Second time writing a review because I gave them another chance. super unprofessional. owner Tommy is rude rolls his eyes at you and argues with you in front of other customers. I scheduled an appointment for nails brows and toes. Ive been coming here for a couple years now and every single time I get the same thing all 3 things EVERY time. today he refused to do my toes because he insisted i never told him I was doing my toes which is FALSE. every other time I come in I need to remind them about my brows because they dont LISTEN to me on the phone. now I have to go somewhere else to do my toes and I will NEVER be back. I always recommend this place to others too and now I wont do that either. rude and unprofessional service. they dont even do designs either.

They are really good at shaping, theyre professional and timely.They suggested I call ahead because theyre typically busy. I walked in midweek during below zero weather.Fill with gel color was just $35.Unfortunately, the Target is closing but its a generally convenient shopping center with a UPS store, mail box, county service center across the street, etc.

Ive been coming here for about a year. The lady who does my feet literally takes an hour to do it. Theres no difference between the regular pedicure and the luxury pedicure because the price, and Tommy always tells me I need to learn to do my own brows so I dont have to pay him to do them???? Like without fail every time. Way to make your customers feel like you dont appreciate their business. Not only they but they dont do any designs and their color sections is limited.... I think ill find somewhere else to go from now on...

Absolutely amazing service! I went to 2 or 3 places in this area until I found Lady Nails and now I don’t go anywhere else. They work extremely hard, make wonderful suggestions or nail art, are curious about your needs and speak very good English. I’m not going anywhere else!

The pedicure was mediocre. My cuticles were not pushed back and felt the service was half done. Dont want to get started on my manicure. This is my first and ast visit.

Always very thorough, and take the time to explain everything to me. Im pretty hard on my nails, but no matter how messed up they are, it never cost extra for them to fix them. Its usually busy, so its best to call and make an appointment. But Ive never been disappointed.

Very rude and prejudice. No customer service skills and they pick and choose when they want to assist you, even if you have an appointment. When you ask questions they speak in their native language and ignore you until you ask 5 times, no exaggeration. Overall, very prejudice.

Just got done doing a gel set and let me tell you- this place is amazing! I did a walk-in and was seen maybe after 10-15 minutes of waiting, so the wait time is pretty reasonable from what I hear about them being busy. Both guys who assisted me were very detail-focused and made sure my nails looked great. I’ll definitely be coming back for a refill and for all other nail needs. Thanks, Lady Nails!

I am in the middle of my pedicure and it feels amazing! Although there is only four people there they have great customer service! I suggest calling a head for an appointment they are busy which is a good thing! It means that they bring a lot of people and people like this place! I’m not sure of his name, but he clearly cares about nails!! I highly recommend this place!

Lady nails is the only place I go to get my nails done. I have been going to them for years! They have very affordable and have great customer service.

I use to go there often but stopped due to their prejudice. The last time I went was the worse experience ever. It was Dec. 5th. I waited patiently to get my nails done and a lady walked in to get her nails done 10 mins after me. When Tommy the nail tech was done with his client the lady nail tech told the lady that came after me to sit where Tommy was working at to get her nails done. So he start doing her nails before me. I asked the lady if she had an appointment and she said no. So I confronted them about doing her nails before mine when I was there first and they literally ignored me. I left feeling disrespected and discriminated against. I will never go to lady nails again

Tommy was awesome and so Was the young man who did my pedicure. The pedicure was top notch. They really take their time to do a good job. Definitely coming back.

Call and make an appointment! They are busy because they are good. I had the male owner do mine. He was quick, detail oriented, and gives a very good experience.

I like that they’re all liecensed and they listen to what and how you want your nails done. Reasonable price $$$. Just don’t have that nail salon feel or look to it, supplies not clean, store cluttered, good with eye brows and the drying machine for your nails sucks & take Way too long to dry your nails but I love their selection of colors.

This was my first time going there and the guy who did my mani/pedi was GREAT! He was very precise and gentle. This was also the first time where I actually WANTED to give a tip. I will definitely be making this my nail salon. Great job and sorry I didnt get your name.

I was a customer for many years . Then all the sudden I came in a few different times and waited for several minutes and then Tony decideds to tell me that I will need to come back. Then I come back a couple days later and he does the same thing has me wait several minutes then tells me that I will need to come back. If I would have known that they handled customers this way I never would have gone here. Never will I suggest this company. Poor customer service.

Maybe it is timing BUT when I walked in, I was greeted and got right in. Regardless of how long Id have to wait, a greeting and idea of how long it will be is never a problem at Lady Nails!
