Went everywhere to find a place with openings, got to this place at 1:25 pm and was told that she was closed right now(never mind the open sign, and never mind the fact that she was working on someones toe nails) she then preceded to say her next appointment was at 5:30 pm.. now please tell me how its going to take her 4 hours to finish the ladys toes that she was working on and couldnt even fill my nails (which have gotten to the point of disaster). There was only one technician in the whole place, turn off your open sign or take down your walk-ins welcome AD. Wont come back here to even try it for the first time.

Lisa went above and beyond! I was recommended to her, by my Mom. 1 of the complaints by my last technician, is that the nails were too thick and poor quality. Lisa took a good inch and a half off. They look soooooooooo good now! She filled in every inch and didnt miss anything. Her attention to detail and line work is exceptional! The freestyle design, is perfect! Shes soooooooooo nice and easy to talk to! She redesigned the salon perfectly! I will definitely be coming back! 5 stars!

Very good at gel manicures/ pedicures. Always lovely experience. Not many employees so it can take a while depending on when you go. My nails always last the longest from Vnails!

Avoid this place! Pearl Pedicure $65, Full set gel $45. The tech left half way through doing my full set. The person that stepped in didnt know how to shape. I told her to stop, I paid and left the salon with really messed up nails not shaped or painted. I ended up at DeParis Nails in Crystal they were able to fix my nails. To add insult to injury the price on the same pearl pedicure $40. Lesson learned. Dont waste your time or money. Avoid this place.

I stopped by after work with my daughter to get our nail done and was not satisfied . 2 days after getting them done the gel polish was chipping off and, some of the nails were not even shaped the same . I then had my daughters nails painted and she’s only 4 and was charged $20 jus for polishing her nails . The lady was very pleasant and sweet, which really sucks, but unfortunately that can not make up for the terrible work that was done . I do hear they give good pedicures unfortunately I will never know, first and last time ever visiting this shop ...

I like this shop because of how kind the ladies are and the fact that they actually care about the quality of service that they give.

Very clean, knew what they were doing with injuries and infections. Some manicurists have accents that can be hard to understand, but theyre very aware of this and theres always someone there who can help dumb Americans :) I priced out a couple places and this place does some of the nicer stuff (like specific nail shapes) for the same flat rate. Five stars!

Went to go get my nails done 4 days ago. 2 broke off, you can see that there was no support or structure made for the nails, and my two point finger nails were made significantly smaller then the rest. They glued the tip at a slight angle making them look thicker than they were. It took 2 hrs to do my nails when their were no other customers there. With all this being said I so know how to do acrylic nails but I choose to get them done so I didnt have to spend time doing them myself. Very poor technique here and wouldnt recommend for acrylic. Also I broke one off from brushing snow off my car and my thumb from picking up a box of hot pockets at my work. So it wasnt my activities that broke my nails..
