Nice and clean facility with many amenities. The equipment is in good shape too, with many machines and weights to choose from. It does get quite crowded at peak hours.

I went in to sign up for a membership today. I expected it to take a good amount of time, but to my surprise it was incredibly fast. The girl at the front desk was super nice and helped me right away. Excited for my future visits!

Some machines have torn back pads and are starting to show signs of age. Mens toilet needs attention its not clean whenever I visit. Staff is attentive, friendly, and patient. Massage tables work well and are clean Went back a day later much cleaner.

I have taken classes at the gym since it opened and whole heartedly believe it is one of the best in the area. The management are so kind. They know the name of every member, which goes a long way; as feeling welcomed and comfortable in a gym is important to me. Every class is unique, so I never get bored. Check this place out!

Great work out clean and save

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, also attentive. Clean for the most part. Cleaning station close by. Shower area is a lot more private then other PF.Negative: Missing or torn grips and knobs, missing carabiners on the cable machine. Weights scattered and left every where. Small free weight area in front of the dumbbells is extremely small and can get over crowded just in that area. Dumbbells missing from rack even when not in use.

I want to thank the wonderful staff at Planet Fitness, located in the Coral Palm Plaza, in Coral Springs, Fla. They deliver an A-plus performance all across the board, led by their terrific Club Manager Leah Shields. I said as such to her recently. I couldnt be happier. Clean, classy and safe. The staff and the club members are wonderful. Keep up the good work. Cant wait to go back again soon. Happy 4th of July!

Great gym, nice staff! Nothing bad to say about them.

I did enjoy my workout it was definitely clean and a great vibe, but the only complaint was having to wear a mask throughout the workout. Now dont get me wrong I get the reason why its just extremely hot with the mask on and unlike the Boynton Beach location there are no huge fans above to keep things cool. This is still a great location and I will be back next week.

This has been my go-to gym for years. 10/10Super attentive and friendly staff, papers/disinfectant sprays are always stocked, clean locker room, and open 24 hours!Only downfall is not having enough free-weight and or heavy weights after gaining strength to move up in weight, but definitely a fantastic gym to start at

Coral Springs Planet Fitness associates are very caring. Always cleaning and straightening up. Acknowledge all members and promote safety with attention to proper wearing of masks. The managers are true leaders by being present out on the floor and working with their associates.

Cool staff. Avoid rush hour and the plebs.

The people around you are helpful and ready to show you how to do something, especially the staff.

Nice.clean big gym, with several machines so ur not waiting to use equipment. Equipment is new and the gym is huge and open 24 hrs..... i left LA Fitness after 5 yrs to come here and I do not regret it in the least.

Get it done at whatever time you wake up. You control your mind not the other way around. You control youre body, not the other way around. God gave you a life to live so #justlive you got this. Be the better you in all aspects of you.

Ive been working out at many gyms in my life from NY to Florida and have found that this gym is one of the best. It is always kept clean and the equipment is never broken. There are many treadmills which is great for someone like me that loves to run. They are smooth and not noisy. The staff ALWAYS welcomes you in when you arrive and says a Greeting before you leave. Very Polite! The only thing I wish is that the treadmills would go longer than the 65 minutes. But still overall 5 stars!

It is ok, but was never told they charge extra every year to renew membership of $45.00. They also dont let you use other programs unless you pay for another person which is call your buddy partner. I paid $80.00 extra and a friend never went with me which they were taking $23.00 a month. I disenrolll, after the virus. I joined a gym at work, it was much cheaper and closer to me.

Stopped in today to check out the facility and was impressed overall . I was welcomed right away and both women at the desk where very friendly. The locker rooms where very clean as well as everything for that matter. The lady who helped me out, I believe was Sammy and she made me feel comfortable. I ended up going with the black card service because of the extra perks.. I mean you can’t go wrong with tanning and massage beds, massage chairs. I had made up my mind before the tour was even over. I suggest you stop in and check it out, I don’t think you would be let done !! There’s lots of equipment so you don’t have to wait to use a machine like la fitness.

I love the layout and the fact I can run in before work to tan and get a massage before the grueling day, what I dont enjoy are the unhappy faces that act as if you are an inconvenience to get those amenities i pay for to use at my leisure. I rarely get a welcoming feeling from the front staff from 5am to 6pm the staff has the same monotone personality. Its really a shame since the gym is a great place to let go of all your fears and just sweat it out. May i suggest be kind to your patrons?

