Diane does great nails& eyebrows. The customer service here is NOT GOOD! I told them if I wasnt SAVED I would have told them something and it would not have been good! Instead I let them know they need to work on there customer service skills, including the owner (MAN).

What a surprising amazing place! I showed up 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday night and they treated me like queen. The two guys there received me with open arms and I even got a hand massage. They were about to close and I expect them to rush through my nails but on the contrary, they took as long as it needed and I really appreciated the patience and calmness. My nails looked amazing!!!! They didn’t cut me which is very comum because I have very sensitive and thin under nail skin. They could definitely work on getting more colors since the pallet was not very appealing and a bit repetitive. However their nail art looked AWESOME and I can’t wait to try that next time. Price was reasonable and I will definitely come back :)

I have an appointment with them at 4:45, and everyone is super busy. I was sitting and wasted half an hour. Very disappointed:( I didn’t have anything done. Even though the staffs are nice but I feel so bad.

Worst place to go. Worst experience ever. Was there on time with an appointment and 2 hours later I was still waiting and I watched how they did my cousin’s toes in 15 minutes. Barely cleaned her and cut into her skin and was loud about pay $45 on your way out 🙄🙄🙄! NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Got my nails done a week ago mostly all of them have popped off I went back the next day after my nail came off she glued it back on the next day the nail comes back off And more nails are coming off the design was terrible my nails look nothing like the picture I showed her I. Paid for a color change 35$ 🤦🏾‍♂️ on my feet the nail polish is already coming off the nail polish it was clumpy never going here again worst experience ever

I paid $30 for a fill in when the price is $25 for a fill. I didn’t get anything special done. Just a regular color and the same shape I had before. Mai charged an extra $5 so she could keep it as a tip instead of just asking or letting me willingly tip. I won’t be going back. There are too money hungry. Not my first incident there. I gave them another chance. I’ll take my service elsewhere.UPDATE: they are charging $60 for a full set because of the pandemic. Outrageous.

Went here last minute because my regular nail tech was unavailable, Mai did my nails & she was absolutely wonderful. Not only was she polite, but also quick and professional. I would definitely recommend their business

Came is for a nail under lay. Told “Kim” that I do not want acrylic nails or tips she then said tips can be cut and next time my nails will be the length for a overlay. She rushed, did a horrible job and now a week later the gel polish has worn off. Totally not happy and will never come back. Kim also did my daughters nails too and hers are doing the same thing. Just because your shop is busy, you shouldn’t rush clients.

Mai is a con artist. Rather then let me decide what her tip would be she TOLD me what she wanted. I found that rude. I thought a Tip was a gratuity for good service NOT an expected charge. I’ll never go back to TNT Nails.

I drive 40 minutes from home to this salon to see Diane. She is five stars on brows and nail. I dont trust anyone else with my acrylics. I see her every two weeks.But this salon depends on who you get. Some people are super nice, but dont have the best skills.Its nothing fancy. For me, its a utility. For amazing acrylics see Diane.

Do not go here! Save yourself and your nail health I switched from my old shop to save money cause my natural nails are really long and it had gotten pricey for upkeep. I thought Tommy was really talented soon after a few months my fills would have to be done sooner and sooner. Not thinking anything of it. I noticed a little tint of green on my nail bed during one fill he convinced me it was from the polish I went with it cause I loved his designs, but I noticed he cut corners on doing the fills simply using glue and laying the new gel acyrilic down which is a huge no no, even sheet I explained that I knew this was not correct he ignores me taking about how he held a licence not me. I learned letter its improper because the glue will dissolve and there will be an air pocket under the new acyrilic which causes condensation and what do you get when you have a damp dark area boys and girls? Yes Mold! I was at my old nail shop in tears doing a full soak off only to find you my horror that under the cute designs Tommy was not following proper protocol which led to all of my nails having mold on them! I was hysterical and called him off course he blamed me for letting water get in my nail but Ive been getting my nails done since I was about 12 and consistently around my easily 20s so it was today bs. I had to start my nail joinery over at my old shop embarrassed and humiliated because by me trying to be cheap I ruined my nails. Also getting pedicures there was a nightmare because I would get the gel polish and every so often it would burn under the light (I suspect they pour too much acitone in the polish to stretch it out) well did I get mold on my toes of course not my damn toe nail came off instead of just the gel polish.

They are a veey good local spot very nice staff I love how they do my nalis a one stop shop, nails, eyebrows, and lashes and reasonably priced.

I went in for a manicure. The person who did my manicure cut his finger. He was bleeding, and at no point did he get up to wash his hands, or get a band aid. When he got blood on my hand, I suggested he should maybe get a bandaid and he told me no. Very unprofessional and unsanitary. My manicure was disappointing. He spent no more than 15 minutes with me because he had 2 other clients waiting for him. I never imagined clear nail polish looking horrible until I went to this salon. It’s all over my fingers and above my cuticles. The only thing this salon has going for them is that they seem to be nice people.

