Went here with my friends for some bonding time! e nails was very accommodating with the appointments and taking care of all 5 of us. Very clean, efficient and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and they did a great job!

The staff were friendly, an older woman did my pedicure and she did a great job. Another woman did my manicure and she did an OK job. I didnt notice much until after leaving the shop that my manicure was just poorly did. I got white tip nails and its obvious she didnt attempt to even out the white polish on my nails; one the tips of some of my nails are a lot thicker than others and looks crazy. I typically get a full set, white tip to avoid this, but I was pressed for time and took a lunch break to get my nails done before going out of town.

First time going there for the SNS dip powder on 11/26 and had a nail crack that night. Luckily, they fixed it for free the next day. 3 days later, another nail cracked in half but did not go in to get it fixed due to a holiday weekend. Now, a week later (12/4), I have two more crack and chip. Will not ever being going back and would not recommend going here.

My best experience was my first time there with Hannah! She did an excellent job, they all do. However, my last two visits were not very pleasant. Both times I was rushed immediately to sit down and give her my hand to start before I could even pick a color. Later, I was rushed to choose a color because I didn’t have it already. I asked to have my old set soaked off because the set I had was very old and I wanted a fresh start without the pain. However, the tech was rushing and tried to force my nails off manually. It was painful and very uncomfortable. When I asked her to please soak then she continued to try to force then manually saying that it would take too long, until I insisted that she soak them because how she was doing it was painful. Another tech took over, she again rushed the entire process. My finished polish was dull. My hands, not just my nails but all down my fingers and palm, have nail glue all on them that I am having a extremely hard time getting off. Overall they did a decent job but for $55 dollars the professionalism in the finished product and customer experience was not there. Although I remained polite and tipped her, I was extremely disappointed in my service and won’t be returning.

I was nervous about coming here because of some Yelp and Google reviews I read, but I am very happy with my experience!I first visited around noon on a Monday but they were really busy so I came back at 5 p.m. At 5, I was serviced right away. They told me the mani-pedi would take one hour and that was spot on. I got french tips and they look fantastic. She put on three coats of top coat!The pricing was a little confusing, but it was partly my fault not understand that $5 for french tips was if you only did finger or toe nails.Caveat: This is only my second ever mani-pedi, so I am by no means an expert.Tips:- Pay in cash! Their minimum credit card charge is $15 and they can only take cash tips.- Try to visit when its not super busy. They didnt rush through my mani-pedi because there were fewer people there.

I can’t figure out why there are so many bad reviews here.. I had a really relaxing experience. I walked in and they were able to help me right away. Everyone there seemed really nice and the place was very clean. My manicure turned out really great too. No complaints here!

So far so good! Got them done today so I’ll follow up if the gel polish holds up. Kim did an amazing job! She was friendly and quick. Beautiful nails! Thanks Kim!

I went in today last minute and running late for a flight and they did a gel manicure and pedicure at the same time she did a beautiful job. Ha knows what she’s doing!!! Highly recommend this salon. I’ll be going back 💅🏾

I visited this salon recently and had called to book an appointment for a full acrylic set. I came in and was asked about 4 times back to back what kind of service I needed, I answered every time that I had an appointment for acrylics and the woman asking wasn’t seeming to get it until the 4th time. Then she asked me to pick a color. I picked one of the only colors that wasn’t all dirty, crusty, and dried up, then she went to work doing my acrylics, my fingers were covered in nail glue and she ended up cutting my pinkies twice with her file. I don’t think she noticed me wincing in pain. She was talking very loudly to her coworkers in a different language and I felt very uncomfortable sitting and listening to them yelling. She kept asking if I wanted gel, and I had to keep repeating politely that I just wanted regular polish. She put on 3 thick coats and didn’t let them dry enough so I came out with gummy and smudged nails. The shape also wasn’t what I asked for, but felt no need to keep asking for corrections. Nails are all different sizes and shapes, some are too thick and weren’t properly filed underneath. The polish has little bubbles in it and is definitely not good quality. Had to redo my nails at home that night. Definitely not going back.

Absolutely awful. I went in for a gel manicure but decided just to have them remove my polish. This woman was starting to paint my nails without any shaping or even having me wash my hands! No cuticle treatment at all. I thought, I’ll just have her polish up my natural nail. She did not even do that and it cost me $30. Will NEVER be going back.

My first manicure in over 15 years and first time with gel. Ha was very nice and explained what was going on and my nails look really great! Plus she was very quick. Ill be back.

