Great place to purchase you car detailing needs, just dont ask too many questions otherwise youll get a Rude Response..I asked about a 3M backing pad & they asked why I wanted 3M I said because I like how long they last, he says well for 3M products there twice as much & shows me a Cheaper Brand, I buy it & Wish I didnt, because my two sided compounding pads wont stick..So, Buy what you want, not what they offer you in place of the actual item you wanted in the first place..

Had good prices the first few times i went in to Tri-Star. Lately, the items on my receipts have been labeled and priced wrong. Ive been charged for a 90 pack when i bought a 60 pack..Ive been told im being sold a specific brand name item, to get home and find out its not even the brand i was told. And 1/10 of the price.. I have bought the same items from this place time and time again, but seem to get different prices every time i go in, seems to depend on what mood the staff is in..Make sure you know the general prices of items before you go into this place, there ARE killer deals. Ask prices and check your receipt before you leave.
