This was my first time ever at this nail salon. I found it on Google after reading tons of reviews and I could not be more pleased with my experience! I have never in my life had someone care more about how my nails turned out. Hannah was so detail oriented and she ensured the shape, smoothness, length, etc. was all spot on. I could tell she genuinely cares about every client that she has and she wants everyone to love their nails. I’m so happy I found this nail salon. Thanks Hannah!! 😊

Ive been going to Nail Images weekly for 8 years and am way overdue to rave about them in a review! Nail images is easily the best place to get a manicure or pedicure in the Twin Cities. They truly have mastered their craft! Hannah is incredibly detail-oriented and nothing is missed. I drive from Saint Paul to each appointment and the trip across town is always well worth it. 5 stars, every time.

I came here for the first time and I am still in awe of my nails! I never knew my natural nails could look this good. I got a dip powder manicure with Hannah, though I’m sure all of the technicians are great. Hannah was extremely thorough, took her time and I never felt like she was in a rush. She helped me pick out and customize my color exactly how I wanted it! Great service and very reasonably priced.

Hannah is the absolute best!! Always very punctual and professional. She gave me the best dip manicure I’ve ever had- it lasted 4 weeks with no chips or damage! My gel pedicure was the best, very relaxing and pretty colors to chose from! Definitely recommend Nail Images, and Hannah for all your nail needs!

Went here for a girls day and did pedicures and manicures and everyone was very professional and quick. Usually my nails never last more then a week with gel but my nails look amazing! Tammy did a great job and I will be back to see her again. It’s also very affordable. Highly recommend, but make sure to book an appointment if you go on the weekends since it gets busy very fast.

Made an appt first thing in the morning during the wk, waited 15 min. Then the gal who was doing my pedicure would leave part way thru to do a manicure on another client, and then come back to me. If they were overbooked, I wish I had known upon entering vs waiting for and during the appt.

I love this nail place! I have been going here for over 10 years. The manager Hannah is so kind, and all her nail techs are extremely skillful. I typically get a full set of acrylics and they rarely lift by the time I need a fill. Nail images prices are reasonable, the atmosphere feels like home, and the facility is clean!

Hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten, the staff was courteous and the woman who took care of me my feet was a literal angel (I work a lot and needed some serious heels relief) she even brought over product suggestions for my feet. The color is beautiful and even and my feet feel amazing! I won’t go anywhere else!!

I had originally made an appointment for 12:45pm but I was running late so I called to ask to push it to 1pm. The lady said it was fine. When I got there at 1pm the place was busy and no employee came to greet me and left me to stand there and wait. Some other customer walked in and she was immediately greeted and was asked what service she wanted. At this point I’m already upset because no one would help me. I asked the same employee who greeted the customer behind me how long was the wait even though I had an appointment and she didn’t answer and told me to pick a color which I already had. I strongly suggest this business work on their customer service or do a better job managing their wait time if they have customers who made an appointment.

Highly recommend! Went for a basic mani/pedi with regular polish and my nails look great. The techs were friendly and professional. Make sure to bring cash for tipping!

I have been going to Nail Images for over 20 years! My entire family has been going there and we all go to see Hannah! She is professional, skilled and so kind. I would wait for any amount of time to see someone at this salon. Hannah is now the owner and manager which only means better and better service!

I went here on Thursday August 20th, 2020. I scheduled an appointment for an acrylic fill which is listed on the website as $23. While the service was mostly good except for the technician seeming like she didnt want to be there, they ended up putting gel polish on my nails after I specifically said normal nail polish, not gel because I havent had good experiences with gel polish lasting. I was charged $42 at the end of the service. I spent almost $20 more than I was expecting only to have the gel polish chip on multiple nails a week later. Super disappointed.

I had an absolutely horrible experience here. The nail tech cut my one of my fingers and filed my nails down to the point where I felt burning. They were also very unfriendly and it doesn’t appear they sanitize tools after each customer. I was also charged more than the prices listed for my manicure and they were a little pushy about tips. I had also scheduled an appointment and the people who did not have appointments were helped before me so I had to wait over an hour and a half just to be served. The nail tech painted the polish on way too think so my nails ended up looking chunky and unprofessional. I called and the manager and told her what happened and she said they would redo my manicure and so I came in and waited about an hour and then they started the process of taking off the nails. After they were done taking them off they informed me they would not redo my nails as the manager said. They said I would have to pay if I wanted them redone. She also refused a refund. I decided to go elsewhere so unfortunately I wasted $50 on a manicure that looked horrible and had to be taken off thinking they would redo my nails for free as the manager said after they finished taking off the messed up manicure but did not follow through with. I would not recommend going here. If you want a good experience I recommend Envy nails in Edina. They were able to fix the damage this nail salon did to my nails and give me one of the best manicures I’ve ever had done. They had a very clean salon, helps me right away, and were very friendly and professional.

