Inexperienced nail technician. She took an hour to remove my gel polish and didn’t even get it all off. While doing so she tore up my nail bed and cuticles and hurt my nails terribly. I stopped my mani at that point and walked out. Manager was very nice, dealing with it but I will not go back.

Just got my nails done and loved the place! Super clean, organized and very friendly staff! Not an overwhelming amount of nail polish to choose from like most places. There was enough of variety to fit my needs and not make me feel like I couldn’t choose! The nail consultant was very attentive and helped me make the perfect choice for my names and geared me towards an amazing option! Absolutely loved it and wish it was closer to my house! Would highly recommend!

I believe my nail techs name was Jen (purple hair, a lot of cool tattoos) and she did a terrific job on my gel pedicure! Often times I leave salons with some gel polish left on my skin still but she did the best job making sure my cuticles and skin around my nails were free of polish.

Izzy and the entire staff were phenomenal. Their recommendations were on point and they even helped solve a bad cuticle and dry hand problem. I truly appreciate everyone and am already booked to be back every two weeks!! 💞🙏🏻💞

I had a great experience at Frenchies. I got a gel pedicure and they did a great job and it has lasted over a month. They also squeezed me in at the last minute so that was nice too!

I had an appointment scheduled a couple of months ago and did not end up getting my pedicure due to the nonattendance of the nail tech. I felt the communication regarding the situation was handled poorly at the time.I was contacted by the shop shortly thereafter and asked to return. I was very pleased with my experience today and was treated very well. The customer service and the pedicure itself were wonderful. Mai is an excellent nail tech and I highly recommend her.

I used to see Pang, and now I see Mai for my appointments. The services are great, the place is clean and my nails always turn out well :)

The experience and quality of service at Frenchies is fabulous! The gel manicure I had with Pang yesterday was amazing. Shes delightful and the studio is gorgeous!

To be perfectly honest, my visit was disappointing. The scheduler had a lot of attitude rather than seeming grateful for business; he seemed annoyed and less than inclusive/welcoming. The technician was not able to remove my dipping powder so we changed my appointment to a pedicure which was frustrating. My technician was nice, but the quality of service just wasn’t there in comparison to many small businesses. I won’t be going back.

Went here with the opening special deal for 50% off any service. My mom and I booked the deluxe gel pedicures.We loved the atmosphere and the employees. Super new and clean and all the ladies were great.However, there was NOTHING deluxe about the pedicures we got. I truly couldn’t tell the difference between this pedicure and the standard strip mall nail salon pedicure. My moms toes were actually worse than her typical nail salon pedicure. She asked for her nails to be cut shorter and more rounded. Her nails weren’t clipped, only filed and her toe nails are exceptionally square! Was really hoping for more. If we had paid full price for these pedicures, I would have been vocal about the experience at the salon.I might go back to try again, but just for a standard gel pedicure. It’s always tough to judge a place that literally just opened. Their membership also could be a good deal if you live/work downtown. Since they don’t offer dip manicures, I won’t become a member or ever come for a manicure.

My friend booked the entire salon for her bridal party and we had the very best time here! All of the nail techs were friendly and super funny, we spent more time chatting with them than one another! Overall the environment was incredible, our nails looked awesome, and we had a great time.

Was able to secure a last minute appointment and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. They recommended OPI and CND ($5 up charge) nail polishes. The color selection isnt vast, but I was able to find some nice shades. Purple is also available for Vikings fans.

Cure place and the woman who did my nails was very sweet. Best part was the lemon sage lotion, might have to buy it for myself.

Wow! Frenchies is clean, the staff is professional and they take appointments! I was most impressed with the spa-like atmosphere/service but with a comfortable price point.

Beautiful and clean nail salon! Conveniently located downtown. Staff is so friendly!! Have been twice for a mani/pedi, both times had great experiences. Most recently had a service with Keinyra about 2 weeks ago and was probably the best mani/pedi I’ve ever had. Nails still look almost perfect even though I just got regular polish (not gel) on my hands. Amazing. Definitely recommend!

No foot or leg massage? What kind of pedicure is that? Pricey for some foot scrub and polish. Wouldn’t rebook.
