The first time i went i showed a design for what i wanted on my acrylics. they came out a completely different style from what i showed the employee. i was very unhappy with the outcome. a month later i decided to give them another try. i wanted just plain white on my acrylics and somehow another employee messed that up too. many spots were missed on the tips. i do not recommend this place whatsoever

Casey is absolutely amazing!! I have never had someone do my nails as good as she does! They also do a really nice job with kids! Most places I take my daughter to, they just paint her nails. They let my daughter soak her feet, used lotion and they filed her nails and did a great job painting them!

Horrible work and extremely expensive. I got a French manicure and the lines were all out of place on every single finger. 90$ dollars for a full set and gel polish on my toes. My nails look horrible!

This place is so dirty and gross! The nail tech tried reusing her gloves on me before I told her to get a clean pair! This place doesn’t even deserve the one star!

Today I had a manicure and pedicure. I am giving this a rating of 2 because my pedicure was actually good. For the outrageous price beware of your cuticles and a poor outcome from the technicians abilities. The location is very nice and the staff is too but they need more training and experience for such a high price they charge. Overall I do not plan on returning because of the lack of abilities by my technician.

Got nipped 3 times by the technician, instead of cutting my cuticles she was doing small rips, so disappointing

Very clean, nice decor. Made appointments for myself and a friend, didnt have to wait at all. However not all mail techs seemed equally trained, mine was not sure of herself it even of some of the services offered - that she asked if we wanted! Like spa vs regular manicure

I love this nail salon! Very pretty and clean salon with nice friendly nail techs that do a great job.

I started going to Luxe about a year ago when they first opened and really enjoyed them. It was very clean and the girls were super nice. However the last 3 months Luxe really went downhill. They are totally understaffed, the wait sometimes was close to an hour even with an appointment. It was obvious that the girls were rushing and it really showed on the finished product. I had to go back multiple times because my acrylic nails either snapped off within a week or the gel peeled off within a few days. On multiple occasions I mentioned this to the girls doing my nails and nothing changed. It has been totally not worth the money and I dont plan on going back.

Depends on who you get... Some do a nice job with gel manis; some are not good. They are often overbooked, even if you make an appt. You never know how long you have to wait.
