I love this nail shop! Classy, clean and friendly staff. My nails always turn out great and they are very reasonably priced. Btw if you go ask for Rose shes one of the best nail artists in the place.

The person doing scheduling (Tracy) will give you a time to come in and then tell you your appointment was for a different time and reschedule you.This happened multiple times!NEVER SPENDING MY MONEY WITH THEM!

The first time was great I guess with all services like this there are good technicians an bad but this time it felt rushed an there were skipped treatment steps an I dont like feeling like Im paying for services i didnt receive. The technician was a younger lady so just be aware of that... I just know next time to go to a more seasons veteran🤣 my feet arent soft she didnt moisturize or even scrub all the dead skin off... she for sure cut all the skin around my toes an some living tissue with it... Im kinda upset with my results but its not the whole shops fault... do better be better for the clients

You get what you pay for, make an appointment and tell them what youd like, Ive always gotten great results.

Judy, Rose, and Tracy are ALL INCREDIBLE!!!! We got a wonderful pedicure and manicure, and the service was top-notch. This place came highly recommended to me, and now Im hooked. EXCELLENT PLACE!!!

Ive been to so many nail shops that didnt do a good job, DE Paris Nails are the best.

I got a full set for my birthday. not even a week later my nails are popping off like press on I’ve never had this happen before I’m really good at taking care of my nails and when I called them they say something I must be doing not even a week later but I spent $90 on my nails and they’re popping off not even a week later

I had a great experience here. I walked in without an appointment and was immediately started on my pedicure, even though they seemed a bit busy. The prices are more than reasonable and my technician was really nice and capable. I got the deluxe pedicure with extra nail art, and it was only $40.

I will never go back to De Paris. Tracy (the manager) is extremely rude to customers and her staff. I now go to ivy nails where one of her former employees owns.

I took my friend here first time. She wanted square rounded shape nails but he refused and lied that square nails look better on her. He was fast and seemed to want less work but fast money. He also did not put in any cuticle oil and her cuticle looked super dry. I paid for my friends nails and it was not worth it. Please save your money and go somewhere else!

Everybody was very friendly. Prices were not to high and they did my nails exactly how i wanted them. I love the color nail polish they have. Very nice shop.

They give you the bare minimum and I won’t be returning. They barely massaged my feet at all for a $46 dollar pedicure. The shaping is off for the pedicure and it seemed quick. None of the three employees I saw seemed especially friendly. If you’re thinking about going here reconsider.

I love my gel manicure!

$57 for a 15 min pedicure ! basically soak and polish). A baby was crying the whole time next to me making it a horrible experience right off the bat. She barley scrubbed my feet or cleaned, filed the nails. There were ladys back there getting pedicures since before I started my manicure and where still back there after she finished my pedicure. I basically paid to hear a baby scream when I should be relaxed, lotion and gell polish. If I didnt have my niece with me as a bday gift, I would have went off to be honest. After all that, a full set for my niece and just a real nail manicure and pedicure cost me $125. I will say the place is clean and the woman who did my nails was very good and pleasant. My nieces woman, not so much. It should have been a quality experience for the price FOR EVERYONE, so the manager needs to fix that! No body should be rushed paying that kinda money. I will not be back

This used to be my favorite place. But now they are slow and not very friendly. But most recently I had my nails done for my wedding and ended up with fungus!!!!

I made an appointment two times in a row spanning two weeks. The first time I waited 40 minutes, the second time I waited 45 minutes. I pointed out that they had smeared my polish and did nothing about it. I came back and asked for someone to do it again and was denied that. Its unfortunate that the business runs that way.

I make appointments every single time I go (attempt to go) there and every time I wait 20-35 minutes to be served and have attitude and eye rolls the entire time my nails are being done. I understand that this place is busy but it isn’t the best thing since sliced bread. Get over yourselves. Please be more professional and value your clients.

The physical environment is upscale as is pricing. However, the customer service is horrible! More specifically the owner and manager Tracy is so rude. For paying customers expecting a pleasant experience Tracy consistently demonstrates that she doesnt value her paying customers. She may not even greet you or make eye contact when you enter her nail salon. She becomes irritable and argumentative when you ask questions or for assistance with nail colors. When you offer suggestions or politely bring to her attention that an error has been made she pouts and complains, no matter how much money youve spent or how long youve been a customer. I attempted to make her aware of the importance of customer service and she replied by telling me and others to go somewhere else if they dont like it. I would encourage her to receive customer service training and learn to treat customers with respect. Will never return!