First experience here was great. I had a gentleman do a gel manicure and it turned out beautiful, clean, and long lasting. Second time I believe I had the owner. She was very rough and filed my nail down so much it hurt. The gel cracked at 2 weeks and it just wasn’t as flawless. Attempted to go in there today to have the gel polish removed and normal polish back on, but I was rudely shoo’d out of the store and she said she was busy. Basically if you don’t need a job that’s expensive they will tell you that they’re too busy to help.

Literally the only person to trust there for a good manicure or pedicure is John. Otherwise don’t waste your time.

I have been to this establishment twice and both times were not a good experience. The first pedicure I got was mediocre at best but I thought I would give them another chance a few weeks ago. The lady who did my pedicure seemed annoyed she had to get off her phone for a customer. She preceded to check her phone every opportunity she could and rushed my pedicure. I was in and out within 20 minutes. My feet basically looked the same other than new nail polish as when I walked in. Within a day or so the nail polish was chipping off and I had to redo it myself after a week because it was so bad. I get regular pedicures and the nail polish lasts for about 6 weeks, this didnt even last 6 days. I wont ever spend another dollar at this establishment.

Ive been a few times but Im trying someplace new. The last several visits were very low quality. The gel on my french manicure yellowed and cracked. The next time, I chose a pink color but after two coats, you could still see through it. They refused to put on a third coat when I asked. The girl who usually does mine is sweet but if Im going to pay to have this done, it needs to be done right.

I am unsure why there are so many bad reviews for this salon. I know people tend to only write reviews when theyve had negative experiences rather than positive, but I thought this was great. The woman that did my nails was very thorough and did a great job. The only downside is that the phone kept ringing, so she had to walk away four times to take the calls. Other than that, my nails look awesome - I did a gel manicure and I get one every few weeks and am always trying to find my next favorite. This salon was great though - so wanted to write a review because I disagree with the majority of what I read. Definitely give it a shot!

The service is horrible. They dont even try to paint your nails with any type of accuracy. Literally she globs a ton of polish on and its not painted on the whole nail. Its gross. There was hair in the bottle of polish and she tried to paint over it. When I pointed that out to her or anything for that matter she kept saying she knows what shes doing...she doesnt. Never again!

I usually do my nails myself, but was running short on time this week. I went in for gel polish pedi and a dip polish Mani. They did an ok job on the pedi, but didnt bother to wrap/soak my fingers during the pedi, so it took a lot longer than it should have. I picked a simple design from Pinterest to do, and it was a Pinterest fail. I didnt bother to have them redo as I had already been there too long and needed to go. Came home and fixed them myself. (Pinterest, What I left with, my redo)

I see John every couple of weeks for gel manicure and regular pedicure- and I refuse to go anywhere else. He is very meticulous with the cuticles, not rough where they become irritated. My gel manis last at least 2 1/2 weeks and my regular pedicures even longer. Very fair price. Check this place out before you write it off as another average salon.

Well let me start by saying, this was one of the worst salons I ever been too, I came in for a pedicure they rushed right through it. She put so much nail polish on the nails that it was so chunky. Then I asked if they did designs, the lady said “yes, 5$ extra” so I agreed, which was the biggest mistake the lady just scribbled a big mess on my toes, I didn’t like it, so she removed the paint once, and tried again. I still didn’t like it but at the point I was just ready to go, but then while I was letting my feet dry the lady came back to put a clear coat on, I have no idea why cause she had already did that twice, but when she went to go put on the clear coat she smudge’d the whole nail, it was horrible so another lady had to come out and take the whole polish off again to retry it, I was so upset then she redid them and they still put a a whole bunch of nail polish, the polish got all over my feet and she didn’t even remove it!!! The employees that work here were very rude and disrespectful, it was not worth the money I spent neither !!! I will not be coming back to this place & neither should you !!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately I wasnt pleased with the results ... the lady rushed through the polish application applied the polish very sloppy ... and then spent 15 mins cleaning up around the nails ... had to do two toes over again ... I just wanted it to be done ... probably have to get a new pedicure done again in a few days. Not impressed ... I should have listened to the previous reviews. Sorry - I dont usually post reviews but couldnt let this one slide.

Awful. They only accept cash and it took her 1.5 hrs to give me a gel fill (shouldve been 45 minutes). Walk a few more blocks to go somewhere else!

Do Not Spend your Money here...Racist woman the Owner was really rude and unprofessional...i asked to speak to the owner and i told her u would write a true representation of my experience...she was smiling while i spoke to her on why i would rather spend my money actross the street at Nail Cops...make our dollars have power...do not patronize this mediocre establishment.