This is by far the best gym Ive been too. Leah is very accommodating to her customers. She always wants to make everyone happy! Deb she awesome she always helps customers on the gym floor if anyone has a question on the equipment! Last but not least joe is a great trainer as well.... So if you want a gym that is accommodating and clean this is where its at!

I said its ok only because some of the equipment got torn grips and loose handles. Besides that I REALLY Loved the lockers in the locker room we need that in PA and I had a great workout

Good fitness center for pretty much anyone. The staff are friendly, and courteous. There is a variety of classes available for members at no additional cost. Joe is a top notch personal trainer!

I would give it 4 stars but showers r not available . it makes no sense to me. I even offered to clean the shower afterwards and have one of the employees check it..but no. :(😳😢

I had a billing mix up issue and Debbie Deblaker did such an awesome job with customer service! She was polite, attentive and understanding and offered an alternative that fixed the problem! The staff at this gym are awesome!

Great gym. Love that theres plenty of equipment for you to workout on. I love going early in the morning especially since I deal with insomnia. Being open 24 hours a day assures me that I can work out anytime day or night and feel safe doing so. Highly recommend this gym.

There are so many positive things to say about Planet Fitness, but these are things you should know if youre looking for a gym. No contract and just $10 monthly. Its bright and clean no matter what time of day. Daily classes to work different parts of your body. Friendly, efficient and helpful people always at the check-in desk. Bring a guest, no extra charge. They accept silver sneakers program if you get that as an insurance benefit. Then you pay -0- per month. Do you need more reasons? I thought not, but I know theres more. So stop in to your neighborhood Planet Fitness and take a free tour. No sales pressure. The gym sells itself!

The manager Leah and front desk person Jordan were so helpful and nice. I was at youfit and this was my first time coming in and she helped me upgrade to the black card, sold me a pair of goggles and explained the whole process and gave me tips! She was so helpful and made everything so easy for me.

This gym was a real game changer for me. Its kept up, they have good equipment that you dont have to wait for and I love going to the gym now. Ive been to a few gyms over the years but I think Ive finally decided to stick with this one. The trainer Dan is awesome and really knows his stuff, Id highly recommend training or doing a class with him. This is the gym youre looking for. 5 stars easy!

I cancel my memberships at planet fitness because I brought several friends a guest who later purchases the memberships, we usually trained together and we do not understand why that makes other members uncomfortable. for us it was important because we supported each other and worked our body together since the gym never offered classes or coach in the morning and the employees who had started to prohibit us from training together to the point of intimidating us and calling the police. I never understood this circumstance and less the rudeness with which we were treated. We always wait for the machine to be available and we never complaint. I do not think the staff knew how to deal with the problems because I think we have the same rights as all the members of the gym, instead of dealing with that, the need to work on keeping the gym clean and restrooms stock with toilet paper and napkins and remove trash around the gym.

I joined Planet Fitness about a month ago, very reluctantly. At age 51, its hard to become a gym person but from the moment I walked in I felt welcome and included. The staff walks you through everything, the atmosphere is upbeat and motivating. The facility is modern and clean. I have morphed from someone who failed out of every gym I ever tossed my money at to someone who includes a workout in most of her days now. The fitness training and the 30 minute workouts are the keys for me. I went from one class with the trainer to now three or four in a row. Austin,one of the trainers, has the perfect balance of motivate/encourage and back off when he knows you have reached your peak. An effort is made by the staff to give a personal touch, speaking to you by name. Youre not a number here and I feel that people are invested in seeing you succeed. I would recommend Planet Fitness without hesitation to anyone looking for a place to improve their body and health.

Planet Fitness Coral Springs is AWESOME. Ive been coming here for 4 years. The staff is super friendly, fridge always packed with drinks, locker room/shower area is clean, and an overabundance of machines and weights. The PF 360 is pretty cool. Classes are fun.Always nice to show up and be greeted by a friendly face : )

Planet Fitness is great as far as equipment and space. I removed one star because their billing method is terrible. They charge your checking account as primary and you give a credit card as backup. If they make a mistake when entering the bank account and the charge goes on your credit card, you will be charged $15 extra. If they don’t fix their mistake, you keep getting charged $15 monthly. Like I said terrible billing method.

This Planet Fitness location is great. Open 24 hours and there’s always machines available anytime of day. There’s good ventilation and air circulation in the facility which is really important when you have so many people working out and sweating. Also important is that all their machines are in good working order.

