I liked the service so much that I use them every 3 months. Great service and always professional and if I see a bug or want them to spray before 3 months they will come. Highly Recommend

But house was AWESOME the staff was Nice and explained different things that was Asked. The guys who came out to spray was little Gentle Giants they also answered All my questions and worked as a Team in a fashionable manner They also wealth with a Creepy Crawler under the crawl space of My home. I would chose Bug house Any day. Only thing I would change is the Fees. If there was a payment plan option in play that would be Great. Sometimes Services are Needed Asap and Income for some are on a Fixed Income and it becomes hard for an individual.Overrall Bughouse is AWESOME.

Had fleas at a rental property & panicked as never had fleas before. The Bug House had a good house & perimeter plan with 1/2 off respray if necessary. Since house is downtown the yard is small so perimeter treatment was basically the yard which was fantastic! Had already signed up a new tenant with pets & wanted them protected so did 2nd treatment to be safe while did renovations. Staff listened to my concerns was on time & knowledgeable. Would definitely use again!

I am extremely disappointed with Bug House. Despite my home previously having a really positive experience with them, they charged my credit card for a service that I did not authorize & then argued with me that they tried to call. Just an FYI to this company: if you do not have authorization (aka you speak to me on the phone), do NOT perform whatever service it is! I would have used them for time to come, but I am extremely turned off by this & beyond disappointed in their customer service!

This company does not guarantee their work and they are not competent to get rid of bed bugs. They are also very cavalier with nuvan strips. Go to someone who can give a warranty on their work.

This company is great. The technitions that come out are very professional. They come out and do what they are hired to do. I was with one company and the tech began to offer other services like fix my roof,e paint etc. Ive enjoyed my experience with them. They truly got rid of my bug problem. It has been two years and the bugs are gone. The chemical they use does not bother my allergies either which was a big PLUS.... Thanks Bug House you guys totally rock.

Looking for an good Exterminator? I highly recommend Bug House. This company has outstanding customer service!!! I priced 4-5 different companies to include the “big” names. Bug House pricing was significantly less expensive for all the same services & more (regular indoor/outdoor spraying, termite prevention, flea control). They even dust the ceiling and window sills in my garage and the gutters/soffit. They’re a local company that focuses on customer satisfaction!

The following is my opinion and my truthful experience. About three years ago I found evidence of termites at my house. I called Bughouse pest control. The charged me to trench the wall where the infestation was and charged to put out Sentricon bait stations Early last year I noticed fresh mud in the holes where the infestation was. I called out bughouse. Their representative said it was not termites. Im not sure if he was trying to escape liability or if he just didnt know what he was talking about. Now, I dont know of any insect that uses mud and eats wood besides termites. In October, they sent a bill for another year of service. I naturally declined because their service was not working for me. Then yesterday a full 3 months later, they came to my house and pulled up all the bait stations. This was not a loss, because in my experience the Sentricon stations didnt prevent infestation of my house. For this reason, I can not recommend Bughouse or Sentricon.
