Have been going to this nail salon for almost a year now an absolutely love it. I’ve always gotten what I wanted and If a design wasn’t possible, they would give me ideas on a design they could do. Highly reccomend them!!

I liked the place and the attention, especially that of Sophia. She makes any design that one asks of her. This is from my daughter and I will soon return for my design.

Beautiful inside, best massage chair 💺 Ive sat in for a pedicure (& Ive had 100+) since they remodeled in 2020. Wonderful job on feet 👏 The only issue was my mom and I were there together and we didnt get them concurrently. The lady did mine first, then hers. If we knew this was going to be the case before we were ushered in, sat down in the chairs waiting our turn, then the sweet professional ran water and we realized after waiting 20 min and our feet were being soaked that it would be me (my b-day present) then her, we would have went elsewhere. We had other plans before picking up my son from school that we had to cancel due to time issues =/ long story short: A great atmosphere and pedicure, but ask about waiting time when you go! Enjoy 😉

Terrible experience. Didn’t ask what kind of pedicure I wanted so they just gave me the quickest one. Was here early (12pm) pedicure was done in 30 minutes. Multiple people came in after me. I also wanted a full set. It’s now 3:20 and they were still taking people after me even though I let them know I had been waiting. Been waiting.

I went here on 2/17/2020 with my two daughters, I got a fill and a mani for my oldest daughter (6 years old) and a polish for my 4 year old. My fill was $45 dollars for extremely short nails, and my daughters manis we $40 dollars total. They charge regular price for a child’s manicure $25 and you do the math for a 4yo polish, that’s crazy. Then by the time I got home my gel polish on my fill was bubbling and chipping on 6 out of my 10 fingers.

Most of them are really good at doing artificial nails and are pretty friendly...they can get busy so you might have to wait but theyre worth it

The first time I went there I called to see if they took reservations which they don’t, but I was fine with it they told me walk ins only I’m like “okay” I’ll just go in and wait then because I have heard good reviews before so i wanted me to try it out, when i went there i waited about 2 hours. Which I knew i would wait i wanted a full set and once the lady started my nails she put 2 nail tips on and told me that someone else is going to work on my nails I’m like “okay cool” soo i only have 2 tips on my fingers i go to the other guy for him to work on them and they have me wait another 30 minutes and the lady that started my nails worked on someone else who wasn’t even there half the time i was. Mind you I’ve been waiting 2 hours.. I was soo over it. I asked for a design it was nothing that i asked for they think they can freestyle on stuff yoy show them because they think it will look better in their mind they didn’t even ask me if i wanted that. I went to work the next day and my nail fell off the NEXT DAY!!! I called to see if they would put it back on for free since i just went there yesterday afternoon and he said it’s a 5$ extra charge for 1 nail. I glued my nail back on soo fast. Paying 5$ extra after one day I’m sooo upset with them totally don’t recommend them unless you wanna wait 1 hour. NEVER AGAIN

They dont take appointments so I made sure to be the first one there so I didnt have to wait. When Sofia arrived I sat in her chair. When she realized I was just getting a regular gel color and was not about to spend $100 to get my nails be-jewled she asked me to go sit with another worker. If that wasnt bad enough, 10 minutes later the Licencer did a surprise check and it turns out Sofia doesnt even have her License.

The service is horrible and the employees are racist. They messed up my nails. I had got acrylics but they came off in 4 days but they werent suppose to. And I got gel on my toes and it peeled off when I took a shower. Waste of my money. I advise you not to go.

She did my nails great perfectly just was a long wait

I got the worst manicure in my life here. they removed my gel with the razor thing, not just the top layer but all the gel, and i had to tell her to stop, let to soak longer and use the non electric tool. she didnt understand what a rounded oval is, so some nails came out square and some oval, when she clipped my cuticles she cut into the skin on my FINGERS claiming they were callouses. And the painting was uneven and some got on my skin. The absolute worst. Not sure how everyone thought they got great service here.

So I went here because my mom insisted on going where Sophia is. Waited a hour got a very mediocre pedicure without a liner in the foot tub because they dont use them, which is gross. But after waiting an hour I didnt have time to go somewhere else. Then when I was getting my nails done I got cut with the drill thing literally on almost every finger to the point where I was bleeding. She did apologize but at the same time it was every freaking finger! The design turned out pretty bad but by the time we finished my daughters we ready to go home. I wont be coming back. My mom will for Sophia.

This is my spot! Shape, designs and prices are great ! Customer service is Always A1 and the work space is fairly clean! My favorite nail spot ever!