Dropped in here on a walk-in basis and was treated with respect when I brought my son. The nice ladies there seemed to enjoy entertaining him and I was happy with the quality of work and level of pampering I recieved. Prices are reasonable. Shout out to Rose and Kayla for helping this mama get some much needed me time!

The lady that did my feet was very rude and in a rush she was picking skin that wasn’t there now I have this pain in my toe ! I also had to tell her how to do my feet ! It was very unprofessional ! She also waited until I was done to go up on my price because I change my package to regular polish because she wasn’t doing her job correctly ! Never again

I came in Friday 10/4/2019 with a friend & I told them I wanted gel fake nails for my wedding. I was able to sit right away & the lady starts doing my nails I noticed they were very crooked still (I thought ok it doesn’t really matter with them being under my fake nails) but then I noticed she was about to start painting them, I then told her I wanted the fake nails, she then told me that I didn’t ask for them but then I turned to my friend & asked she said that I did. But then she yelled to the manager Tracy who greeted me & asked, the manager said I didn’t ask for the fake nails & then the lady who was doing my nails argued back & forth with me & told me that she can’t do my nails that I will have to wait a while for someone else to do them. So about 15/20 minutes later the manager Tracy does my nails, she talked on the phone the whole time while doing my nails making personal calls. One of my nails were crooked & I asked about it & she said it was fine, then the lady who was previously doing my nails came up to tell her that I owed more money, so they wanted to charge more money. I will never go back to this place, this is the worst service I have ever gotten for my nails before.

I never write reviews but I am so upset and unhappy about my experience today. I’ve been going to this nail salon every two weeks since August faithfully. 3 of my nails broke only a couple of days after I came in for a fill. They were so rude especially the owner Tracey saying to me it was my fault because my nails are long and that I had to pay to get them fixed. I’ve been getting my nails done the exact same way since I was 12, my nails never break. So I let them fix them & they didn’t even use the right nail color as my other nails. I still paid but I will never go back there. I am very friendly and I tip every time. I spend a lot of money on my nails for them not to turn out right. I’ve never had such horrible customer service at a nail salon. I do not recommend.

I use to come in here all the time, injustice moved back from Georgia and stopped in to get my nails done for Valentines day and Tracy sent me to someone that is most likely good for only manicures and pedicures. My nails were shaped like boxes, I asked for coffins and the nail tech insisted that I get square. It made my fingers look fat and then my nails started popping off. If i wanted to have that kind of experience I would have just out on some press on nails. I will never be back.

Annie was OUTSTANDING! She made sure my nails were perfect, shaped very nicely (i got acrylics). She was super friendly, and lowered the price a little because I couldnt afford a second design. The only reason why its four stars is because i waited for almost an hour and had 2 other people without appointments go before me, at least it was worth the wait!

I was a regular customer but lately they have not been honoring appointments. This will be my second time coming here after making an appointment and no being serviced for HOURS. What are appointments for if they are not being honored? I will not be coming back.

I am literally sitting in a waiting chair as I am writing this review. First, if you have an appointment, do not think for a second you are getting in a chair right away. Now, this may depend on the day you come, but I can surely say that this is true on Saturday. My sister, grandmother, and I had an appointment for 1:30pm. We ended up getting their about 20 minutes early. My sister didn’t get in the chair until about 10 minutes later. That isn’t bad, but the fact that my grandmother and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes before someone asked my grandmother what she wanted was ridiculous. The wait time wasn’t the issue, the issue my sister my sister had with one of the technicians was the issue. My sister explicitly told her that all she wanted was a fill and a different color. She did not want the shape reshaped because she liked how her nails were shaped by the lady who previously did her nails. After noticing the nails on her right had being reshaped, she immediately stoped her and told her that this was not what she wanted. This was a problem because she ended up making the tips of sisters nails into a square. The left hand was was fine because she hadn’t touched it yet. After trying to work with the technician my sister finally came to the decision that she didn’t want the nails on anymore because the right hand was not what she wanted and she didn’t want the left had to be done. This became a problem for the technician because she believed nothing was wrong with nails so she didn’t want to take them off. Here’s the thing, if I am paying you over $55 for gel nails, I want my nails to be done the correct way. You do not have the right to do my nails any kind of way. After telling the manager what happened and waiting 20 minutes, my sister was able to get the nails cut down. NOT taken off like she asked for in the beginning. On top of this, I waited a good hour before I was asked yet again if I wanted my eyebrows done. I declined because plenty of people who came after me went before I did. I can keep my $11.00. Although, I did say the wait time in the beginning wasn’t a problem, but it became a problem once we literally sat in the shop just to wait on my grandmother to get her feet and nails done. We came at 1:30pm and didn’t leave until 4:00pm. Time is money and I do not have the time to be sitting in a shop for over 2 and a half hours. Anyway, I say this to say, be aware of who is doing your nails, eyebrows, WHATEVER YOU ARE GETTING DONE, because some of ladies are good at what they do and some aren’t. Also, if you don’t like something SPEAK UP about your distaste with what you’re getting done. You do not have to pay for something that is not up to your satisfaction!

