Unbelievable experience. The worst I have had at a nail salon! Im not even mad at the woman with clear cognitive issues, Im very mad at the man running the place that let her work with customers. This is how my sister walked out (photo)-half of her gel polish still on her nails! SO SO SO BAD!

Honestly the worst mani/pedi experience I have ever had. I don’t even know where to start. The women bounced back and forth between two of us, doing our pedicures at the same time- making it nearly impossible to not skip steps...which we had to point out. It looks like a child painted my toes. I’m currently redoing what I just paid $75 for. AVOID this place!

I got an ingrown toenail from my pedicure at Mystic; the pain started the day after my pedicure from Tina. She went back and cut at my big toenails ten times at least! I should have told her to stop. She did that with my cuticles and nails too; kept going back at cutting more skin and nails over and over.The polishes were all old and she added thinner to every bottle I picked, also had to rechoose my fingernail color. The polish dried clumpy and looked terrible, I took it off immediately when I got home. The polish chipped off my toenails! Just overall a bad experience, total waste of money and it took over 2 hours (so also a big waste of time!!!)

Received a terrible mani/pedi and had to return the next day to have it redone. It was worse after they repainted them and chipped 2 days later. I ended up painting my nails on my vacation.

I love mystic, they remembered me after one visit after a year, they always are so nice too.And prices are reasonable (in my opinion) if I call ahead and ask them to pick as close to a specific color they usually have the exact color or very similar ready.Today was gun metal grey.

This place is great. The couple the own it work super hard and ultimately just want their customers to be happy. Ive seen them do some out-of-the-way customer friendly things and I always leave feeling happy and satisfied with my mani/pedi.

Absolutely love going here! I had been going to another place for about a year, but then I found this place! They seriously saved my nails! They last for almost three weeks and the paint never chips or starts to peel away. (which is an issue I had at other places) I also recently moved and will go out of my way to come here. The owners are amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for caring and hard working people to do your nails.

Tina and Tony are two of the most wonderful humans, theyre genuine, real people. I only go here to get my nails done, and before I met Tina I was not even a nail getter done type person. They are the best, super detailed, and super nice. They get busy and are family owned, and its not their fault if there is a wait so just plan accordingly. trust me- worth it!

Took my 96 year old mother for her first pedicure. Tina was absolutely wonderful and made my mother feel like family. Wonderful seats, wonderful service. Will definitely bring her back next time I’m in town.

Was about to get my nails done there but when I arrived there was a lady that was chasing a patron. I talked to the patron after the incident and it seems that she went to her car to have a smoke break and would walk to the atm to please them and pay them. The owner of the store thought she was leaving and came inside her car and attempted to fight the patron even throwing a few punches.. Even taking their wallet out of their hands. Her husband with an actual brain stopped her from being so reckless. Needless to say, this location needs a lot of work to improve on, because something like that is unacceptable. Patron was attempting to pay with an Amex card but the store said they did not accept it. So how else is the patron suppose to pay for it if thats the only form of payment they had. Patron said they would inquire with the local business to see if they have any cameras of the incident so that she can file a police report of the assault. Likely to say, this prevented to even go inside the building and I will no longer visit this location that Ive been to numerous times if this is how they treat all their customers who are unable to pay because they dont have their acceptable form of patient that isnt even listed outside their door of business. The patron said they would inquire the incident with American Express to see what they could do against that business due to how poorly the situation was handled by the owners of the nail salon. Long story short; avoid this business at all costs.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I always get great gel manicures here and they are amazing and the best price I’ve found! Tina and Tony are simply the best! I highly recommend this place!

Excellent service and great value. Even just requesting a basic pedicure with gel I received a five minute massage on each leg. P attention to detail was fantastic. So glad I found this place. I will definitely be coming back!

My service was fine, though really rushed. They kept telling people theyd get to them quickly and then theyd wait and wait... I understand you dont want people walking out but you cant say itll be a couple minutes when you know itll be at least half an hour. Then my gel set didnt hold up well at all. Ive never had one chip like this and the nails pulled away from my natural nails so got filled with dirt. The place I went to fix them were polite but clear that they were surprised by how poorly the set had been done.

