Really calm and quiet place, all neighbors are friendly, so as the staff members. Maintenance guys do such a great job, also really clean! No bugs or anything. Also they gave me $750 off first month! Plus no application or deposit fees. All I can say is that if I could rate more stars I would!

Was looking for an apt for an employee. The property looked very nice and clean! Cindy was very helpful. I will be sending my new employee when he gets to town!

I inquired about this property because I am relocating from Dallas. Kathy sent me an email inviting me out and offered me some great deals! When I drove in the property looked freshly manicured. Kathy and Cindy both gave me excellent customer service. I will be putting in an application as soon as I figure out my move in date!

Great staff, easy move in process. Was my initial thoughts here but since then Ive regretted every single day here. The area manager is rude, the roaches are out of control, and the noise levels of neighbors are unacceptable. The only aspect of the lease they seem to care about is paying the rent. The rest is seemingly debatable. Id rather sleep in my car than another night here. Worst apartment of my life so far.

I love it here at this apartments and the manager norma is exceptional, when I go in to talk to her about a problem of some sort I dont wait long and she is more the willing to listen and get things done. I love how things get handle in a professional time and more then willing to work things out and fix any problems, and not to under credit the maintenance guys woow awesome work my solute to them great jobs guys.

These are ridiculous apartments. Someone fell from a falling staircase yesterday. It was totally preventable except for management only paints over dangerous flaws in the structure of these apartments. Also almost certain that there is a mold problem which of course has not been addressed properly.

Company refused to remove mold apartment was not clean upon move in and several things have been neglected as far as work orders.