Poor service! They pull your acrylic nail out without dissolving it very unprofessional! I dont recommend this place at all I regretted ever going there the lady doing my nail talked so much with the other staff and was not concentrated on what she was doing that she cut me very badly with the cutter and made me pay the full price!

I picked a color and tommy put on a completely different color and tried to convince me that it was the color I chose. After he finished, I compared and it was a completely different color! His excuse was that the gel color numbers were updated and didn’t even offer to redo them! My cousin got a French gel manicure he told her a price before he started and then charged her an extra $10 stating that he forgot that French is extra. Also, her nails chipped within 2 hours and she was able to completely peel off the manicure. I used to like this place and drove out of my way to go here, but won’t be returning due to how my last visit went. Quite honestly, the place is dirty and the quality is not worth what they’re charging!

That was very sad the only person that can actually do nails is the guy, I showed them a picture of the nails I wanted and they gave me a total different look. $50 was spend on some tacky nails. the guy even said she did not know what she was doin! he tried his best to fix It but they still ugly

This woman just tried charging me $30 for a polish change with gel polish!!!!! Thats more than double how much they charge ANYWHERE else. $30 to paint my nails... Not a manicure, just a polish change.. what a joke.

The lady a chair down from Tommy did my nails yesterday. STAY AWAY! No matter how many times I asked her to fix something she just couldnt get it right. Had tons of acrylic on my fingers afterwards. Luckily I was going home after and not to somewhere important! Some of my nails are darker painted then others too. What a mess!

I DID REFILL OF GEL SET.NEXT DAY IT CAME OFF.I WENT BACK RIGHT AWAY AND THEY REPAINTED THEM OVER WHAT LEFT ON NAILS.IT CAME OFF NEXT DAY AGAIN.I WENT BACK TO ASK FOR REFUND AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME .THEY SAID THERE POLICY SAYS NO REFUNDS.I ASKED TO SHOW ME THAT POLICY AND THEY WOULD NOT DO SO!!! I Made an appt with Tommy for 5:30 he didn’t show ...older woman kept asking to do them at 6 i caved in i let her do them because i drove already 45 min to the appt. my nails were lumpy however i still tipped $10 extra bucks and kept it moving...the next day my thumb nailPops off but i had to work i couldn’t go to the nail salon again...the next day after that i was combing my hair middle nail popped off...how? I wasn’t coming with my nails ...anyway i leave to there during a break at work..she told me it’s not her fault and i need to be more careful with my nails and that they’re going to charge me...i refuse to have given that lady another dime. I will never waste time or return!!!!

Eek, I was not happy with my gel pedicure. I guess the saying is true, you get what you pay for. My pedi is spotty and there are clear areas throughout. She also painted on some of my skin making my toe nail look a lot larger than it actually is. I also was nipped by the cuticle scissors! What a horror. I dont think Ill ever be returning. One star for evergone being extremely nice.

They are very nice people (hence the two stars) but they messed up my manicure and got gel polish on my hands. A few of the my nails were really bumpy and chipped instead of smooth and pretty like a gel manicure usually is. Once again, very nice but not quality service.

I went in and set an appointment and when I returned they told me to wait another hour. They were also super rude. I had a friend that spoke the same language as one of them on the phone and she told me they were insulting me. I usually don’t even right reviews, but this was too much. I’ll never go back to this place.

Tommy is awesome Ive been going to him for yrs. The older lady that sits on the same side of Tommy at the end is absolutely HORRIBLE every time Im in there someone is complaining about her and there has been problems because of her she doesnt know how to do nails stay clear away from her.

Worst decision Ive made for my nails. Went in for a manicure and a pedicure... lets just say it was a joke. Both my gel manicure and predicure came out horrific, the paint is chipping, and when I requested to please fix it they did not. Let me not even get started on how UNSANITORY this location is. Being a microbiologist this place was disgusting; not once did I watch them sanitize their utensils so the amount of fungal bacteria they could be spreading around could be alarming. It was too late for me to turn back when I noticed this. I will not be returning here again.

Painted my nails the wrong color and didnt ask if I liked them until the end. Space was dirty, cleaning solution had bugs in it.

Very lumpy nails,extremely thick nail polish coats,very poor customer service,5 nails polish chipped off next day and when i went for repaint they charge 10 $ and you must have cash.only had a credit card and they ordered me to go buy something next door (dollar store)and bring them cash.I now hate this place with a passion,they dont care about their customers.After next repaint,nail polish still chipped off same day!!!!I am left to think now that they just may be adding water in their nail polish!They may as well permanently shut this business down!!!!smh!
