Thank you both for being very accommodating with all my questions and concerns. I am ready to move in soon!Edited*I was looking forward to move here but with a lot of miss communication, I wasn’t able to get the apartment that I had requested. Though they tried many ways, I ended up going somewhere else. If an apartment is going to be offered make sure it’s available.

Very nice place to live. Neighbors mind their own business, anything I need from the office gets done real quick and apartments are comfy. Julie made choosing my apartment very easy. Highly recommend

The Sundance Creek team is awesome!! My experience here from move in to move out was awesome! The maintenance team was always prompted and efficient! As I was dreading relocating the team even helped me check out sister properties within the location I was headed but unfortunately the properties were too far from job. The transition of putting in my notice and even moving out before the date I initially told them was seamless. By far the best place I’ve lived in Midland.

Searched to find an apartment online in short notice for job relocation. I ran across Sundance Creek Luxury apartments. I spoke to Julie over the phone and explained my situation. She kept in contact with me and walked me thru the online process. Everything was smooth and completed online and I was able to sign the lease upon arriving in Midland TX. Julie gave us a tour of the property and it is exactly as pictures show online. Beautiful resort style pool with grills and 3 TVs for your use. Beautiful lobby and rec room with a pool table for your enjoyment. During Covid-19 things are limited but thats to be expected. Julie was exceptional from the first phone call to the lease signing. She answered emails promptly and returned calls. She made our transition ideal. Oh and all the move in promotions are real. That was a great perk as well.Living here for a month now is all good. Our one bedroom is perfect with all the Luxury upgrades. Oh and there was a a few little things that needed to be correct in our apartment. All were taken care of promptly. Im sorry not to remember the name of the Grounds/ Maintenance guy who drives the golf cart. He was very nice and professional while doing the repairs. We are very glad we decided to live at this property.

The property is beautiful! From moving in till now I havent had any issues. Maintenance is always on top of getting work orders done and the pool area is amazing! Thank you for everything girls! If it wasnt for me trying to get a house Id stay here forever lol

This is a top notch place to live. Cant express enough how this is a paradise in the desert. Had some issue but Ashlie Menchaca really went out if her way to resolve my issues I had and that I had caused. I renewed again and will continue to stay here as long as I live in Midland. Highly recommend!!

These apartments are beautiful! Worth every penny! I have completely loved living here! The property is quiet, very clean. The gym is awesome! And the pool is wonderful! My daughter loves the pool! Not to mention, the leasing agents are awesome! They go beyond making it such an easy transition! Answering all questions! Chance has been great and patient with our 101 questions! Maintenance has been nothing but professional and fast! I would recommend these apartments to everyone!

Awesome place to live, the place is always clean and best management. Ashley, Ashlie, and Lily are always nice and friendly and make it easy to stop by the office every day.

Sundance Creek is an exceptional place to live. So close to downtown and the loop. This is the best landscaped apartment complex in Midland. The staff is so great to work with and the maintenance staff is responsive and gets any problems resolved fast. Wonderful amenities and really good floor plans with big balconies. I have lived here since January 2016 and highly recommend this apartment complex.

I generally enjoy living here. Maintenance is responsive, the staff is courteous and will go above and beyond what I would normally expect from an office staff. However, parking remains an issue. Not enough uncovered spots (covered spots are an additional monthly fee) so if you get home late from work, you may have to park few buildings away.

I love that they have a week to appreciate the maintenance staff here at the apartment. It really says a lot about the community. I really appreciate them too because as soon as I have a request they dont take more than 24 days to fix it and they dont leave a mess. Great job.Also, they always have events for any occasion. Which makes it more enjoyable in this town that lacks entertainment.

I recently moved in and my process was less than pleasant. The woman aiding me had an attitude and a rude tone. My apartment was not cleaned prior to my move in, dog food and a dirty fridge. When i requested notes be written in my file, so i wouldn’t be charged, the woman was bothered by the fact that i asked. I also feel deceived, as i was told that the apartment would have full laminate wood flooring, and it’s carpet. The friendly, inviting personnel quickly changed their demeanor, once i signed the lease.

