I rented an apartment from renew north park with a 6 month lease. When we did the move in inspection I tried to attach pictures of little scuffs and scratches but could not get the platform to accept all of the pictures, I did however keep them for records. I spoke with the lady at the front desk and she said they only wanted pictures of major damage or things that were no operational so the pictures I had were not needed. Upon moving out, we we sent a final move out bill claiming we had damaged the dishwasher via a large scratch, black scuffs on the wall in the laundry area, and a dent in the wall. the dent they sent a picture of was an obvious previous repair as it had paint over the Crack. the dishwasher door, and black marks were in the pictures i took previous to move in along with proper time stamps. I contacted the facility as well as their cares team. even though I had proof they claimed there was no way to verify I did not cause this damage? they did lower the amount we had to pay slightly, but we were still required to pay for damages we did not cause. I have all documentation and pictures. Im contacting the BBB. I would almost guarantee that the person who lived in the apartment paid for the damages as did I. I asked to see a copy of the previous Tennant move out record to which they refused. I feel scammed and will pursue justice. Absolutely do not consider this as a place of residence. I live in midland seasonally and will not be seeking housing there this season.
My first experience was today. I viewed the apartment in which I am interested. All I can say is I am very impressed. The management is Very professional yet personable, they are very helpful as well. These apartments are older, and they are nicely renovated. Don’t be ignorant enough to think you are getting a brand new unit, judging from some of the comments I feel that’s what a few people have done. These apartments are older so the walls are thicker, which is wonderful. You will have a lower electric bill and they will be much more sound proof. There is no trash blowing around or piled up on the dumpsters, no trashy looking porches or people, and the floor plans along with the renovations are wonderful. I look forward to signing a lease and becoming a official resident with you guys! 😁
Excellent place to live really clean and taked care, the only bad thing is the swimming pool is not working
Kathy deLaCruz did an amazing job moving me in!!!! :)Also Marcus, Luis, Oscar, Mindy, Billy, Midalis, & Shanigel all took care of me !! :) thank you all
Great place to live. Leasing agent Suellen i think was her name was so helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner . She also addressed all my issues accordingly. Honestly if it werent for her i wouldnt have been here!
We moved into these apartments in April of 2020 when it went under new ownership. To anyone looking into these apartments please ask to see the non renovated rooms. We got a newly renovated apartment with a washer and dryer, when we arrived we were not happy. The floor had paint all over it which we had to remove ourselves. The counters are painted and they stain very very easily which does not come out. The floor is this awful vinyl which dents if you have a rolling chair or if you leave your couch in one spot. The cabinets were not put on properly and also painted which over time has scratched off. The first day we came they did not plug in the dishwasher dryer so we had to buy the part ourselves to fix it. If you put in a work order even if it is put as an emergency it will take them days to respond, for example our walls were leaking water all over our dining room and it took them three days to come out to even look at it. Our bathroom light was out for two weeks and when I called to check if they were coming to fix it it turned out that the maintenance men lied and said it was working fine, they also lied about coming over to fix the sink even though I was home all day. The few good things I can say are that the neighbors are respectful and not loud at all and that the office always has time to answer any questions or concerns.
Sue Ellen was amazing! She accomplished her absolute best at making sure our process in applying for our residency here was approved. Anytime I had a question she LITERALLY responded the same minute through email when I had a question the next day. She makes me feel a bit more comfortable here and confident about staying here!
When I first moved in I had various problems with my apartment. Maintenance was in my apartment almost the whole first week I was here. Thankfully they were pretty quick about resolving the issues..
Some of the staff are very down to earth and helpful, others not so much. Ashley was a pleasure to work with. However, $1450-$1600 for a one bedroom, 1 bathroom, 700+sqft apartment that you cant even bbq on the balcony is not fair pricing in my opinion. In a different perspective, I wont fault this organization too much because Midland, TX in general is over-priced due to the oil fields. My advice, invest in a camper if you work in the oil/gas industry and skip paying upwards of $19,200 per year on a place that is worth $9,600 in other areas of Texas such as Houston.
Sueellen at the leasing office has been amazing during initial application and move in process. She was very helpful and answered all my questions that i had so glad i moved here.
I recently went into this leasing Office not sure what to expect since I just moved to Midland. Right when I walked in, I was greeted by Sue Ellen ready to assist me with any questions or inquiries I had for this apartment. She was very detailed and knowledgeable about the different floor plans and what to expect. I feel very comfortable about possibly making this my next home for the next year or so.
