Can I just say I love the front desk personal, Ana is amazing. I’ve had a lease here for 15months. Communicate with them and they will get you taken care of. 🙂❤️ Definitely would lease again.

I was comfortable and enjoyed living here until recently a package was stolen from my front door, yes I understand it isn’t the apartments to be in charge of all packages or they can’t control who steals or doesn’t, but maybe if there was more security? it’s upsetting coming home from a 10-12 hour shift to your items being stolen considering the fact that it had just been delivered an HOUR prior to you coming home and having to wait for the next day to speak to someone in the office and that person just telling you to ask around. I also don’t think it’s right when maintenance is fixing something in storage and leaving your items outside for a long amount of time / leaving storage door open so just anyone can have access to your items.

Sarah And Ana Have Been Amazing Getting Us Moved in! Super nice and friendly. They were truly a blessing in disguise. I highly recommend this apartment complex! Already feel at home!

I like the complex its been comfortable I had a few issues with the Ac not working when I first moved in but other than that things have been great.

I’ve lived here for just over three years. The staff is hard working and attentive. The ladies in the office always greet me with a smile and friendly Attitude. Any time I have ever had an issue, maintenance has gone above and beyond to fix anything we put a work order in for. The covered parking is a godsend, and I’m pleasantly surprised with the new renovations in and outside of my apartment. The school district we are in is amazing. And I will be renewing my lease time and time again until we settle somewhere in a house.

Since I lived here I have never been late on rent.they place a note on a board about not getting a bill for November but to contact them.But they placed on everyones door about an inspection.that makes no sense.Other agency should be informed of the lack of. That occurred to cause people to pay late rent especially those who have never been late.Inspection is thats whats its being called.More like another property group taking over.

Ive been here many times to visit friends and its ridiculous that you have to have a parking pass or they haul your car off... You better get it before the office closes. I was also told that you can only have a 6 month lease so they can keep raising the prices on you.

Newport Apartments are way over priced for the service you get. Yes, the office personnel are friendly but lack the professionalism in responding to service request. My first week in my apartment my cat had killed a mouse, I took a picture of it and showed the manager. Its been over a month now with two reminders and I have still yet to see an exterminator in my apartment. The maintenance personnel are not knowledgeable in the in the skills required for the job. I had to walk the maintenance guy through an electrical repair he knew nothing about. I had an exposed electrical wire underneath the oven cooktop, very dangerous. I wound up having to repair that myself just so my daughter would not potentially get electrocuted. The parking is a joke with extremely narrow spaces, youll need a can opener to get in and out of your vehicle, expect door dings and scratches. One more thing in the laundry list of issues. The building lighting for the entire complex is extremely inadequate and not functional. There is a requirement by the city for parking lot lighting simply for safety, it has gone unmanaged for a while.

Roach infested, loud neighbors, over priced, old broke down with rude office staff. Old blonde lady has stick up her butt and acts to good to help anyone except if your a male oil field worker. Saw her leaving my neighbors apt late one night. My husband told me she was a flirt but I didnt believe it. Asked when she thought disposal would be fixed and she rolled her eyes! Cannot wait for the lease to end!!!

DONT MOVE HERE !!!Maintenance Sucks! We have to call about 10 times a day for them to actually come. Iv been waiting on my dish washer to be fixed since I moved in (I moved in 3 years ago) proving my point! Sometimes when I call I get told they have already came when I waited all day and no show up! Apartments were half a** fixed before we moved in also tub looked disgusting the bottom is all black and nasty and all they did was paint over it. I could go on about what’s gross and wrong with this place but office staff is very nice and the apartment over all is not that bad they just need to hire new maintenance and actually fix and replace things instead of patching things up for the moment.🙄Also note that if you did move here GOOD LUCK on getting anything fixed including your AC when it’s 100 degrees outside! AC IS ALWAYS MESSING UP IN EVERY APARTMENT and they turn off your water like every damn day at random times and NEVER let you know !! I was halfway through a shower with shampoo in my hair and it cut off !! Pay my water bill if it’s going to be off every time I need it!!

