Love going to the storage unit to unload heavy items on ice that has not even been attempted to be taken care of. What are we paying for if basic upkeep can’t even be maintained. Pretty bad. For reference please see photo posted. You’ll know when you see it. It’s the one with all the ice.Edit to response:Did you see the picture? The ice is clearly much farther than 2 feet out. I am well aware of the specifics in the rental contract and if it was just two feet, I would have taken care of it. I have a few more pictures showing how far out the ice is if that will help you understand. My truck slid because the road was all ice (clearly seen in the picture). Next time, before trying to deflect the responsibility to the tenant to avoid personal responsibility, maybe look at the posted picture a little closer.

Go anywhere but here! They care more about the money hitting the bank everyday than they care about you or your things. They dont see people. They see $$$.

Absolutely horrible overall experience. The guy that we signed up with was great (and had some great stories)- too bad he wasnt around when we checked out.The weather was rainy, and because the storage units have no gutter system, the water was running off the front of the storage - there was no way to avoid the streams of water when unpacking the storage unit.The storage units leak - a couple shelving units that we had left were damaged beyond repair due to the leaks. We brought this up to the counter attendant and were very quickly dismissed because we didnt sign up for the offered insurance. We had never been offered any insurance when we signed up.Additionally, We came back to town with little notice, so did not provide them ample notice to avoid a full-month charge although we were only there for a few days of the month. We understood their policy of pro-rating (or lack thereof), but the customer service was absolutely dismal and the attendant was extremely rude about it, especially given that this came up after their storage unit had destroyed our things.The attendant also refused to come view the storage unit with us on checkout - we wanted to prove we had cleaned it and caused no damage. We were not charged for any damage - but why the refusal to do a proper check out?As a final note, the layout of the storage units are very bad for large trucks. Our storage unit was at the end of a dead-end row (no turnaround) and also at a horrible angle to the exit. Very difficult to maneuver a large U-haul.Would give zero stars if I could.

Very friendly and affordable. Also the units are well maintained and very secure with the security cameras and gates that require code entry. 5 stars I would definitely recommend!

Theres no other place I would even consider storing my things! Everyone always went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed! They are nice and understanding and truly care about their tenants! If you want a clean and secure unit with wonderful people and prices, look no further...Ill forever be a loyal customer!

Best self storage company in Cheyenne by far! Excellent customer service, cheap prices and well maintained units. I am military and needed some storage for a few months while stationed overseas; I called a few other places and settled on this one because of the military discount and friendly staff. They were extremely helpful even though I was out of the states. If you are military (or civilian), I highly recommend using these guys for your PCS or storage needs. - T

I rented a unit here in 2012 for a few months and they were the nicest people ever! The unit was just fine and I never had any problems. They were very polite about notifying me that my rent was due, and did their best to be available so I could bring it in after work. Very reasonable.

Complete impressed with their service! They were a big help and I have nothing bad to say about them! Definitely recommend this company if you need short term or long term storage use.

The location is terrible, I cant think of the last time I was able to cross the railroad tracks and not have to go all the way around on the highway. Both ways...

We used Kangaroo Storage for almost 2 years. Joy provides excellent customer service! The facility is well cared for and well maintained. Best of all: no rodents! Weve had negative experiences with storing our things before and having rodent damage; such a relief to get our things out of storage and have them in the same good condition they were in when we stored them. Would recommend Kangaroo Storage to anyone!

The grounds are littered with trash. Theres something not right about the guy that works there. Hes just creepy, and hes funky smelling. Half of the letters in the Kangaroo Storage light up sign are burnt out. The lighting in and around the facility is poor, and they are way more expensive than other facilities in town.

After a year, storing my boat in the outside storage, I received a curt, rude note that mylease/rental was terminated. Immediately, I assumed they had not applied my payment.After calling them, I found out their intent was to inform me they were reconfiguring their spaces,and changing the fees. Stupid! Their note said to come pick up my property before month end,which I did.What happened to being polite?

This is one of the best storage places I have used hands down, would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!!

The employees are nice but they dont know how to implement their advertised specials. Doors and units are pretty beat up, lots of trash in the driveways and lots.

We stored our motorhome here and in the course of about 3 months theres been 4 new locks on the facility d/t security issues. No one called to say there was a new lock and theres no 24 hour service number (which is not helpful when you waste your time on Sunday going out there and theres a new lock and no one to help you in). Also, and more importantly this last security incident resulted in our motorhome being broken into. Only found out because we went there to get the motorhome. Security cameras are not pointed in a direction that would catch or help identify who did it?? Wouldnt pay money here unless they clean their act up also make sure you have good insurance to cover when someone does break in to your stuff because its bound to happen.

Easy access, clean facility, friendly people run the place and are very helpful.