Im only writing this review in hopes to keep someone else from being forced into an apartment that they did not want. We came to look at an apartment to possibly move into. Sue Allen is the one that showed us an apartment so we could see how the floor plan would look because the one we wanted was not ready until we paid $300. However the apartment that we looked at WAS NOT READY FOR MOVE IN. So why would we pay $300 to hold an apartment that we were not able to see if it too was not ready? It made zero sense.... Why would you show one apartment that wasnt ready, and wouldnt be the apartment that we would move into rather than just show us an apartment that we would be moving into. By the way... If we would have paid the $300 and the apartment that we were going to get, we ended up not liking, after they spend the $300 to fix the apartment for us we would be out of pocket. Ive never in my life heard of anything like this before. Whats the previous tenants deposit for when they move out and there is damage and what not?
I recently moved in and I love this place, I look forward in coming home from work. Sue Ellen has been an amazing agent to help me get my apartment as fast as one day with a moving date, great customer service to answer all my questions. Thank you again Sue Ellen.
Sueellen at the leasing office has been amazing during our initial application and move in process. She was very helpful and answered any questions that we had come up. Would definitely recommend using her if you are considering moving here.
Currently they are doing renovations on the exterior of the buildings. Workers that have to do work on peoples personal patios (that residents pay rent for) hop over fences and rails to get into the patios without prior knowledge to the resident. So residents are home and then see a random strangers climbing in and out of their patio. Or they are coming home from work and see strangers climbing in and out of their apartments. When I brought this up to the office. I was told that they do not have to give notice since the patio is the exterior. I asked how hard it is to give notice that workers will be climbing over fences into residents apartments. They said since they do not legally have too, they wont. They out right do not care for their residents at all. They do not wish to take that extra step to make their residents well informed and feel safe.
I absolutely love Sue Ellen Trevino and Ashley Patterson. They were great agents..leasing and assistant manager. Such sweethearts! The apartments are wonderful and going to be great for living.!!
The unit is considerable confortable. Maintenance requests are attended fast. Management is changing and improving all areas. It has a very good location.
So far great location complex here. Accessible to grocery stores, mall, supermarkets, restaurants, gasoline stations, schools and other establishments. Good neighborhood and personnels are superb.
Horrible service. We went in to look for apartments and there were four people in view, and one was from corporate. No one spoke to us or acknowledged that we were there for about two minutes. Someone very sweet eventually came from the back and apologized, and sat us down at the front desk with another person. The person after telling us we were looking too early went on a rant about how she doesn’t like showing the model because people get mad that their apartment doesn’t look the same. All we wanted to do was get a general feel of what the apartments were like and a ballpark amount of what they cost. We were shown the model apartment, but someone was cleaning it while we were there. The person showing us the apartment mainly talked to the cleaning staff while we were looking. Apparently they had to move a resident into that apartment. I was never told any pricing information, and never received an email regarding the floor plans or a quote.
Such a great environment and amazing home to grow and learn in. I love it! It’s been amazing to live in this apartment and it’s been a huge bright side to my life right now.
Sueellen was very professional was very honest about pricing actually took time to get to know what I was exactly looking for. She even answered any questions I had :) wasn’t pushy about just getting me to lease there allowed me to make that choice. CORPORATE Sueellen has very great customer service. didn’t only give me one option.
I never leave bad reviews. However, I have to say this has not been a very good experience. Had a horrible leak in my sink and water overflowed into carpet. Cabinets under sink were completely destroyed. I put in work order for them to be replaced, and that was never completed. I was also informed that carpet would not be replaced. Ive had issue with insects that Ive had to deal with for over 1 year. If your going to pay over 1,000 for a small one bedroom, I would recommend anyone to look else where.
Persistent mold throughout the unit, management refuses to properly treat. Extensive damages from a previous tenant were promised to be repaired, the request was moved to low priority and ignored. Maintenance has entered without permission repeatedly, and smelled like marijuana while in unit. Several trips over multiple days to complete one request, resulting in a large amount of lost wages on my part. Management has to get something legally actionable to do anything ive requested, and have made unreasonable demands with no enforcement whatsoever. Upon moving in we were promised a remodeled unit, we werent allowed to see unit till move in day and we were switched to an old unit without consent(a literal “bait and switch”). Easily the least compelling complex I have ever lived in. Ive only been here a couple months and I want out.
I would give them zero stars if possible. My sons apartment has been without hot water for 10 days. They lie and say its a city main break, or they are waiting on a part. Apparently, the apartment above them had water since the ceiling caved in almost a week ago and they are still waiting on repairs. WORSE EVER! When anyone calls the office, Shelby says that she doesnt have the corporate office number. She also says that if my son breaks his lease, they can continue to deduct from his credit card. The office person stated that she gets calls everyday about residents not having hot water and she just lets them vent.
