I had my first appointment at Euro Nails and thought they would be great due to all the reviews. Tim did my nails. I showed him what I wanted and told him to accent my ring finger nails. First, the bases of my nails were made super thick. He accented my ring finger on my right hand but index finger on my left. There were bare spots along the sides of my nails and when I asked for them to be corrected all he did was try to file enough of my nails off to get rid of the spots. My pedicure had thin spots and polish on my skin. There was a ton of dried up glue all over my fingers, and to top everything off, my acrylics started popping off within 9 days. I was not impressed with this place at all.

This place is my favourite nail salon in the area! My tech is always extremely respectful and meticulous with her work. I love result!! I will be going back again and again.

Paul was Great! I showed him a picture and his artistry was more profound than the picture. It doesnt stop there, he was so detailed and he took his time down to the hand massage. I was so pleased with the outcome of my nails. This is A place everyone in Martinsburg should go. A1 ( Google should give us the option to give as many stars as we want.) Paul definitely deserves it. 💕💕💕🥰🥰 Oh and the tech I was sitting between (didnt get there names) they were amazing too. I felt super comfortable, they were friendly and welcome. My new spot. Mind you this is my second time here.

The shop itself was nice..I had a man do my service. He was quite nervous. Did not put top coat in both my feet and nails, I had to ask for it in the end. I got a basic Manicure and pedi..now I understand why he kept asking if I wanted gels... he didnt know how to cut my cuticles for a manicure my cuticles are still edgey. He did the best he could.

Awesome!! My regular technician is Paul...and hes amazing!! Ive always left satisfied when Paul does my nails and today was no exception. Hes detailed with his work and also super kind. When you go to Euro Nails, I recommend Paul. Hes outstanding!!

The acrylic nails that I had done were absolutely terrible. I booked online for 11:30 and learned that apparently they dont check it, so I had to wait a good while before they finally got me at a table. I asked for a short oval shape and the lady kept filing it into a long almond shape, and then kept getting irritated when I wasnt happy with it and asked her to fix it. I ended up having to pull up a picture to get her to understand what I wanted, and it still wasnt accurate. At a certain point I just gave up and let her finish, but the gel on top was also unevenly done and gummy. I had acrylic on my hands afterward, and after that I was handed a ticket for $45 and basically bullied into a tip because she was standing right there. $60 wasted and if I didnt have to leave to make it on time for a hair appointment I would have demanded a refund right then and there. I ended up having to go to a different salon to have them fix them that day because they were just that bad and felt like they were going to get ripped off.

Loveeeeeee Euro Nails, been coming here for over a year. Everybody is great, Kira did these blue ones and made them pretty again after me destroying them at work. I come here for nails toes brows lashes and I’ve never had a problem!

Only 1 week and 2 days and my nail popped off ! Smh!!!! And it looks like I have had them on for 4-5 weeks. Bc they didn’t do the mail to cuticle … so my week and 2 days nails look like then been on 4-5 weeks because house messed up was and the lifting is unreal. Never again Now the pedicure was amazing and great but for nails never again !!!!

I first met the owner. I was walking along and decided to get my nails done. It was the best nail decision I have ever made!! The owner and staff are very professional, clean and amazingly talented.

I have had Ryan for both fill ins and pedicures and he is great!!! In a pinch before leaving for vacation I had Don for pedicure and he was awesome, then I had Paul for my fill in and he was phenomenal!!!! All three of these gentlemen take pride in their work and will provide you a relaxing experience!

Paul did my nails. He was careful and made sure I liked my nails when they were done. They ask if you want to pay before or after, just in case you dont like them (which is not likey to happen) Go here if you want a great, worth while experience.

I came back the next day for a pedicure. They have more eco-friendly products to choose from. And besides all that, the manicure was great! Cant wait to go back.

Went in today for an gel manicure but I ended up doing a refill. Very pleasant experience when the front desk lady was very accommodated the change. Shes even recommended me what to do. She was the one doing my nails and Im very happy with the outcome. My nails was very crooked it. And she fixed it and made it prettier. Will definitely come back for a refill or a manicure next time!

This is my new favorite place! Today was my first time here and I unfortunately was not pleased with my nails so after I paid I asked Kira if I could speak with her. I let her know I was unhappy and showed her the original pic I wanted. She immediately took me back and fixed them for me with the help of another young man. So thankful for Kira allowing me to have my nails fixed the same day I went in. I’m so happy with my set now. Love this place!!!!

