Not sure about the others who had bad experience. But for $29 the express details is really worth it!! The guys were super friendly and did a great job! This will be my spot from now on ✌🏻

Agreed that my SUV was dirty with many bugs on front grill as I just drive back from long distance trip. I specifically requested to ensure that they can get all bugs off my paint and windshield. They told me to go with their best wash they offered for $20.00. As I came out of tunnel, I got off and checked for cleanliness, right hand side windshield still had bugs on it and entire left handside as well as back of the SUV was still dirty. I went to speak to the person who had assisted me on purchase, they send a person out to verify that my car was still dirty as I said. He did see and stated that its a grime from road those dont come off until you scrub them. They offered me a second pass through tunnel for free, but the side and back were still dirty. Not from just road grime, but bugs smashing into vehicle also. They did not offer courtesy towel to dry the car so l left with dirty car and stain mark. I do NOT recommend this place if your car is dirty. Their car detail cost $40.00 more that dealership is charging. I MAY give them another try just to ensure I am giving right opinion, but as of now, I will not go there for washes.

I have used Ishine in the past numerous times. I have never been disappointed until today. I paid for the ultimate wash for $22. The front bumper did have bug splatter on it due to a recent road trip. The gents at the tunnel scrubbed the car with brushes and I proceeded through the wash. I found that that bug splatter was still in the vehicle. I asked the counter agent if there was recourse to remove the bugs. She offered a rewash, which I felt was sufficient. The tunnel personnel were going to use the hand sprayer to remove the bugs. As the man picked up the sprayer, it fell apart. They proceeded to scrub without the cleaner to no avail. The car is not clean. The counter agents offered no solution, instead the man excused the insufficiency of the brushes. I will not return to Ishine, The Colony.

I asked for a family plan and paid about $40 a month. When I bought in my sons car to add to the family plan I was told that they can add it for $40. The family plan was supposed to be 50% off each additional car. They were also very rude about this. I have canceled my membership

I got my car washed and vacuumed here. Half of the car wash wasnt working, so my car was still dirty when I got out. I paid extra for the employees to clean the inside of my car because I was being lazy and forgot to bring some stuff to do it myself. They left a bunch of dirt inside the car and there was dried mud on the outside of my car. Not very good for a first impression.

We have gone through a lot of bad car washes; one even scratched our other other car! iShine never disappoints! They are always helpful and professional every time we have gone. Never have we experienced a bad customer service! We take pride in our little CHR and would like it to last as long as possible. iShine really helps us keep it maintained and looking brand new.If you get the detail express where they do a detail clean on the inside, it can take a good couple of minutes. (Still well worth it!) So conveniently, there are restaurants and a Starbucks within walking distance. While your car is getting clean, grab some lunch or a coffee!

They did an AMAZING job at detailing our interior. We were in desperate need of a detail in our car and they were so professional. Our interior was a disaster from kiddos and they had 0 judgment. Water stains all over the car, water supposed to dry off when you drive for some time but I had water stains all over the car.

I have been using this location of iShine since it opened. Slowly but surely I have seen the quality of the work get worse and worse. But today took the prize. I paid for the hand rubbed wax job on the exterior of our 2013 Honda CRV and what I got was something far less. We go to pick it up and none of the mirrors or anything other than the paint has a coat of wax on it. In fact the car was not even washed good. And I am not real sure how good the wax was applied because I still saw spider dung all over the top of the car from my garage. The front hood and grill had so many streaks and unclean places I know that no one had spent time on it. I went and complained and the manager comes out with a spray bottle and a rag and wipes the front of the car. Then tells me they do not apply wax to anything but the paint. Most cars today have appliques around the windows and the bumpers are 100% plastic. They need to be protected from UV. To look good they need wax also. What kind of deal is this? I would have been ashamed to give a car back to an owner looking like this were I the manager. No pride at all in my workmanship and not even close to what the customer paid for. If I would have been told they only wax paint and nothing else, I would not have paid $70.00 at this place. I could have done this good with my eyes closed. You should be ashamed. There was no buffer come close to this car unless it was on the bench in front of it. False advertising.

I paid 17 dollars for the ultimate wash after multiple days of rain the car was fairly dirty, after the wash was complete the wheels were filthy, the rear glass and bumper were left dirty, the rocker panels and cladding on the doors were dirty, what a waste of money! this was supposed to be a convenience now I have to completely hand wash the vehicle

This place is my go to car wash and wax. They always do a good job on all of my cars. On top of that they provide free vacuum and towel to dry off your car. Their also do an excellent job on their express hand wax.

Went to get a car wash, never been to this place before so I decided to try it. I got out of the car wash, the vacuums don’t suck at all, I have tire shine all over the side of the car, when management was contacted all he said was “oh well I’ll have to check my equipment then”. Should’ve never went to this place! Dream wash is where it’s at!

The staff here are great. They are sincerely friendly and helpful. The car wash is pretty standard and not too shabby. The vacuums are self serve with a car wash. I love that they have a vending machine outside of various products so that you can complete the cleaning process all the way if you desire. They do also have full service and detail options, which they do a wonderful job with.

Even though I have been a customer in the past, they would not let me use the restroom. I will never forget it. I won’t ever have my car washed there again.

