My sister and I went to nail masters in May2021. Jennifer did a great job with my Ambree nail extention, it was exactly the way I wanted. My sister did Shellac and she was very happy with the result.They are very friendly and do amazing job!!I will definitely go back!!

I’ve been going to this salon for years. Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My daughter and I made appointments for 2 pedicures, 1 manicure. We arrived early for our appointment, and had to wait, which was completely expected. We were brought back on time but the entire process took an hour and 36 mins because other people were being helped, even people who walked in and 2 ladies whom were late for their appointments. It’s the longest mani/pedi I’ve ever had. What irked me even more was that I was left with the tin foil and nail polish remover on my fingers for over 20 mins. The owner did apologize, but this is absolutely ridiculous. Why make appointments if you aren’t going to honor them? I left this place about 2 years ago, and then ownership changed, so I gave them another shot. But now it’s time to find another place.

Enjoyed my hot stone pedicure. Very relaxing. Too hot sometimes. Wanted acrylic on my toes, since they always break, and French Nail, across the street refused to do it for me. These guys did, and did it well. Thank you!

Ever since COVID started they’ve been very safe and clean. They have masks and plastic coverings between each table. I felt comfortable there. The staff are very friendly and the new manager is very nice.

I love the staff! They are doing a great job staying safe in this time of Covid-19. Temp checks plus screening questions. They have barriers in between you and them. Overall, a great experience.

Each time we come here we are treated well. They are tentative and ask questions along the way to make sure you are getting what you are wanting and expecting. They all do a great job at managing their customers, from balancing those already in chairs, those walking in and all while the phone is ringing. Definitely recommend them.

The manager/owner was totally rude to me today! I strolled out without a fill or color change!As soon as I walked in she said “do you need to bring him in here,” I said, ”yes, would you like to see his license? She said, “ people don’t like him here,” and she told me to put him in the front right corner.If I were to put him there, I would not be able to see him from the pedicure chair and he would not be able to see me.I have a broken leg and had major surgery on my ankle, just had my cast taken off, and now have a removable one.I have been in bed and not been able to get my nails done for six weeks, I was so looking forward to it. So much so that I drove, dropped out of my big truck on one foot, hopped back to the backside of the truck, to pull my scooter out, and then my dog, and I FINALLY, made it into the building.I was sweating from the pain, but was excited to get it done! After she said that, I strolled out crying! Will tell everyone I know about this horrible experience!ALSO WHAT SHE DID IS AGAINST THE LAW!IF YOU HAVE A LICENSED SERVICE DOG, THE DOG NEEDS TO BE RIGHT NEXT TO THEIR OWNER AT ALL TIMES!

I really like how friendly the girls that work here are and how clean the place is plus its a tad bit cheaper than the other places are at town center but they do seem rush through their work even when they are not busy. I mean they do amazing nails but if you ask them for a design they rush through that process for some reason and then it turns out not as professional looking. Maybe its because they have so much experience that they start to think, Oh I got this, dont need to be too careful. Overall, ok place thats affordable.

They have very talented bunch of people who are specialized in giving all kind of nails related services. They can provide any kind of services related to nails and the best part is that they are the best in every one of them. They are very trustworthy and I always go to these guys only.

Prices were raised because Mill Creek Town Center raised their overall rent due to increasing the security. Still worth going though! They are always nice, finish in a timely fashion and the manis come with shoulder rubs 😍

Not a good experience for me. Normally I get focused attention, but this was the fastest sloppiest pedicure I ever had. Dont think I will be going back. On the other hand I was with my daughter and she had a good experience. So, hit or miss.

Very good customer service experience

I came in to get a full set with a friend, and the session started off great, but the nail technicians began speaking in their native tongue, completely oblivious to my friend who also speaks Vietnamese. They began body shaming us, and making more comments that were inappropriate and unprofessional. Needless to say, I don’t recommend this place because of the above statement, and also because the nails were not quality.

They charge $5 to fix a broken acrylic nail, which I have found to be typical. But they apparently have a $10 dollar minimum to charge a debit card. So I ended up spending double what they charge just to fix a broken nail. But they waited for the service to be done before they told me. There was not minimum price sign posted anywhere. Also the staff was very rude while I was there, demanding that I needed a fill when I had just got it done (at their salon) 5 days prior. Not quality service or work.

The people were nice BUT I paid $55 dollars for acrylic nails with a gel polish, and one of my nails fell off after 5 days! Then I went and got it replaced and two days later another nail fell off! Now I’m stuck with 9 pretty nails and 1 torn up nail for a few weeks or until I decide to rip them off

WARNING! DO NOT GO IN THIS PLACE! Attached you can see in the picture in how horribly they did my eyebrows. I stopped by to talk to them about eyebrows. They told me they have experienced people, as a guy, what do I know. I come out with two differently sized eyebrows! I asked her do you see what I see: She said no and laughed. Very angry I left because there was nothing else I can do. Please look at the picture and dont go to this place.

Unhappy with the Mill Creek location for multiple reasons. We just moved into the area and I’ll have to keep looking for new nail salon because I wouldn’t return. Greeter was curt In her hello and a bit rude as she instructed me to a seat. It wasn’t busy so I’m not sure why she acted like she was inconvenienced. I was sitting kiddy corner to another gal getting dips for the first time and we started chatting about them. Towards the end of her visit, the manicurist went around to give her a shoulder massage. The gal turned to me and said, “This is my favorite part!” I was finished and gathering my things and said, “How do you get that?” -Because I didn’t get a massage. The manicurist jumped in and said, “We do this for our special clients... (awkward silence)...or when we have time. (Uncomfortable laugh)” My bill, which I had already paid, was $50, I tipped $12, I guess I wasn’t “special” enough... :/To boot, one of my thumbs she shaped into a round style, the other a square. I didn’t notice till I got home. I’ll pass and go somewhere else where they are more professional.(Picture is not of the polish they put on- that chipped within a few days and I slopped on the gold because I didn’t want to return and haven’t had time to look for another salon yet)

I almost fell asleep watching food network while the gentleman gave me a pedicure. They really know how to apply long lasting nail polish.

