They definitely did a awesome job towing our Sprinter.

They are very slow and hardly answer there phone at the vallejo office,the girl told me she would have my paperwork ready for me to pick up. Friday I got there Monday and she didnt have anything ready.talked to a guy and he was looking at me like I was crazy.and I had to wait for him to do the paperwork.and the people there are not friendly and dont have good customer service .

Deshawn shows very high work ethic and is a team player for the company, anyone who comes across him will know that. Very open and helpful man when he provides his services and kind as well. I would say everyone should model his way of work.

Had a misunderstanding and my car was towed to this lot. Usually I’ve had bad experience with tow yards but this was far from that. Great customer service was able to answer all my questions and help me sort out my situation. Owner and both of the front counter reps are super helpful and their daily fee isn’t bad at all either. Definitely would do business with them in the future!

It took a very long time for them to show up, but they had a good reason....got a CHP call to remove a car from the HWY first which takes priority from those in town. Did a good job towing the car and dropping my husband off afterward.

Excellent prices, service and customer service. My car was towed from American Canyon to Richmond @ an awesome price. The guys were really cool, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a towing service.

Called for a tow on 25 Apr. 2018, was placed on hold 5 times, was told someone will be at my location within the hour, and no one shows up. I call them back, they told me they could tow it to their yard and have it in transit to the Auto Tech shop by 8am. I didnt feel comfortable with that and asked if they could just be at my location at 8am. The woman insured me they will be here.It is now 0843hrs Ive called twice and got a bunch of excuses why their driver isnt here. Simply terrible customer service! They have wasted my time PROFOUNDLY.

Arrowhead towing company in Vallejo is definitely the most honest towe company I have been to. The workers are humble, honest, and definitely go the extra mile to do things. I appreciate Carlos and his co-worker for doing all they could to Help my brother and I with two vehicles that were impounded in the last few months. Totally awesome employees!Although my brother did not leave with one of his vehicles. Everything my brother had in both cars was accounted for.This was my first experience with a towe company that was honest and trustworthy!We appreciate your professionalism and help.THANK YOU FOR BEING THE MOST HONEST TOWE COMPANY OUT THERE.