I just feel like management does not do a great job explaining things when it comes to charges on your account. I’m moving and had to cut my lease short and I talked to 3 different people and not one explained I’d be getting charged a month to month fee. Frustrating to say the least.

Lily was so very helpful and informative. She even looked up and gave me information on other properties that would fit my needs. Excellent customer service, especially since I wasn’t planning to rent at this particular property.

Great atmosphere! If I ever have a maintenance issue, it always gets fixed within 24 hours. Maintenance is always so helpful with anything! I love that the staff knows me on a first name basis, not by apartment or building #! The only thing Ive noticed as an issue is the parking. There isnt a lot of parking, and cars that do not have the proper tags will park in handicap parking spots.

I really have enjoyed living at sundance! They have worked with me in any situation that may appear, and they are quick about getting any issues resolved! Also, with me being a college student the discount the apartment complex offers helps out a lot!! Chance makes you feel like the office staff is part of your family! Great place to live and by far the best leasing staff I have ever met! It is also very calm and relaxing unlike most apartment living!!!!

I am considering moving here however I am afraid due to all the negative reviews. Is there anyone that can give me some more information about this apartment complex. Both good or bad. I have children and cannot afford to be stuck in roach infested, dirty, or unsafe apartments. thank you!

Had a vehicle stolen. Numerous complaints about peoples vehicles being broken in to when I lived there. No where near enough lighting outside the apartments. Grills in the pool area barely work half the time.Even though the place has gates they do not stay working. In the year Ive lived there maybe a week is how long the gates have worked.

Moved here site unseen and I couldn’t have been pleased with the grounds and apt layouts! The 2 bedroom apt has the largest open concept living area I could find. Beautiful granite counter and glass backsplash in the kitchen. My favorite is the ginormous master bathroom with walk in 2 person shows and garden bathtub. The best part though, is the safety. I know all my neighbors. My kids can go and walk the dog around the grounds and I’m not afraid. The safety for a family here is WELL worth the cost. The pool is my kids favorite. Get to know your neighbors, grill and watch TV’s and wear the kids out every day after school. Thankful Texas only has 4 cold months. My office ladies, they will bend over backwards to accommodate you if it’s in their power. One night traveling home from overseas I was exhausted and couldn’t find my key- they woke up a maintenance man to come open my door!! Who does that?! Life savers. Anyways I sound like an ad- I’m not. I live here going on my second year and I love this place! (relocated from Idaho- is happy to have a patch of grass that’s green for a view. Pretty good for Midland, Tx).

The worst apartment we have ever lived at. No parking available at ANY TIME OF DAY OR NIGHT. Roach and spider infestation (and I keep my apartment CLEAN), even after an emergency spray and another apartment wide spray, they still cant seem to correct the problem. Constant partying at the pool with SUPER LOUD MUSIC AND SCREAMING and people there that are not even residents (because I see them wait for someone to open the gate for them). Not to mention before we moved in, we paid our deposits and was assigned an apartment number and I got renters insurance set up for THAT apartment and they gave that apartment and our garage away before we even moved in AND WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IT. That should have been our first clue right there! If it didnt cost so much to break the lease we would have been out a long time ago, oh... and they require a 60 day notice!

My experience includes Theft, Vandalism which turned into prosecution by Midland DA office. Shower led to flooding the apt. Below me after I told them repeatedly that there was weird sounds. Toilets sounding like bombs over Baghdad going off because there excuse was air in the lines the list goes on and on and as of today Jan 3rd 2018 the made the Midland News for pipes busting flooding many apts. Up to 6. Smh. WORST PLACE EVER PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH! Greystar is a joke of a property management company. And dont dare ask to speak to the staff Merna or the I dont remember her name off the top of my head but the main manager or Angela the broad representing herself as DM shes a joke. No professionalism what so ever. Ive seen these women leaving company mens apts because they prostitute themselves to the highest bidder. I know this because as I had business meetings in the main office they talk and joke very loudly no shame in there whoreing around.
