From day one Stephanie has been such a HUGE help. When I have a maintenance issue, Steven always takes care of it expeditiously and professionally. I have had a great learning experience with Renew Garfield as my first solo apartment. Stephanie is very willing to explain how things work and is always ready to help. Steven is very personable, friendly, and fun to talk to as he’s making my apartment perfect. 10/10 recommend living here!

I dread moving! The entire process makes me nauseous and it does not help that I went into labor the week I was supposed to look for an apartment.Lucky for me I was blessed enough to have encountered Crystal who made the process so easy for me. She communicated every step of the process and was available for every question I had. She made thing fast, easy, and stress free!! Just moved in this July and my experience has been a good one. The Apartment is very nice for the money and Crystal in the office has been very helpful along the way she is very friendly and willing to help with whatever is needed. Looking forward to my time here.

I have already been living at Renew Garfield for 8 months and have been really loving it here! The updates to the inside and outside have made the place look very nice, and more modern. I love the location and the views around the property, and plan to stay here for a while. I am very pleased with Renew and the staff is amazing!! They keep you very updated on things going on and Stephanie has been so kind and very helpful since I have lived here and continues to go above and beyond with any concerns or questions I have! I would highly recommend this place if anyone is looking to move somewhere new!

I have been at this community for years, as I never planned on staying in West Texas, and I have to say, we stay because of Steph. Stephanie is the most professional and caring person you could ask to have in a community contact. She has watched our little man grow up the last couple years, always takes the time to talk with us, always has a heart and understanding for what is happening with the residents. Renew Garfield has a great crew for maintenance, nicest guys you can imagine.It is hard to imagine that we could call anything in Midland home, but we love our apartment here.
I really love this place, since I moved in I have had a great experience, it has been amazing I just love it, the neighbors are super duper nice, friendly, everyone cares for eachother here and that’s awesome, crystal and Stephanie are amazing as well I love them
I had the best experience with Schriece, her Renew Garfield, did not have anything available for a quick move in, so she took the time to go over 10 or more different communities in the area that had immediate availability. This Manager goes above and beyond, I really appreciate that. Its hard to come across, not just good customer service but EXCELLENT!! :)

Current resident in the apartment complex. My family and I have enjoyed the unit and the community. Everything works well and looks nice. Management communicates with us residents regularly and efficiently. The staff is cordial and helpful all around. My husband uses the fitness center daily and the kids love the pretty pool area. The grounds are well-kept as well. We are glad we made the move to this place.
Stephanie made everything so easy we love our new apartment we recommend it to everyone.

Excellent staff excellent service. Your maintenance team is on point taking care of the grounds every morning and fixing the things that we need fixed. The staff at the office are all great. I chose this place because the other five places I went to didn’t even offer to let me take a tour. While this place did and won me over! They all deserve raises!
We moved into a bigger apartment. Its great i love it but the tenants above us should really live in a bottom unit. As a matter of fact anyone with small children should live on the bottom. Im trying not to go crazy.

