Great barbershop. Any barber there will do you right. Top-notch all around. Jon is exceptional and one of the most detailed oriented barbers Ive been to. Just on thing...if you want to be sure youre taken care of, please get there on time. And if you arent, at least call and be okay if they say youll need to reschedule. Parking is right across the street next to it he old greyhound station.

They are busy as can be so, not much for walk ins but, call them, they will set you up!!! Great prices for great work!!! It is the best barber experience you can get!!! Other places offer drinks and hot towels and other such things to draw you in for a hair cut, and i cant say anything bad about that but, this place dont have to give you drinks, or a hot towel, or try any tactics to draw you in, its the best place in Knoxville to get a cut!!! They offer more than just a haircut, this is a Barber shop. True to its word and form!!!

This is by far the best haircut I’ve had in Knoxville. I’ve hopped around to different shops and even went to some places to get a $70 haircut and it still wasn’t as good as these guys. Sammy was my barber and i will definitely be coming back soon.

E.D. Bailey Barbers was outstanding. The atmosphere was cool, being in downtown Knoxville. The ambiance alone was very welcoming. It did not look like, “Aw they tried...” it looked really nice. And the important part, the barbers are legit. I went for my first time and got scheduled with a barber named Aaron - I am not exaggerating when I tell you, it was the best and most thorough haircut I have ever had. Ever. I plan on going back anytime I am in Knoxville.

Excellent place to get a nice haircut from a real barber. They do great beard times and shaves as well. My dad, son and I have been going there the past couple years and love the place. Everyone does great cuts - Z, Kaci, Aaron are who we see, but Tre, John and Sammy do well also.

I stopped in for the first time to ever get haircut at a barber, first time for a beard trim ever. Aaron was great he made me feel comfortable I felt very safe especially with covid going on right now. The prices are extremely reasonable so make sure you tip well! This place is hands down my favorite barbershop when it comes to beards. I always ask for Zoran, he is very detailed and really knows what he’s doing when it comes to beards!

Love coming here for haircuts. The atmosphere is nice and very friendly. Its best to have an appointment as they can get very busy. Feels great when they finish the cut with a straight razor on the neck. Doesnt cost much more than your run of the mill Great Clips style salon either. Good place for conversation while getting a cut.

It doesnt get better than Sammy when it comes to getting a haircut in Knoxville. His attention to detail and desire for perfection make sure that you leave looking clean and crispy. Dude is an artist with the clippers and razor.

I wear a pixie hairstyle, and Casey cuts my hair here. She does a great job! She is always on time, quick, neat, and efficient. Sometimes we cut in silence, sometimes we gab the whole time. The atmosphere of the barbershop is stylish, light, and airy. Everything is tidy and clean. Haircuts are reasonably priced and affordable. It is easy to book an appointment without having to book months in advance. I usually call the week of and am able stop by after work. Everyone in the shop is friendly and fun!

These have been 2 of my best haircuts. They know their stuff. Would recommend a shave or beard trim especially. Masters with the straight razor and warm shaving cream.They have a billiards table and comics in the waiting area if you show up early. Or of course conversation.One thing to note! Call before you go. Not a good place for walk-ins but worth making the appointment.

Went in for a haircut and a straight razor shave. Zoran did a great job with both. Ill definitely be a repeat customer.Ive never visited a barber for a shave before (so I have no frame of reference) but he seemed very careful and skillful. Needed a haircut before I went out of town on a business trip and my barber was booked. I walked into E.D. Baileys door at 9 A.M. and asked if they had an opening. They did and I learned that I lucked out as most of their business is by appointment only. Todd took great care of me and this is the best haircut at an affordable price. It was so good in fact that I scheduled another appointment.

Had to change this review due to poor customers service. I came in at about 8 am Saturday. I didnt expect to get service immediately or even that day seeing as I didnt have an appointment. However, the owner said he was busy all day and sorry. That was it. No can we schedule you a day during the week or anything. Good haircuts but I will not go back.

Great haircuts and reasonably priced, but they said you can come in and get it touched up for free.I came in before an interview to get a quick touch up and they did so and then charged me over half the price of a full haircut.

Gentleman this is definitely a barbershop you dont want to miss out on! I went all out and got a haircut and shave. My experience did not disappoint. Zoran - the barber is probably one of the coolest persons I have met. I loved the vintage 1920s theme in the shop. Zoran also uses some neat, vintage techniques like the original cologne created. Im two weeks into my haircut and its still looking fresh. You cant beat the prices of this place. Im eager to say that I have a barber to go see on a regular basis which is something I have never had.

My husband gets his head shaved and beard trimmed here. It always looks great. Tonight was the first time I’ve actually been inside, and I was impressed. This ain’t your grandad’s barbershop. It’s got a really cool vibe. Reminds me of a shop you’d see in Chicago. Kaycie always does awesome straight razor shaves. I might go with my husband again just to hang out lol.