I do not recommend this place at all. The service is terrible. They told me i would have to wait an hour, so i waited, then they called me to the table. Then told me i had to get up and wait longer because i wasnt getting a pedicure also. A lady came in to get her eyebrows waxed they left wax on her face and when she asked for them to clean it off the women sat there and laughed. They are horrible. I couldnt believe how rude they were. I had to walk out. I would never patronize this place.

This place is trash, Tracy the manager is rude, the wait times are ridiculous with no order or communication and Judy doesn’t know how to do nails. Been going here for years. Pretty reasonable compared to other salons I have been to. New nail polish trend they have now is the cats eye polish... similar to the cats eye gem stone. Its kinda like a metallic opal effect polish and comes in many colors.

I usually come here but since I have been crazy busy it’s been a few months. Today I had the worst service ever and I will not be back again. Do not let whoever Van is never go to her she can not paint and her service is horrible. This used to be a pretty nice spot but they are just bringing anybody in here to work just sad. Very poor customer service.

Tracy the manager is extremely rude. Normally a nice sweet lady by the name of Sarah does my nails. Today she was gone. Tracy did my nails today. She did them once before but I was extremely uncomfortable. When she did my nails she was rude to me and a friend. When I paid her there was no thank you or have a good day. I don’t even like giving her my service. She shows no respect to the people that are giving her there hard earned money. If it was not for Sarah who I like so much I would not step foot in that shop.

If you go ask for Helen. She’s actually the best. Everyone else is completely unbearable. Plus they are way overpriced in some departments. I had the same lady twice in a row, 6 months apart, and she didnt know what was going on. She didnt actually know how to do nails. The second time I had her I showed her a picture and she still didnt get it right. I wont ever go to this place again. The first I went was fantastic. I think the lady I had was named Helen. She was phenomenal! It is a really nice salon. Very relaxing and an upscale feel, however they are all over the place in terms of staff. They even charged me $20 more on my card then I was told the price was, so you can image my disdain. Ask for Helen if you go. And unfortunately I got a nasty infection on my finger afterwards. Just disgusting.

Wow! I recently moved to the area so this was my first time here and Amy took amazing care of me, Im EXTREMELY picky about my nails and she definitely KILLED IT!! Not only was she very pleasant, she is a nail guru and made my nails look fabulous! All for a great price!! Too good to be true?? Not here! If I could give more stars I would! Wanted to get a pedicure and this was the closest place to me, walked in the environment was very nice I did not have to wait long. She did a very good job and didnt rush through like most shops do. When it was time to pay the sign said $24 for a pedicure she charged me $27 I guess she assumed I wasnt going to tip her which I was actually going to tip her $15 because she also included my 1 year old daughter in the pedicure for her to have fun and sit still.. but i let her dictate it herself thought she was being slick and she could of got more in the long run. Shouldnt be so quick to judge a tip. Also got my eyebrows done first shop to finally do them right. Overall good experience I will be back

I started coming to De Paris nails a few months ago, after having an unpleasant experience at another nail salon,and so glad I did. Tracy does my nails and does a awesome top notch job. I will never go any where else.

My mom and I visited De Paris Nails on Friday, April 22nd at around opening time. (Approx 10:05 AM) We requested two pedicures at the time and had a small amount of wait time in the chairs in the waiting area before we were called back as they had two bowls ready for us. We both sat down with our colors and waited another 5 minutes before someone came over to start my moms pedicure. I continued to wait hoping that they would be able to start mine soon.As my moms pedicure progressed, I continued to wait; no staff even acknowledged my presence. I sat and I sat waiting to start my pedicure, and as it became clear that no one was going to tell me what was going on and that my mother was going to be done with her pedicure far before anyone would get to me, I made the decision to leave.At this point, we were 40+ minutes into sitting there; still no staff even tried to talk to me, and my experience had been completely ruined. There was a complete lack of customer service and a complete lack of the ability to know how long your services would take. If they didnt have time, we should not have been placed in chairs. I have never felt so crappy after leaving a nail salon...ever.Terrible customer service. Terrible time management.