Highly recommend this place, Manager Abby is always willing to help and gets things fixed. I lived here for 8 months cant complain, cozy place close to restaurants, parks, shopping centers, loop 250 easy way to drive to work.
Under new management and has really stepped up the game.! The new manager is extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance is a lot quicker.! I would certainly highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone and everyone.!! Five stars guys, keep up the great work.!
I have been here 8 years and I most defiantly have had good and bad times here. Most of the staff have been great. But there have been a few managers that Im glad that are gone. And most defiantly a few that I miss like crazy. I can even say I had a chance to deal with Mark Copland in the Corp. Office and I have to say I was impressed with his quick response to the issue I was having.
I love living at this property! The office and maintenance is very helpful and responsive. If I ever have an issue Lori the property manager always helps me if I ever have any questions or concerns!
Stacy is the manager and I have nothing but great things to say about her. She is incredibly helpful! She will go out of her way to help anyone in anyway possible. She is a hard worker and takes care of all the buildings as best as possible. I cant express how much she helped me and my family out. Thank you Stacy & God bless!
My husband lived here and when he moved out they kept adding extra charges and everytime he payed they kept adding charges even after they told him he was all good multiple times and then told him they sent him a bill in the mail (we never received) they said it was return to sender but they never called and instead sent it to collections. Staff and management are horrible!
This place is mediocre. Lived here for a year and had 3 flooding incidents due to water heaters bursting and other non disclosed reasons. The place is poorly maintenanced. Washing machines and dryers are constantly out of service or in need of and overcharge if you use a card. The office has poor communication skills.the apartments are okay, very old and outdated. And don’t bother with billing issues, if they overcharge you they will give you a credit towards the next month but screw you over if you need the money they wrongfully took out of your account. Overall experience was depressing and disappointing.
Management is never in the office, nothing is ever getting fixed in the apartment, we’ve been waiting for a year now to get our hot water fixed it still isn’t and there’s a giant hole in our bathroom wall from when they were supposed to fix it but they never did. They never come when they say they’ll come fix things. Prices are so high and they can’t even fix the water pressure or pipes. Apartments are old and outdated
Under new management, new manager Chessie Rife and assistant Davon are a complete step up from prior managment. Very quick to return calls or answer any questions you may have. Maintenance is very quick to fix any problem you may have and extremely friendly. I would give this apartment fifteen stars if i were able.! Id definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who may be looking for a nice, comfortable, safe place to live.! Keep up the great work Fountains!!
I am at the end of my one year lease with the complex. If it werent for the fact that I HAVE to move I would definately stay.As far as pricing goes, for the footage, clean pool, workout room with actually decent equipment in it, and laundry hook ups, its the most reasonable I found.Noise is a minimal here. The walls seem to be insulated between apartments to mute sounds as much as possible. I never could hear my neighbors, adjacent or above.The grounds are well maintained, and being that you can have pets here, I was glad to find they encourage the residents to clean up after them if they go for walks. Theres a regular service that comes and trims, cleans and such.Overall its been great. I have yet to encounter a more courteous staff. The managers and maintenance have always been quick to address any concerns or problems Ive had. Chessie, in the short time that I have been there with her, has gone above and beyond in making sure anything I needed was taken care of. The price is fair, the service has been great, and the experience terrific. Id recommend the complex to anyone.
Very poor maintenance and very picky rules like not being able to hang even a light jacket on a doorknob. And with this Sandy soil it seems like the buildings are settling and the sinks dont drain properly because of it..
Here we go again with the bed bugs. My new born daughter who is one month old gottan bit again. This is the second time they sprayed & they are STILL HERE.
Been having water line breaks in apartment.. Whole apartment in water.Me and my wife had to clean up all the water with buckets and take it outside. In the past year have had more electrical issues and water leaks than on the past 5 years.. Anyone know how I can get in contact with the corporate office because I am not getting anywhere with the property manager onsite thanks in advance for any help
I am a current resident and am giving them 1 stars because the management is terrible. They are never in the office when they say they will be. Claim to close at 6 but lock the doors at 5, take 3 hour lunch breaks. Today they put a sign that claimed they’d be back by 2 it’s now 3 the sign is gone but the doors are still locked. Very frustrating, I would like for them to just comply to the given times they’re stating they’ll be open by.
Dealing with bed bugs sense we moved in, its the most disgusting thing to live with, we told the previous manager who quit and she dint do anything abt it, they have whats called inspections and if they dont find the bed bugs during inspections they just assume they arent there. Now with new managers taking over they are doing something about them but it sucks that we bought all this new furniture with are hard work and this things are trying to live in them and ruining them. The district manager is so cheap, she basically said she will not refund the money for are furniture, pay for the hotel we gotta stay in when they spray, and its are rights for them to do all that, and apparently this apartment always had bed bug problems, I really need to get ahold of this ladys boss, its actually a law suit for them to neglect the problem like they did in the beginning!!!!
Disorganization at its finest! I stopped by Fountains at Waterford on Monday. The lady we met with informed us that the application fee and admin fee had been waived. So, later on that day we go online and work on the application. At the end it requires us to pay an application fee. I thought, no big deal its just an error on the website-Ill call and theyll take care of it. I leave a message on Monday night. Come Tuesday, no one calls back. Starting at like noon, I start calling them. No one answers. It goes to some customer service hotline that doesnt do you any good. I called all afternoon from 12-5 (I couldnt physically go in because on Monday afternoon I had to drive back down to McAllen). On Wednesday, I call and call. Finally I get someone. Someone new... I explain that I submitted an application, but that the app fee should be waived. This lady tells me she doesnt know about the waiver; that must have been the old property manager who told me that, but they cant ask her because she quit on Tuesday... She tells me she will get back to me. She calls back hours later and tells me we didnt finish the application and once we finish it it can be processed. So, we go online and resubmit the already completed application. The next day, no one calls me again. So I call. I get someone new again. I explain the situation. She tells me she will get back to me; she also doesnt know about the fee waiver. She never calls back. So, I call. She answers and gives me attitude about not submitting our recent pay stubs. I told her no one has asked me to do that. So, I send her both of our recent pay stubs within minutes of the phone call. Dont hear back for hours. I call again. No one answers. I called about 15 times between 2 and 6pm. No answer. Keeps going to their customer service hotline thing. So then today, this morning, I was able to drive back up to Midland, but I didnt stop there first. I went to Trinity Place. Immediately as I walked in, they showed me one of their apartments and sat down and worked with me. I had my keys to the place within about 3 hours. During this time, while at Trinity, some other lady from Fountains leaves me a rude voicemail about how they cant process my application until the app fees are paid. Such a mess! If they cant even figure out how to lease an apartment or answer their future tenants phone calls just imagine what would happen if you ever needed maintenance! Id avoid this place if I were you. Go to Trinity Place! Great apartments, super friendly staff, and the same price as Fountains!
I just moved into a one bedroom and I love it. Teneke was great made it so easy. Did the walk thru and found a couple of things wrong and they fixed it in one day, I have never experienced that kind of service from an apartment complex. If looking for a new place come here. Ask for Teneke.

These superficial ratings are absurd. I worked an internship over the summer, got a quote for a short term lease. After finding out I was working for an oil company, my rent increased by $100 before signing. Now, both former manager and employee have left and I am being penalized for allegedly not giving a 60 day notice for moving out, although it was established with Stacy AND Teneke that I would only be there for 60 days, out of the 3-month lease. This place is a joke, and will do anything to get your money.
Management is the worst. Door sign says they would be back at 1:55pm and didn’t come back until 3:06pm. Poor management.

Very bad experience with this apartment company lived 3 months and 3 months the broken air conditioning and no hope of fixing I went to the office more than 3 times and nothing. Then I broke the lease because they didn’t regulate anything and they say that having broken air for 3 months is normal in cold weather lol is disrespectful paying the rent every month. Then they send you a bill larger than what the contract says if you break the lease and the bad attention in the office is very bad. I advise you that everything you add in the office that you sign paper as proof and that even if you go and complain that is not proof to leave is to say the resectionist just hears for pleasure! I do not recommend it because I even throw you out of the office if you claim something. It does not seem that we are in the US.