Spelled Trevino stayed late to get me all set up in my new home i love the apartment looked and leased the same day
Thank you sueellen for staying late to help me you have been amazing. I love my new apartment
The apartment it’s self is goodYou can barely get ahold of the office unless you go up there in personThey never message back on the company portal or by email just got to talk to neighbors and figure it out .
Sue Ellen Trevino was super helpful in the whole application process! I recommend this place to stay affordable and comfortable.
Sue Ellen helped us out with getting an apartment here and she was really helpful! She made the moving process easy.
Thanks so much to Ashley Patterson and Sue Ellen, the both of you has made my move in a smooth transition. Thanks again.
The location of this residence is very good, also the stuff is very friendly and helpful all the time especially Sue Allen, she is always there to help you, and she is on time all the time, and she took all my queries and requests seriously, which i really liked.
Other weekend and the pool are closed, this is incredible. The pool is ours or the owners???
SueEllen was exceptional! She was able to give me a tour of my floor plan, answer all questions, ensured I was completely satisfied with the details of the apartment, and even assisted me with processing payments. I highly recommend SueEllen.

Sue Ellen Trevino was GREAT!!! Excellent to work with in my move in date and was very patient. Thank You!!
Sueellen Trivino was very help and patient. Friendly environment. Would definitely recommend her to others for assistance.
Great staff, always there to help. Maintenance was always prompt and timely. Apartment complex not bad (could be worse) I loved the trash valet! And big rooms with large bathrooms. Only reason I didnt rate 5 stars was because of the updates were poorly done. I could tell there was a mold issue that they just painted over. That was my only big concern everything else was minor like crooked doors and gaps but like I said could be worse! Especially for this town. Oh and They have great deals. Super affordable (for west Texas).
Sue Ellen is the nicest helped me I toured and leased and moved in same day very patient
Great experience. Sue Ellen was extremely helpful.

These Windtree Apartment have been without hot water for 5 days. This is the 4th time since Christmas. Normally this is a 24 emergency. There is also a water leak that floods the parking lot. Can not get in my car in morning to go to work without soaking my shoes. This company has just bought 5 apartment buildings but can’t pay to have a boiler replaced or repaired.
Sueellen and ines have a awesome personality and are very help beautiful smiles walking in the office

We really enjoy living here at Waterford. Its in a good location in that its in the middle of busy Midland but its not an issue. The grounds are very clean and they are really good at responding if you have a request.
Sueellen Trevino was a very curtious and professional
I dont exactly like it is vary small and old my stove was made in the 1900 other than that it is good
Waterford at Northpark has been a pleasant living experience. The staff are wonderful to work with and maintenance is quick to respond. The apartments are not new, but have been renovated to be clean and usable. Some of the reno you can tell was quick and not perfect, but nothing major.
Thank you sueellen and bailey for all that all Hall have done to help me
Do not rent from this property!! They will not only charge you base rent, but they will charge you for monthly trash valet services of $25.00 per apartment and those services dont exist, an average cost water bill that is divided between four apartments. There is also the pest control services, administration fees and whatever else they feel like adding to your rent. Example: one bedroom rent should be $1065.00, but you will NEVER pay that amount because the rent is NEVER the same, it is ALWAYS at least $200.00 to $300.00 more each and every month. You are also forced to pay for T.V. cable services because they have a contract with Grande and even if you dont want to pay for it, guess what? you have NO CHOICE in the matter. There are more charges that they add on whenever they feel like it.This place is a complete rip off and they are taking advantage of their residents!!
Sueellen helped me and was nice
There hasn’t been hot water for a few days now and my shower doesn’t work, it’s just a shower head that doesn’t even work, this place isn’t somewhere a family could live!
Bad experience with Waterford was transferred to a different apartment number was charged for the previous owner had damaged and also very unprofessional got sent to bad credit but I had never signed initial contract.Had agreed for 6 later got raised to 9 months instead and had to default on my lease due to signing 2 leases when I had agreed with them at a certain ending period.
Great rooms great prices no loud neighbors!
It is always a problem with them so that they leave the pools open, it is always a different story, I get tired of going to the office and asking questions and they tell me that for the weekend if they will be open and it is always a lie, If people make a mess, put up cameras to complain to those who leave the pool in a mess but not all residents are to blame for those who make others, also I pay my monthly rent and the pool is included but to charge you if They do not have any problem, there is no organization, it is always a different story to have them closed as if they would not want to open them so as not to have to clean them later, all summer with the swimming pools always closed for something and when winter arrives they do not open them that not necessary, super disappointing you will see !!!!!
The treatment by Miss Sueellen Trevino was excellent since she gave us a lot of her help and adapted to our language. Excellent service by the administration of Re new departments.
Excellent place