I lived here for 6 months in a one bedroom back in 2015, and then again in a two bedroom 12 months in 2018. They went above and beyond to help me get in both times, the only issues we ever had was ac but nothing that took more than a few days to fix. The staff was pretty good, there were a lot of last minute inspections, but maybe they just didnt like us? The downfalls include that they will tow you. I had my covered parking spot tag on my car and got towed because the sticker was a few days out of date, and then had a friend towed who came to visit for about 20 minutes one early evening. My 2nd time staying they were doing parking lot renovations but never knew what parking lot they were doing til a few minutes before, so if we hadnt been home to respond to their rude, insistent banging on our door and threats if we dont dress and leave the apartment in less than 2 minutes to move our vehicle, we wouldve been towed with no warning from our spots like many other poor families that had to move as a result of this random expense. Aside from $300 towing fees and unpredictable ways they found to charge them, the rent has stayed as reasonable as you can expect in midland.... Oh and random water turn offs were inconvenient sometimes as well as them enjoying scaring us with eviction notices when rent was a few days late and they were aware this would be the case before placing the notices... If its the cheapest thing you can find, Id 5/5 recommend, avoid the staff, dont bring your car, avoid the pools, and enjoy a structurally sound apartment with a good floor plan

We have lived here for about 2 months weve had issues after issues since weve moved in. When we first moved in the shower didnt work. They came and fixed it a few days later the toilet flooded our apartment and the people under us about 3 different times. Few weeks after that the ac went out they still havent came to fix it. To top everything off we had an ac unit that they gave us we took it out of the window because the unit was too small for the window so we put it on our table, the maintenance guy said he knocked on the door for a fact I know he didnt because the dog would have been barking. So he crawled through the window while I was in the shower. I got out and asked why he didnt knock he said because we changed the locks. What reason do we have to change them out. Just saying I would not suggest living here.

Lived here for a year. I had no problems with residents or management. They had updated appliances and new paint when i moved in but i dont think they cleaned the carpets. I would move back here.

Some one answer this for me is there a place in this world who tow’s their tenants car for parking on one spot for “long time”?For the last time on June 1st 2019. My car was towed again for the 4th time and there reason was it was parked on one spot for long lol mind you I live there, my car is registered in the office, I didn’t park my car on wrong spot, I was on vacation out of the country and my parking sticker is valid but still took it.!! I don’t know what to call this people or place beside evilThe worst place to live.!!! Thy tow my 3 car in 2 days with out even give me a 12hr warning and one of them is my company car that cost me my job. This is stilling an human evil act. Everything is money I can’t wait to move. And expansive placeWow this people so rud man.

Im currently living at this place and to be honest if you want rent this is not the place to rent... to start since day one Ive been having issues but what really got to me was that I almost got shocked by my stove!!! But this was not it I paid my rent I was told I had to pay $861 and I did I paid online but to be on the safe side called the office the lady did confirmed I had to pay the 861 cool I paid then couple of days after my stove burned... I called the office on Friday morning nobody took the time to go and get it fix then I called again around 2 nobody went (keep in mind its Friday ) but they did took the time to go to my door and leave a document saying I owe $500 for rent WHAT THE HELL!!! So know I owe $500 and a non working stove which I have to wait till Monday to get it fix because nobody works on weekends. With all this rent I should of at least gotten a replacement but no stove till Monday I guess! So again go somewhere else! And again this was not all the issues Ive had

Worst place to live at. I would rather go live in a car than here. Just waiting for this stupid lease to be up. Our ac has been broken for 3 days and they still haven’t came to fix it. It is currently 109 degrees and they expect us to be okay with this. It’s ridiculous the amount of money we pay for them not to be able to fix the ac.

This has got to be one of the worst apartment complexes ever in Midland and Im not even a resident. I was visiting a friend, not spending the night and was parked in a visitor parking spot. (Before you visit a friend that lives at this place, please read this) My truck was towed because apparently after 10:00 PM, everyone parked on their property requires a permit. Thats ridiculous. It wasnt someone elses space that they pay for, it was specifically made for visitors. I will always feel like Newport owes me the 300 dollars it took to get the truck out of ARS Towings lot.P.S. The women in the leasing office were some of the worst people to deal with after explaining the permit situation. Do not give Newport the time of day.

Lived there for a year, small apts, mine was dirty when i moved in. especially the carpet. parking is the worst ! there was someones broken down van parked in front of my unit the whole time i lived there. there are always jahovas witness knocking on the door EVERY WEEK. after 6 months they lowered the rent due to lower oil prices ( because apparently this is how they figure housing costs here smh) i paid the rent then went home to see family for 3 days. came back to find a notice on the door that says i had 3 days to get out, i was being evicted. turns out they failed to explain to me that the lowered rent didnt apply until the following month. i didnt recieve a phone call or anything although they had my # on file. i paid the amount owed but asked for them to drop the late fee on 100$ they absolutely would not work with me. move here at your own risk.

I find no problem with the staff here they always work with you if you need help they gave me a chance when other apartments would not give me a break. I like living here you will too!

This place sucks been here a while and I have had nothing but issue with this place from laundry mat not working all the time to my water heater never working ether always having to shower with cold water maintenance people suck and my home is a reck

This is the dirty place to live Apts stink the a/c is filthy and give out an ugly odor making my stomach turn the parking is a rip off they make u have a permit to park or they will tow it away and cost to recover is over 300.00 dollars ...dont recommend this experience to any one ....watch out...
