Called at 7:30 am for a tire and an alignment. Had to schedule appointment for alignment 11 was the earliest available. I really dont understand why its an all day process for something so simple. Prices are higher than truck stop...

The customer service at Pomps in Joliet was excellent. Their office runs efficiently and everyone is friendly from the front office staff to the service crews. Even with all the challenges around operating a business with COVID going on, there was little waiting and they seemed very concerned that they were meeting all my needs. Highly recommend them!!

My Ariel lift truck went down with a flat at 3 AM in the morning no one around the Joliet area could come or help when I needed it. The hour I spent on the phone with other companies and that was a waste compared to 20 minutes or less I spent with Pomps to actually get service. Pomps is professional, quick, and helpful. They will be my go to and are dependable to the end. I would recommend them to any friend, family, lineman or anyone else that needs top notch work when needed in a pitch or regular maintenance.

Pomps drove over 150 miles with the right tires to my location for a hot oil tanker application, one guy changed the tires and rims and me and my crew were back in business applying hot oil on the roads as well as applying road fabric they were very essential in us getting our job done on time so the roads could be blacktopped by another company. Thanks again for the extra mile.

The people are in office really helpful and nice. But shop workers MESSED UP MY BOLT ON MY DRIVE TIRE and gave me nut to my hand. Cause they couldn’t put that nut back to bolt. And said it was bad. If it’s really bad how they took off nuts off. Guys just make sure your tire and stuff is good when they finishes theirs work on your vehicle.

Bought FOUR BRAND NEW TIRES 9 months ago from Pomps Tire Service in Joliet. Been having issues with my car making a noise so I took it in and what do you know??? Chop wear on the inside of all of my tires. Pomps Tire not only failed to align my tires but ALSO told me that it would be an extra charge for my tires sensors to be fixed. Spent $800 here and WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

I work there, pretty decent place, and try not to wonder why its takes so long to change tires, its a process especially when something brakes or a little hick up happens, just be patient, we get it your in a rush sometimes but if you want it done right its gonna take a little extra time than you wanted lol