Long wait, 30 minute wait for an hour before we finally left. It was a drop in on a Saturday afternoon, so understandable it was busy, just wish they would have quoted the wait accurately

A little bad service at first but got back on track

Poor customer service. I got told a 5 min wait as soon as I came in then the person who got there after me was helped first. When I asked why the other person was helped before me if I got there first her response was “We didn’t know, you didn’t say anything”. Clearly I did as soon as I got there but she didn’t even apologize or try to make the situation better. This has never happened to me before. I left and I don’t think I’ll be back.

Most places you get your nails done spend a few minutes doing massage with lotion. They did a really brief one, less than two minutes. A week after my manicure I had three hangnails because she cut the sides of my nails so short. Not a place Id go again.

It was the worst experience Ive ever had..and Ive had some bad ones before..everyone is so rude..I should have went somewhere else given I read the reviews first! But everyone one of them are right! And if u read further down the manager actually wrote a review about the customers lying! Wow how classy! My nails were not evenly filed! The polish chipped 2 days after. Some nails were longer than others..and I went somewhere else to get them fixed the said they wont bother..they took them off only to find black spots and some green under them..so I had to have them treated and re-done! I wouldnt go here at all! Unless u like trashy looking nails! And like rude people! But its not worth a dime spent! This is my first time writing a review and the only reason I am is cause ice never been treated so badly and the service was horrible! Never again!

Ive been going to De Paris Nails for 10+ years. Tracey owns the salon, Judy is my nail tech and if shes on vacation, I go to Rose. Theyre all thorough with nails, pedicures, and eye brow shaping/waxing. Theyve always been professional + polite to me.Everyone has their own experiences and when I read bad reviews about this place, I dont think people take their own behavior into accountability. Im all about the Golden Rule Treat others as you would like to be treated and some customers are rude + disrespectful to the nail owner + techs. Customers dont clarify what they want clearly, some customers act like divas and some stay on the phone while getting their nails done when, without headphones, its hard for the nail tech to do their jobs. Im not saying that every once in a while, they make a mistake but whenever Im there, I see customers snap on the nail techs for no reason. Not to mention, some customers who expect the world from the nail techs, dont tip well or even at all.Anyways, De Paris Nail salon has reasonable prices and deals on Monday + Tuesday. I always make an appointment and sometimes, I dont get in at my appointment time due to how busy it is but Judy makes sure Im in the chair within 15/20 mins. If you dont like waiting then make an appointment. Customers need to understand the difference between a walk-in and an appointment. If you dont have patience to wait then make an appointment. If you walk in to get your nails done then you obviously have time to wait. If you dont have time to wait then maybe you should come back when you do. Its that simple.Lastly, in the 10+ years that Ive been going to De Paris Nails, Ive never gotten a fungus b/c with every visit, new and sterile tools have been utilized. Therefore, I will continue to go.

Ive been coming to this place for years and all of a sudden the service has gone to Hell. Call on Thursday for an appointment for Saturday they no longer take appointments fot Saturday so me, and two friends show up Saturday morning when they open so we will be first and Ill be damn people have appointments. Tracey the manager said we only have limited appointments only just rude thats not what was said to me. Waited so long for a pedicure and i was there at 9am while i watched everyone after get helped this is the last time they get my money. PIDD

Love the pedicure, but everything else is a hit and miss. Went to get a Brazilian wax, wasnt terrible but not what i ask for it was a half done for $55 Which should have been bare. My nails are always un even and different sizes. This was was the last straw Im done giving my business to them. And sometimes they try to add a tip to your card without your say. If your not use to nail shops or knowing exactly what you want they will try to get over. Tracy is rude. They also do your nails to wear they need a fill the following week. Very unprofessional just a nice place to lure you in for horrible service.

Yes many regulars are finding other places to go. They just wanna make money there is no care or concern for the client. The pedicures are not done well at all .. I left from having mine done with the feeling like not much was done. My feet were rough and actually peeling and not even 24 hours later the polish was cracking and chipping. And I had my eye brows done and they were also off. Terrible it has the potential to be a really nice place if they would get it together...the person Tracy Tran that posted its not true is the manager of the place and many of the complaints have to do with her.. I know several people that have stoked going who were regulars because of her attitude and the service.

My sister loves going here, but theyre customer service fluctuates. One visit might be good, the next ok/mediocre and the next horrible. There is no consistent quality service here. They do a great job on eyebrows, but my sister is really picky about her nails. My theory is if youre spending your hard earned money, get your dollars worth. One time we went and the dryer warped her polish and she asked the woman to repaint only to get attitude. I went to get my nails done and the tech got glue in my eye after getting it unstuck from her finger. She didnt even try to compensate for my pain or discomfort. Smh, theyre slowly losing regulars because theyre service has deteriorated.