This was the BEST customer experience! I needed my seats shampooed bc my dog got very sick last night- they worked so hard on it and it looked great when they were done! I have tried to use another place before- and the difference couldn’t be greater! They wiped my interior down - even though all I needed was the shampoo. Seriously took care of me. I went in with LOW expectations bc iShine was HALF THE PRICE of the other location- so I just expected to be sad at the outcome. Nope! Car smells great. Looks great. The work was done with integrity. Have been going to this place for years- unfortunately, today was my last time. Their dryer never dries my Jeep completely and they will normally provide towels to me to finish the job as long as I return them at no cost to me..whoever was behind the counter today refused to give them to me without charging me an extra $2.00 as I was not a “VIP” customer.. I guess my $10.00 wash and repeat business isn’t enough lol..time to find another wash!

Destroyed the paint on my new vehicle. Scratches all over the car. I understand a minor scratch or swirls from automatic car washes, but this was ridiculous. I have also witnessed vehicles being sent in the wash that are exceptionally dirty with dirt on the sides. They didnt knock off the caked up dirt so that sticks to the rollers and just sandpapers the vehicle and subsequent cars.

I own a couple of cars and have a $45 monthly, unlimited wash, membership. Its a great value for money proposition, and am always pleased with how the cars turn out after the wash.

I was a member for years, and everything was fine. Today, took my new vehicle in to get washed and detailed. When I got home I got out of my car and looked it over.There were scratches all over the roof, along with chips on the hood, windshield, and side panels and doors of the vehicle.I brought it back and their entire process was: the manager came and looked at it, and said “couldn’t have been us, nothing in a car wash would damage the vehicle like that.” As if I don’t know that a NORMAL, properly functioning car wash doesn’t mangle your car.The car was fine this morning, just barely dirty. So they pretty much said “sucks bro” and I cancelled my membership and left. No apology, no refund, forget about having their insurance cover it. I understand sometimes bad stuff happens, but come on, worst customer service of all time.Wanted a clean car, got a sort of clean car with several hundred dollars in body, paint, and glass damage.

I was initially very excited for the car wash. From the side of the road it appears to be a very upscale wash with potentially full services.The base price of $35 for an exterior and interior cleaning seems steep, since there are other car washes within a few miles that provide more services for less.After pulling up to the entrance I got stuck behind other traffic and felt obligated to go through. I opted for the $9 express wash, but with all the dirt in DFW any wash without a towel dry is a waste.iShine is a nice car wash, but its prices and lack of services will ultimately push me to other car washes in the area.

I ran my new car through this wash. I found scratches all over the hood. The manager said, they were all due to rock chips and couldnt do nothing about it. He just dismissed any scratches that looked like they came from a brush. I would stay away from this carwash.They have 0 liability if anything happens to your car.

I needed to get my lease vehicle cleaned before turning it in. I went on Thursday afternoon and, after explaining what services I was looking for, the attendant recommended some type of full service wash. I asked the attendant if the trunk would be vacuumed and he assured me that it would be. I just received a call from the leasing company that I will be charged a cleaning fee because the trunk needed to be vacuumed. I guess I should have double checked before leaving the car wash instead of simply relying on the employees word.Needless to say, I am not very happy with my experience at this place.

They need to provide a way to manage account online so that one can enroll or unenroll from monthly service.

Good convenient car wash. It missed some spots on my car and rims but that was to be expexted.

Worst place ever. Went for a simple wash and clean the inside - took almost an hour and thirty minutes. When I got there no other cars were there - two cars got there 15-20 minutes after me and were finished before me. And when I asked for my car, they couldnt answer why it was taking so long other then it was complicated?

We put our car in for detail but they didn’t vacuum it thoroughly. I probably should have done it myself. It was still dirty in the back area.

What you pay for is not always what you get. The guys alwayss forget to do something. I was instructed to get the super clean for now on. We will see.

You call this management? Today my truck came to a halt just inside the wash, while that windshield spinner beat down on us. We sat there for a few seconds, then there was a thump and the truck rolled back a bit, then forward to a quick stop, then a thump, and this repeated a few times. I was looking in my mirror to see if staff would help, but nobody even noticed. Finally there was a really loud BANG and the truck lurched forward. When we got out of the wash, I heard a scraping noise as I drove. I got out and saw a 14 long piece of rigid yellow plastic dragging from my side step. (SEE PHOTO) I drove to the lobby and took the plastic inside. A guy identified as the manager looked at the plastic, looked briefly at my truck, then went into the wash tunnel. He said it was probably part of the conveyor that pulls the vehicles through. He assured me that he would fix the conveyor, and walked away. What the ? I dont care about your conveyor, I care that my truck got bumped through the tunnel and ended up with a piece of rigid plastic jammed into my side step. He had walked away, so there it was. Nothing. Not a, Hey, sorry about that. Not a Heres your money back. Not a Heres my name and number in case you find more damage to your truck. Nothing. He was worried only about whether the machine could accept more revenue today. Anyway, if you value your vehicle, think twice about going there. If you value customer service, you dont even need to think once.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. 2 guys pre-wiped/washed my car then I went through the car wash and while driving my car after I noticed there were a ton of scratches on my windshield going different directions so its not my windshield wiper. It clearly looks like someone wiped my windshield with something like a rock. And I keep my car very clean so I would have noticed it if it happened before the car wash. I went back the next day and the owner refused to take responsibility for it. He said hes never scratched a windshield in all his years of car washing. Well dude it can happen, just own up it it. It was clearly from your car wash.

I fired Carmel Car Wash after seeing how clean iShine gets my car. Its a slow ride foam party for my car! Love this place.