I was looking for a new place to get my nails done because I had moved back to the city. I’m so glad my first choice was K-Nails. Cindy did an absolute stunning job on my nails and I’m so happy to be able to save time looking for the perfect place to get my nails done because I already found it and on my first try! Very polite staff and they definitely do a wonderful job! I can’t wait to go back again over and over! 💛

I visit here about every 2 - 3 weeks. Very nice clean facility. I love the spa pedicure. Prices are equal to all the other nail salons out there. They all greet me when I walk in like I am a valued customer. I appreciate the personal communication. The only area of improvement would be: I wish they had a better nail polish collection. They have tons of gel selections but if you want to put a regular polish on toes and gel on hands it is hard to find a perfect match. Otherwise this place is my favorite nail shop. Please get more regular polish selections.

I have been going to this place for over six months Jennifer was the first lady that did my nails & she has great people skills & very nice and considerate but she end up moving.After she left I let the new guy do my nails two times which was not very good I gave him a third chance it was very unpleasant and he wasnt apologetic and showed no empathy about my concerns at all, he also kept trying to charge me for service I didnt ask for.Kaylee corrected his mistake and was very apologetic and I have been going to her ever sense.She has great people skills and a great sense of humor .She makes sure that you are satisfied. I think her customer service is excellent even when they are very very busy. I think she has a great personality in general and her daughter is absolutely beautiful and displays the same great traits as her mother.

I called ahead to ensure they were open and taking walk ins for a gel pedicure. Arrived 15 minutes later to see them locking the door and closing 2 hours earlier than they said they would.

Went to K Nails & Spa after recently moving back to the Twin Cities. Ken did a wonderful job with helping me select the better brands of gel nail polish, and was meticulous about drying the nails thoroughly and putting on two top coats. I am so pleased! I will be a return customer.

Make long story short my first time going to this for place for eyebrow waxing. She was talking on her phone burnt above my eyelid with hot wax had to put my hand up to avoid my face getting burnt. She cleaned it off left me in the room very rudely to work someone nails. Did not came back to see if I am OK another nice lady working there asked me if I am. I have a scar above my left eye

If i could share a picture of how my nails look I went in yesterday March 16th 2019 at 11:05 a.m. when I left with my full set they are on even they look as if Ive already had them on for at least 2 weeks like new nail growth has grown in and thats impossible for less than 24 hours the nails themselves are so thin that in that evening washing dishes my pointer finger nail already snapped off I will never return there I will never send anybody there $41 to wear nails for less than 24 hours and have nothing to show for it unacceptable

How this place for 4.7 out of 5 stars i have no clue?! The staff here are super nice, which is always a plus ... But, if youre looking for high quality nail service I wouldnt recommend this place. I stopped in for pedicure & manicure on Wednesday 2/8/17 the last that did my pedicure was super nice, no complaints about my pedicure except it took her an hour & a half to finish? Kaylee is who did my nails, super nice lady except my nails tuned out horrible .. I booked an appointment with her and she rushed through to get to the next client ... One of my nails is croocket & unfortunately I didnt catch it until I left and was done. I asked for stiletto oval & my nails are no where near that shape. Im not at all picky but if you just need a quick nail job then this is the place... But if you want high quality nails this is not the place!

I cant think of anything bad about this place! They are really sweet and always do a great job! Also I love the shape of my nails and tons of pretty nails colors!

I walked in, they were very reluctant to help me even though there were 3 people working and no ome waiting. They suggested I go to a different salon. When I told them I didnt mind waiting, they told me they were cash only. So I left. Wont be going back here again. Should have looked at all the bad reviews on here first instead of waisting my time.

The owner is giving horrible customer service today usually she does better . But this Sunday she decided to me wait 10 min yell at me in front of everyone and say it’s cash only only to return to have doing some one else’s nails and she knew I had an appointment. Bad business!!!!! Don’t go very unprofessional and rude

I got French tips and was charged $40 for just using the white plastic tips which are no more work than acrylics normally are. French tips should only be extra if the tip is done in white or colored acrylic which is actually extra work that regular. Some of the tips were crooked, the nails arent shaped the same, there was acrylic all over my skin, the surface of the nails are bumpy, and they didnt cover the whole nail with gel polish.

Long story short, my mother and I had horrible service there today! The lady that was doing the pedicure did not want to do it for my mother at first and finally agreed when I asked if there was a problem. We couldnt figure out what her issue was. I wanted to walk out asap, but my mother insisted we stay since her feet were already soaking. Only reason we went to this place is because our usual place was packed and one of the owners was sick and out today. We will never recommend this place to anyone nor will we ever return. Keep your money and spend it somewhere else where youll be appreciated!

Timing is important here. I suggest making an appointment. Improvements are drastic ever since the ownership changed. If you are looking for a full service inexpensive pedicure, this is the place.

I have gone here a few times and they are very worried with getting as many customers through the door as possible that it results in poor service. I always wear gel nails because i have very soft thin nails. They didn’t even attempt to soak them off. They just tore off the polish making my already thin fragile flaky nails even more frail. And then I asked if they could put a few extra coats to make my nails thicker and he said he would but didn’t. I’m very disappointed in the results and my nails started chipping off the next day. Not a place I would ever recommend.