So there are a few things about the salon that I want to say. First off, I absolutely love my nails I think they’re so cute and almost perfect... something I rarely say when I get my nails done. However, I was not impressed with their ability to schedule people/time-management or their prices.First I want to talk about the prices. When I booked online, I requested a full-set gel acrylic ($45), paffin ($5), and design ($5) which should have totaled $55 without tax/tip. This is also what I saw when I walked into the salon on their price board. However, when I went to pay, the lady(blonde) charged me $68 and when I asked her why it was so much higher than the prices I had seen online and in the store, she told me “it’s $5 and up for a design”. I was shocked. I would have possibly understood if it had been $10 since I did the same design on both hands, however $18 for XO❤️design(picture below for reference on design)? That’s absolutely ridiculous and if that is the case, it should have been on the price board AND online to ensure consistent prices.Secondly, when I walked it, they didn’t seem to have any idea that I was coming or had scheduled an appointment on 02/06 for the 9th at 1:30 which I had the confirmation text for. This was slightly aggravating because why would I schedule something online if the workers don’t know that I did or what I wanted? Then, I noticed there were only 3 techs working, which would have been perfect if another four people hadn’t come in (3 of which said they had appointments). No one was available for their appointment, so they all had to wait. One man sat for at least 45 minutes the in the waiting area and a pedicure station (he was moved there after about 15-min) and another girl waited 45 minutes before being attended and that was only after she said she was going to have to leave soon because she had another obligation. If the salon didn’t allow for appointments or at least told people it’s a “first come, first serve” thing, this would be absolutely understandable, however this was not the case.If the nail tech hadn’t done such a great job on my nails, I would give this salon a 1-star rating, however I love my nail, regardless of the hectic environment consisting of poor time management and the pricing gauging I believe I experienced.

I originally posted a great review because I was so happy with my nails! Until only 3 days after I got them done they were already chipped... even though it was a gel manicure. At other salons my nails would typically last at least 3 weeks before any chipping or peeling. But here it only lasted 3 days. Sad to say I will probably not be returning even though they are friendly. I still have the original review below.Ihad a wonderful first time experience at this nail salon! Heidi did my nails and she was very attentive to detail making every nail look perfect. This was the best manicure I have had. I will definitely be back. Also great prices.

Made an appointment at 2:45. They let 2 other women without appointments go ahead of me and I have been waiting 20 minutes to be seen. They only have 3 people working and allow 6 people to come in at a time. Makes no sense. Nails took an hour and a half.** It took me over an hour to get these nails off. They were so thick that I had to soak them in acetone for well over a half hour and even after soaking I had a hell of a time getting the nails off.

I have been going to Nail Image & Spa for years and I cannot say enough nice things about the salon and the women who work there. I have tried a number of places in my life time, however I have not found a salon the competes with Nail Image. They are professional, timely, affordable, always clean and go the extra mile to ensure you are happy with your service. The owner, Hannah took over the salon two years ago and does a phenomenal job (she has been working there for 12 years)! If you are looking for salon you can keep going back to, Nail Image is the place to go!

First time experience with this nail salon and I absolutely was in love with the customer service they take their time they don’t rich acrylic is not bulky or super thick great conversations and other clients are nice as well everything is clean and well maintained I have found my nail salon home not too many nail salons like this I’m from out state and moved here a year ago and it was a pain finding a salon but this shop here they are literally the best they’re are great

A very average experience. I moved to this neighborhood and needed a new salon. I went in for a gel manicure and somehow ended up spending over $50 for subpar nails. I had an appointment but the nail technician was doing a manicure for me and another person simultaneously. I completely get that they’re busy but it felt like I didn’t matter as a customer. The topcoat on a few of my nails is super thick, I can already tell it isn’t going to last. I posted pictures, you can see that there’s nothing really wrong but it also doesn’t look like time was spent making them look like $50+ nails.

The owner, Hannah, is fantastic, both as a practitioner of nail services and as a business owner who cares about her clients and employees. The price is right, the services top-notch, and I love supporting this business.

So cute and cheap!

I scheduled a manicure-pedicure appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes with cold water until service began. Staff were unfriendly. Space was unclean, the same tools and nail files were being used on each client without any sort of sanitization. Manicure was poorly done—I can see the different layers of polish and it’s already chipping. If all that wasn’t enough, I was overcharged for the services performed. If you have an option, go anywhere else.

Nothing short but perfection from Hannah! I have had mixed feelings about full sets since a few bad experiences within the last year added some new doubt-- some were too thick, others sloppy. She brought me the best pillow since the back problems became apparent after driving over an hour and a half! Hannah was absolutely meticulous and gave me the most beautiful, modern french tip full set! Im talking perfectly thin, natural acrylics shaped like nothing I have ever had before. When you have that idea of what you want when you go to the salon, you leave with exactly that-- nothing less. It is worth the drive and will be my go-to place every month!

I came to this salon with my friend, it was my first time here and I loved it. My only complaint would be that the employees were constantly speaking in Vietnamese to one another. This was distracting and took away from the relaxation experience I was hoping for!

Got dip nails. The shape was awkward and she started the bonding liquid at the nail bed, which gave an unnatural shape to the nails. She also dipped the nails directly into the container instead of separating it, which is the standard practice.

I went here today for the first time as the other salon I used to go to has closed. I was able to walk in and be seen for a gel manicure in about 15 minutes wait time. Hazel was very professional and thorough and did a very nice job with my manicure. I liked that she used the foil and acetone to remove my old gel polish as this was less harsh than using the sanding burr exclusively. I also liked the atmosphere as there was a water bubbler going and a nice spa smell. I will definitely return!

I’ve been going to Nail Images for about 4 years. No other nail place does my acrylics as good as them. Today I went in and Hanna did an amazing snowflake design on my nails. I love it so much. I have been coming here for over a year and Hannah and Tina are the best! I absolutely love coming here because they make sure every detail is taken care of. Even if there are a line of people, they do not rush and make sure youre happy with your nails. I have gotten acrylics, gel manis and pedicures and they are all done really well and last a long time. Nail Images is the best in Edina. Hannah has been doing my nails regularly for 8 years now. I travel to other cites and pay triple the price and it’s never as good as what Hannah does. She creates exactly what you want. I have had her create colors mixing the perfect pink and white and I call it the Hannah special. I wouldn’t go any where else.

Great for gel polishes and simple things but my acrylics were terrible last time. I asked for coffin shape and one hand was very mis shaped and looked almost crooked. Nails started lifting and cracking/breaking after a week and a half.
