed out of town the next day to go to a Frankie Beverly & Maze show in Atlanta, Ga. I went along with her idea of getting solar which she assured would last longer and stronger....day four I have two cracked off white nails and one lifting. Stopped by her shop day 6 to assure her to enjoy the $45 she charged which was $5 more than she stated in the beginning. Buyer beware....JUST TIRED OF UNCONCERNED nail techs who really profit and don’t give a care....especially to my people!!!

I like getting my pedis there, everyone is always nice to me.

Someone recommended the place to me, and so I tried it since I needed a pedi. Lady was nice, and I dont mind rushing through it as I do for most of my pedis, but she could have at least done a better job. The cleaning up the cuticle area was mediocre; I could have done better my own self. And the polish? It was just okay. Looking at it closely now, I can see polish on the skin next to my toenails. Next time, Ill just go to my normal places.EDIT: I originally rated it two stars, but I had to lower this to one star. The person in charge of their social media had the audacity to find my Instagram, privately message me on the direct messenger on Instagram, wanting me to delete this review & accusing me of lying about my visit 8 months ago and writing the review to sabotage their business for the sake of another business. This was highly unprofessional of this person to contact me this way and accuse me of such things. I also have screenshots of the conversation before this person deleted the direct message.There may be talented nail specialists at this place, but if this is how a business handles a bad review from an unhappy client who has only been there once, then I do not suggest coming here.