The owners were awesome! So attentive and did a great job.

The people at mystic nails are very nice and the place is clean. My daughter & I received a pedicure it was relaxing and the prices were great. I will be returning soon.

Soaked my REALLY NAILS in acetone for 45min making them soak up the acetone. By the next day gel polish was coming off 3 nails on one hand and 2 on the other. Went back ask for money back but they wont give me money back and not fixing all other them . Owner locked the door and refused to let me leave because another client recommended a different salon . COPS WERE CALLED

I strongly recommend going there and getting your manicure or pedicure done. I went there for the first time 2 weeks ago and got both. Waited this long to write the review because I wanted to see how both would hold up. And they held up brilliantly! My nails still look great. I will have to go back to get them redone because of what they grew in these two weeks. Tuon (think this is the spelling) was very nice, chatting with me and being very professional. My feet came out of the pedicure on cloud #9 from all the care they got. Keep up the good work guys!

I walked in for a gel manicure and basic pedicure for the first time and left very unimpressed. After I waited for 40 minutes Tina started my pedicure and was very pleasant, however, another customer came in so Tony took over. The only way for me to describe how Tony works is “sloppy.” He had started my manicure at the same time that Tina started my pedicure and rushed through it in order to finish my pedicure. I left with clear gel polish on the underside of two of my fingers as it must have dripped down before I put my hands in the light. I also sat at the dryer for my pedicure for 20 minutes in order to assure my nails were dry but somehow when Tony pulled my toe separators off he dug a divot into one of my nails.I feel that all of these things could have been avoided if Tony would have taken a bit more time. Ultimately the length of time it took to do both my mani and pedi (not counting dry time) took less time than it took for me to wait before we got started.The only plus to this experience was the price. I paid $55 for both, but I guess you get what you paid for.I will not be going back.

Love this place, I told them what I wanted the very first time I came and now they know exactly what I want when I come. Never feel pressured to get something I dont want. I always feel welcomed when I walk through the door.

The WORST nail salon, $35 wasted. I did coffin shaped acrylic nails, and the woman who did my nails did a speedy and rough job. A lot of the nails arent the same size, theres a lot of my nail still showing, they used 7 LAYERS OF NAIL POLISH and blamed me for the color that I picked! The lady doing my nails was painting them with very fast strokes and missing the ends, so her husband took over and realized she had messed them up already. There was so many layers, they came off while I was sleeping. The guy told me to come back the next day so he would fix them, and he did a way better job, but my nails are still messy, he left the color I used before underneath my nails, and some of it is already chipping off. Dont waste your money and go somewhere else!!!

The best. There can be a wait, but if you plan right and dont go at peak times you can avoid that. Fun, friendly and clean atmosphere. My gel manicures and pedicures from here stay nice for longer than they have anywhere else and look awesome every time.

I went to the salon because of deals posted on their website only to be told they don’t offer ANY of them. They were Very rude when answering questions regarding promotions. Only stated “We talked to google and they haven’t took the coupons down” I informed them I found the coupon on their website and they replied “We no longer offer. Expired 10 years ago.” After speaking with them and explaining the situation regarding the misleading coupons one of the nail techs told me to drive 10 mins the other way to a different salon if I wanted a better price. I drove 25 mins because of the many promotions on their website and reviews saying they were good. NEVER coming back here again.

I have tried to make this place work because it is so close to home. I have gone 4 or 5 time now and I will not be going back. I just got a new set about a week ago, I am not sure if the brands that are used are cheap but they are chipping and falling off. Last time I got a fill, the man forgot to file one hand down to match the other. I am bummed, I wish it was better quality but I give up. I have spent double the last 3 months getting fixes/fills than I normally do. SOOO Frustrated this time.

Truly amazing work! Highly recommend making an appointment, this place is always busy and hopping with people. I love looking at my toes now.