My daughter got her nails gone here before, but last time it didnt go so well. She was very disappointed in how they were done and the staff where on their cell phone well doing nails. Very unprofessional.. most likely wont be going there again

Just had individual eyelash extensions done, and Im really disappointed. They are clumpy, wispy, and thin. I should have spoken up at the salon, but I didnt realise how poor they looked until unsticking my lower lashes from my upper at home... In pictures its almost impossible to see a difference, and up close they look like I have mascara caked on my lash line. The technician was sweet, but I should have walked away when there was no pictures of her work. Not worth an hour and a half, and $240 including tip. Update: Two days later and (with proper care) lashes are uncomfortable and have started to come off.

I thought I would give this place a try since its in the neighborhood and I was able to make an appointment online. When I arrived a few minutes early and mentioned I had an appointment, all they said was pick a color. Never asked my name or time for appointment. Their nail polish selection was awful! What they did have was mostly some cheap off brands, the good stuff (OPI & China Glaze) selection was minimal and/or empty. Had to chose a color I didnt really want just to ensure there was enough in the bottle to do my pedicure. My nail guy was pleasant, though he only did an ok job. He also asked me a few times what pedicure I wanted. Just a basic is what I said, but he kept asking me??? At the end, I believe I was charged for a deluxe! The salon was busy, there were a few customers who claimed to have an appointment (I dont know if they did or not??) that ended up having to wait way beyond their appointment time, with their feet in cold water after 20+ minutes, they were upset, and rightfully so. The women running the show just kept telling people to pick a color as she was working on manicures. I understand wanting to get as much business as possible before end of day, but not at the expense of customers who had appointments and the people who would have to wait with no idea for how long. Some of the clientele were pretty obnoxious as well, which isnt necessarily the salons fault, but made for my experience less than enjoyable. I will stick to the salons downtown.

Horrible horrible horrible do not go here. They advertise Bio Gel as their gel overlay product of choice but they really use acrylic and label it gel and then charge you double what acrylic costs even though that is what you are getting. They are frauds! gel is a premixed liquid product and they used a powder and liquid combo exactly the same as acrylic. On top of that the man that did my nails burned me a total of 7 times with the electric nail file to the point of bleeding. I had to give him so much direction i was basically doing his job for him. I had to take the file and shape my nails myself because he could not get it right….not even close. I had to have him go back to each nail and show him how uneven and lopsided the product was and tell him exactly where to file it down so the nail thickness was even. It was a complete disaster

Got a pedicure, not worth $25. The experience was actually painful for my friend. The guy she had was not gentle and cut her nails very crooked. Couldve done a better job myself. Not a large selection of nail polish. Other than that, the employees seemed friendly.

Nail spa was dirty, the floor was not mopped recently. I also saw the technician (after she was doen with my nails) put the tools back into the blue sterilization packet. They cut my cuticle too much on my toe and used zero disinfectant or antibac drops on it. The cleanliness was sub par. They did do a decent pedicure, many steps in the process and that was nice. It took about 2 hours... which was excessive. I will not go back.

They engage in discriminatory behavior, refusing service to older, overweight male neighbor. These people are just icky. Avoid at all costs.

What bullsh*t. dont waste your time or money . i went in for a fill with square nails and left with all different shaped nails . i was missing one nail my middle finger . he put the new one on and just cut it and when i noticed it was shorter than the rest he blamed it on the other nails like they had just grew since he cut the one . asked for a freestyle and didnt even tell me he wasnt gonna do it til after he started the clear coat . which was fine because i didnt even want him to finish sanding them but i wasnt gonna walk around with no paint and shity shaped nails .

1. I visit this nail spa and salon 3 - 4 times a year since 2012. I only visit in the summer time during the summer months. I always purchase the spa deluxe pedicure which is $13 more. Yesterday I visited with my sister who purchased the deluxe and I purchased the regular and she received a wax and wrap. I asked Kim if the wax and wrap was a new service and she said no. I asked her how come Ive never received the wax and wrap. she said you dont come; you purchase regular. I informed her that I always purchased deluxe with the exception of right now. I love the long soaks with the deluxe spa, but Ive been doing my own pedis all winter. meanwhile, shes laughing and playing but not addressing the issue at hand. and finally she says. you complain bout everything, you not pay my rent. now Kim is cool but I was shocked because I just learned that I have been paying for a service that I didnt receive. HMMMM!!!!2. I lost $40 in Kspa yesterday. the only possible place I could have lost it I call yesterday and said, Kim when I pulled my phone out while getting my feet done I dropped $40. When you was cleaning on the side of the chair when you dropped the lotion did you pick it up because I remember you being down their for a while but not coming up with anything but closed bottle of lotion and a balled up towel. Kim reply was NO! Maybe you lose some where else you not lose here CC. She got that $40 off the floor. Bad business Kim...3. She messed my eyebrows and eyelashes twice my birthday last year 2013 and 4th of July 2012.I need a new summer spa!!!!