Had a hot stone pedicure and manicure there and it was great. All friendly staff, almost fell asleep it was so relaxing. They also fixed some nail damage I had from another salon messing up a set. Definitely going back and recommending to others

I really hate leaving a bad review, but this place is just AWFUL. I dont live in the area, so I tried it as a walk in customer while house sitting for a friend who lives down the street. I asked for a deluxe manicure and pedicure. What I got was an hour of who I think might have been the owner, talking with her employees in a very angry voice, and ignoring me.First, the little baggie they put in the pedicure foot bath, ripped, and was just sitting around my legs, and the woman ignored it, and left it. Then she spent the majority of the pedicure sternly talking with her employees. She barely did any of the things you typically do during a pedicure because she wasnt paying attention (and I was paying extra for the deluxe by the way)When it came to the manicure, I just asked her to trim my cuticles, and file them down and buff them out. She didnt do any of this, and after I asked her not to put nail polish on, she did anyway.I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE. It was awful, and the manicure/pedicure had to be fixed by another place after. So all in all, it cost me over $100 to get this done twice. Dont waste your money!

Wonderful experience. Very supportive staff and my 10 year daughter had a wonderful time being pampered by the talented staff. Will continue to return.

Let me start by saying i understand and speak fluent vietnamese (but they didnt know this) and i wish i could give them ZERO stars. i go in for a fill (which i made an appt for), no one talks to me for about 5 minutes and finally one of the nail technicians asks what i need help with. i finally get to sit down with a nail technician after a couple more minutes and shes starts doin my nails. im on the phone with my friend talking about whatever and i turned down my phone and talked so only my friend could hear me, i didnt bring headphones cause mine were dead. one of the nail ladies (i believe her name is nan), asks me if i had headphones and i said no. and the technician doin my nails offers me to use her headphones so i use them.this is where nan gets upset and starts talkin about me to her employees. she starts saying that i shouldve hung up and im rude. then she starts calling me fat and michelle joins in on this. michelle and nan start talking about how i would come in to fix a nail because i was playing around with my boyfriend. they both said im too fat to be playing around.the nails i got werent even that good. i wanted a more rounded coffin shape, but my nails are REALLY square, even though i asked her to make them rounded. and the nail technician also cut me and i was bleeding. so, have fun at this place if you want them to talk about you and cut you for some mediocre nails.NEVER COMING BACK and telling everyone i know not to come here.

Got a dip done on my nails on a Monday By Thursday I had a chipped nail, by following Monday 5 had chipped. Pretty much by the 10th day all my nails were broken. I have been doing the dip in another salon for over a year now and never had it chip. In fact I went to Europe for 5 weeks and came back fine, just one nail was ruined. I came to Masters because the salon I usually go to was too busy and I was desperate for the manicure. I will never go back. What a waste of 45 bucks. Noooo

The girls in there are so friendly and do an amazing job!My nails always look great.They dont hurry through manis and pedis. They take the time to always do a good job!Great prices and they have a spacious salon. I took my entire bridal party there and my family and friends all go there.I highly recommend this salon to everyone.

I got a full set here not even a week ago and last night i was half sleep and just lightly pushed the pinky nail WITH MY PILLOW and it popped clean off. Im going to go back today to see if they will fix this. Depending on the outcome ill either add or take stars away. Update super late i know but i went in and showed them my missing pinky and my lifted ring nail and they fixed it with no charge. I did leave her a tip of $5 cause i felt bad but GREAT service

Ive been going here for years and they employees are always so friendly and do a great job. I typically get a manicure and a pedicure so I can only speak to that service but I will continue to go there.

This was the worst manicure and pedicure Ive ever recieved. Ive been getting mani/pedis for over a decade now and I cant believe how bad this one was. The person doing my nails did not take away all cuticle issues. He got nail polish all around my nails on my skin and didnt clean it off. Im honestly rather irritated that I just spent almost $70 for such a terrible job.Maybe another technician would have done better but the guy I got was terrible. I will never return to this location and I would never recommend it.

I would give them zero stars if I could. My friends and I arrived there around 6 and they completely rushed through putting on a full set of nails on for us. The lady I had put my nails on crooked because she was trying to go so fast (and didnt fix them, I have to go in to another salon and get them re-done) and didnt let the color dry even a little before she put the clear coat on, then when she drug an instrument through my wet polish on accident she blamed me and told me I moved my hands, then when she fixed it she was making remarks about how I shouldnt do it again because its late and she wants to go home. She then left and another lady told me I was being charged extra and when I asked why, she was shifty about whether it was because my nail polish needed to be fixed or if she was charging me because my nails were longer (either way its ridiculous and I didnt tip) my friend was also cut multiple times and since they rushed to put on the polish and clear coat for her as well, her nails took FOREVER to dry and then made her leave while they were still wet. And my second friend broke her nails 3 TIMES within 24 hours of getting her nails done by doing the simpliest things (like wiping down a counter) and when she went in to get them fixed the lady who did her nails MOCKED her claiming she kept telling her to make her nails thinner, thinner, thinner! (Which she did not do, she just would not take responsibility for the horrible job she did) . All together it was one of the worst nail experiences Ive ever had and I will NEVER go back. They were rude, unprofessional, and did not even do a good job on any of our nails, not to mention the equipment was not as sanitized as it should have been. They shouldnt have agreed to do our nails if they were going to rush through them.