Worst experience of my life! lost my card forgot to update my billing got charged a late fee, paid the $41 dollars talked to the clerk said he would update my account and what do you know 3 weeks later I’m paying another $47 and I goto cancel they tell me I have to pay another $20 and what do you know their systems are down now I can’t cancel! Now I have to take off work to go see a manager because they are only there in the morning to pay more money. What a scam!

Planet fitness offers optional small group fitness training and personalized workout planning. Its very effective. Trainer, Austin, is knowledgeable, professional, and well prepared. Planet fitness could use him as the standard throughout the franchise. I think the friendly gym crowd at this location can also be attributed to the friendly staff and trainers. As others have remarked, the facilities are clean and maintained well.

Love all the equipment at this gym. Love the free pizza once a month, and the free massage room. They could use some improvement keeping members from talking on their cell phones on the workout floor and in the locker room. I wish they would actively in force this while they’re walking around cleaning. Some days there are several people talking all around me and it’s very frustrating. I don’t want to have to stop my work out to report these people that ignore the rules on a regular basis.

This Planet Fitness is amazing!! It is always clean and the staff are super friendly. Its a new gym so they have tons of brand new equipment that is easy to use. The locker room is always clean and the fitness instructors are so friendly and helpful! The members are friendly too; I definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a clean, affordable place to get a quality workout.

Great gym, they dont have free weights on the barbells, only Smith machines, but besides that totally great gym

I was a PF member in California before, so I stopped by to see what they are doing with Covid-19. Well have the workout stations are closed, no more Bagel Tues, or Pizza. They charge your annual membership after 6-8 weeks. But it is still $10 a month.

I sign up at this gym for the first time this year and it has been 1 month now that I come here everyday during the week and is amazing. I love the gym and the staff, everything is super clean and organized also everybody is friendly. Felipe the trainer was the one that helped from day 1 and he is the best in this location.

The people are nice, but its the dirtiest gym Ive ever been to. The equipment has grime all over it, and Ive never seen a single person cleaning. I recently transferred from a PF out of town, and it was immaculate. Before you sign up, look around!

I have been a member of this gym since it opened and I absolutely love it! Leah and her awesome staff always greet members by name and make sure that the facility is spotless and welcoming. I love walking in and having Matt greet me with a smile, only to find him cleaning every machine from top to bottom. The equipment is state-of-the-art and the spa facilities are amazing. I recommend this gym to everyone!!!!

The people that go to this gym are relatively nice and calm, the bathrooms are always spot on and the equipment is always presented nicely, don’t even let me get started on the spa, perfection!

Love this gym! Of course the gym is clean but what really caught my attention was the classes and the awesome trainer. Austin! Hes really great, he really takes his time with each member. He makes sure we are all in the right form so that we do not injury ourselves and he is not afraid to push the class to the next level, always challenging us! The place is always clean, staff is friendly, and most people there are pretty good if you want to work in sets on the same equipment. Theres definitely more equipment here for cardio than weight training so you have to strategize when youre weight training at peak hours, and there arent any free barbells, just smith machines, but all in all Ive been able to get a pretty complete workout in every time Ive gone. Cant beat the price either unless you invest in a home gym.

I love this planet fitness and the staff is always amazing. The only issue I have is with this teens are free for the summer promotion that they have going on until September. These kids are constantly hogging machines with 10 of their friends around one of them. They mock the staff and are disrespectful.

I am new to the area and wasn’t really sure how I would feel about the gyms in this area. I saw commercials about Planet Fitness and thought it would be a good choice for me. When I came in I asked an employee named David a lot of questions about the different memberships and what I could do. He really helped a lot. Very sweet kid! Enjoyed the gym very much!!!

Its not really the gym its how you use it. I see folks there really serious about wanting to get in to better health and shape and i see others there on a social call. Its up to you, there are no clubs that can motivate you, there are no clubs that make your workout better. Its all you You make the club great you get the benefits YOU create the environment YOU get the results. The amenities are fantastic and make the experience wonderful, the workout is up to you. Go make a great workout and push yourself until you cant push anymore that makes it worth the while.

Perfect for people that have no clue what they’re doing. For people who actually want to get a good workout in, I would go somewhere else a bit more advanced. Everything is very basic. I’m not understanding why there are no trainers.

In love with this place! Only a member for a month and I already have checked in to workout more than I did in 6 month at my other gym! I got the black card an absolutely take advantage of all this massage machine for my lower back pain! Not to mention unlimited tanning too, I got the bargain of a life time!