Gross, old, disorganized, and limited selection of nail polish. My first pedicure there got little air bubbles in the polish a few days after the service and looked like I had done it myself at home. I went in a 2nd time and asked if they knew how to remove a dip powder manicure properly. They said yes and then proceeded to power sand my nails down to nothing; it was very painful. While the technician was sanding off my nail enamel, she was asking me about the place I received the dip manicure like how many people worked there, what their prices were, what other services they offered. She was trying to get inside information on her competition but it felt it was a little unprofessional and annoying. Then I had to pay her for torturing me and destroying my nails...very frustrating. Dont waste your money here.

The pedicures and manicures are great and the staff is so nice! Ask for a callus removal for an extra $5 and your feet come out so smooth and moisturized!!

Beautiful nails, received many compliments. Misunderstanding about payment policy. Take checks for tip, not for services. Accidentally left debit card at work and only had checkbook. They demanded I leave my watch or cellphone there to go get it rather than take my check. I understand their hesitancy, but really?

They treat me kindly, I rarely have to wait, they do neat work very efficiently.

I asked if they did dip manicures they said they did (I didnt see the powders like Ive seen in other shops, that should have been my clue to leave). Sat down with a technician and he tried to get me to do gel which I didnt want. Finally another technician sat me at her table, I should have left because she did a terrible job, she was nice but clearly didnt know what she was doing. The color is nothing like what was in the jar and my nails look horrible!

Had never been here before, set up two appointments for acrylic manicures for my sister and I. We were there for about 2.5 hours, which is too bad because we were already running late for our evening plans. Decent price and quality, just wish it had been faster service.

Went 3 times. Experience got stranger and stranger. 2 times “John” did my nails and they were beautiful. The other time, John wasnt there and I was coearced into getting nails that looked like a kindergartner did them. They don’t understand certain aspects of Customer Service, like phone manners and being truthful. John apparently left and I will never go back. The rest of them are a bunch of crazies.

Been going here for years and I have never gotten the terrible service I revived a couple weeks ago. The staff talk about you in their own language and try to push you into getting the nail service that they want. I went in to get a full set of gel nails and a day later they were alre set lifting and coming off my nail bed. I have been getting gel nails for years and never has this happened before. I went in 3 days later to get my money back and the have a strict no refund policy and they didnt even offer to redo the whole set. When I asked for the owners number, they shut me down and said he is in Vietnam and is unable to talk to me. Long story short, never visit this place for your nails, they are extremely rude, they look at you funny if you cant tip more then 5 dollars and their price for their nails are over done. I will never go back.

I am not from the area. The day I got nails done I spent 125$ w tip for full set and pedi. Four days later a nail broke so I ran in and asked just for glue real fast cuz I had the broken tip and I was about to leave town and they told me to sit and wait...for glue. I wasnt going to post a complaint but another 2 days later another brand new nail broke. Brand new set as I stated before. Im adding this comment a few days later...11/3....Ive lost 4 nails of a brand new set since I had them put on about a week ago.

First time here. Horrible. I went in on Friday and its only Tuesday and my nails already seem to be coming off. The lady who did my nails kept trying to sell me on products I didnt want and would cut/burn me with her tools. The shapes of my nails are un-even and crooked. I will not be going back.

Awful! Waited hour and a half after scheduled appt. And ended up leaving. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They told two customers to come back in a hour and when they did they ended up leaving in a huff because they werent getting in any time soon either. Will never go back there!!!

Very very disappointed with the outcome of my nails, I went and got an acrylic set I was treated nicely but Bonita did a terrible job at shaping them and making them even and smooth, no work was done on my cuticles at all, she made one of my nails so thick and wide I had to file them down when I went home. The entire time she was doing my nails she was constantly getting up to work on customers so I was in the nail shop for almost 2 hours. A week after I got them done one of my nails randomly snapped (I do online schooling and dont work so Im never doing rough work with my hands). I then went in to get it fixed by the same girl and she did a terrible job again, when she was taking off the broken nail she just ripped it off which hurt alot, did a bad job on the acrylic again made it so thin I think it will break again, and did a horrible paint job, there was polish all over my cuticles. She was wearing the same gloves the whole time which had holes in them and just went and washed her gloves like she was washing her hands, never changed them. Very sad I had my hopes high when I went there and was extremely disappointed twice. Will not go again.

I went here in May to get my nails done for prom. It was my first time ever getting acrylics, and I was very pleased with them.They lasted about 3 weeks. Six days ago I went back to get acrylics done again and I had a completely different experience. Although my nails were shaped nicely and looked good, they lasted terribly. Ive had them for six days and FIVE of them have already broken in half, and the polish is chipping even though they pushed the more expensive gel nail polish saying itd last for at least 3 weeks. Also, my most recent time going, I waited for about an hour and then finally a technician seated me at her table and told me to pick out my colors, and then walked on to do someones pedicure which I waited at least a half hour for, and when she returned to me she started the first half of the process of doing acrylics, but then walked off to do another pedicure and sent me to a different technician who finished it. I wouldnt have even minded the poor service so much if it wasnt for the poor job of the nails quality.

Went to get a fill and some nails fixed. After i sat there abd took off tge nails that needed to be fixed it was my time to sit in the chair. When the gentlemen saw tgat one of my nails was healing from a fungus he suggested that i dobt get that nail done. Fine i have nine other nails. He then started to put new nails on without filing or buffing. I asked was he going to buff first and he said oh yea. Then he asked if i was cutting my nails down i said as much as they had grown. He then said our rates are for short nails only. No place on tge pricing does it say that. I mentioned to him he has never charged me for my nail length. The lady then came over are said they didnt want to do my healing nail .I again said he is not doing that nail i have nine others he is complaining about length. She said they didnt care about the length. I asked if they were denying my service and they said no and continued to talk about my healing nail. I let them know that i would be writing a review and they said they dont care. This is how they treat returning customers. They pick and choosing the pricing and they pick and choose whos nails they are going to do. Walked into another nail shop and seen the lady that came in after me and they turned away. I will never go back to this shop bad for business.

Horrible. Almost every singe finger was cut just from removing my gel polish!! I couldnt even finish-I left with no polish and mangled bleeding fingers. I do not recommend this business and will not be back.

About a month ago I called and asked if I should walk in or make a same day appointment and was told to make an appointment for an hour later which was perfect.I got there on time and sat to pick out my polish. I waited about an hour after my scheduled apt. to be seen by a technition and once I was he walked away to help a walk in after glueing 3 or 4 random tips. About 10 min later a different technition came to finish and did an okay job. Didnt listen to how short i wanted them or that the nails were uneven length and lumpy.She didnt charge me the extra 5 dollars for the shape of the nail because I waited which was nicr, but I didnt leave the salon until around 5:40 when my appointment was for 3.I also watched them bring women to unsanitized stations which is totally unexeptable and gross.After I fixed them at home they did stay with no lifting or chipping for about 5 weeks and the set was only $25, which would be the only reasons I would go back if they at least were clean.

Theyre super nice, and do a great job doing my nails.

I love the formee nail technician David, he was really ginuine and persobable. Unfortunately he left and I dont care for the customer service of the other techs. My last encounter ended any future service I was open to. While shaking up nail polish, it accidentally exploded all over everything. The chairs, my black dress and white blouse. My best friend and I immediately asked for acetone to clean things up. The techs were slow to provide a solution, instead they were more focused on the present customer. When I expressed my disappoint in the lack of reaction on their part they responded by saying they had current customers they needed to service. Everyone saw what happened and Im sure they could empathize with the situation. She was quicker to see if I was still interested in the pedicure than assisting with the mess. No one could have prevented the accident. My disappointment stems from their lack of response to assist or even offer a solution. In Additon to my previous experience with thier customer service. They were however diligent in attempting to secure my money. David was great and its unfortunate he left.

Horrible. I had to wait two hours while the 5 people who came in after me all got helped. I went for a fill and she took a look at my nails and tore them off by hand. I was bleeding and sore and theyre all different sizes. Theyre square not sharp and my friends rhinestones came off 10 minutes after being helped by washing her nails. Big no no.

Walked in on a busy Friday and received friendly, attentive service and a lovely gel manicure. The last gel mani I got here lasted six WEEKS!

I will never come back here again.

Terrible! I got my nails done for prom and I wanted the long cat like nails and all my nails were different shapes, my jewels fell off by the next day and 4 nails came off within 3 days of me getting them done .