I am always weary of trying new nail places, but after a year of living here, I finally came to Euro nail and treated myself for my birthday. I had a deluxe pedicure by Jessica and instantly clicked with her. She did an AMAZING job. I even let hey pick the color and she picked a sparkly dark blue that is enchanting. 5/5 stars for Jessica!! Then Tim did a full set for me that was gorgeous. Pink with a sparkly ring finger. He was quick, he knew what he was doing and they looked great. I walked out that day with +10 more confidence 🥰. Unfortunately, my nails were too long to work with so I had to go back. Philip did a polish change and refill and it was STUNNING. My favorite set I have ever had. I cant wait until they open today so I can go in 💛💛💛

I was using Allure Nails in Martinsburg. The owner did a horrible job doing a fill. I decided to try Euro and was thrilled with Tims work! I am now a regular customer of his.

They work too fast and the end result is just sloppy. They are too concerned with other people walking in and out of the salon - which results in crooked nails that are too thick to look natural. They dont pay attention to their client and end up making them bleed. They charged me $30 for polish only for my stepdaughter & made her bleed! My nails were $60 and I am not happy with them. Ive had 4 people recommended this place, but sadly I will not be returning. I can do their quality of work myself for cheaper than $60. My tips are not even the same size for each finger so my real nail is exposed. Not any set of fingers have the same nail length. I will NOT be returning.

AMAZING! I had Tina for a spa pedicure and she went in on my toes! Sad to say, its been a while since Ive gotten a pedicure so she had much work ahead of her. But she was so great Im definitely going back to see her again! Her cuticle care is on point!!! Very sweet & gentle when she needs to be as well as just the right amount of rough too. Doesnt rush nor push you to pick the next upgrade. My toes thank you!

My aunt and I came here on a spare of a moment idea. We were immediately serviced and had excellent service from Mary and Tim. Our feet havent looked or felt better in such a long time. Mary is my aunts favorite as she states Mary takes perfect care of her. I will be back again soon.

Love going to Euro Nails. Every time I come in for a fill I leave feeling like a new woman! When Im helpless finding a color, they never disappoint with a suggestion. Ive even left my old nail salon (which is across the street from my house) just to drive to here because I love the service and the results I get. Ive gotten so many compliments on my nails which is an extra confidence booster for me! I will always get my nails done here from now on, and it helps the prices are easier on my wallet too.

I love this nail salon! Ive been coming here for years. Tina, who is the owner, does a fantastic job!! My nails use to begin lifting after about ten days, but since I found this salon and Tina began doing them I can go a full three weeks! Ruby is an adorable young lady and she is my favorite pedicure gal. She does a fantastic job and today also did the writing and artwork on my nails.

They have great customer service, they have a very clean atmosphere, all of the employees are friendly, they make you feel like you just walk into a spa setting, they deliver what youre asking for purchase the greatest I love Euro nails in Martinsburg

I like going here but I feel like they need a lot more color options and new polishes, they dont have much to choose from. Also The pedicures are great but they dont add anything to the water like most places do which I feel is weird. Nails are ok maybe need better nail techs. Overall if you are looking for a good foot scrub go here maybe bring own nail polish since they dont have many colors

I booked a appointment for 12:00 noon. I arrived at 11:45 a.m. 15 minutes early which is on me. Between 12:00 p.m. and 12:20 p.m., three walk ins were taken with no prior appointment as I waited (I heard each customer say they had no appointment as I was seated next to the check in). They were taken right to a station and started. At 12:30 p.m., I was directed to a station and was told someone would be with me shortly.At 12:40, no one had showed up at the station to start so I was directed to a gentlemen to my lefts station, he was now done and would do my nails. Another customer was also directed to him and got there before me. She had her nails done but just needed to be painted. So still waiting, at 12:50 p.m., I decided they really didnt want my money and I left. I can understand running behind, but to take three walk ins with no appointment after my appointment time, and leave me waiting, unacceptable. If you want to try them out, I suggest dont book an appointment! Just run in and state what you want and you will be serviced right away.

Not to mention how fantastic their entire staff is so accommodating & their work is impeccable. I wish I could go there every day! Thank you everyone!!

I’m from Mississippi I was visiting here and the service was horrible I had a man do mine and we was in a rush and getting mad when I told him he was ruff. I paid for a VIP services and I didn’t get half of the stuff I was suppose to. I don’t recommend him at all he was a short man with muscles. I’m so not satisfied with the services that was givin to me. I had to ask for a wet towel because he still had stuff caked up on the back of my legs it was just horrible experience

Paul was the nail professional who did my nails, and he was amazing considering I am from Maryland and the way my previous set was done, I was nervous if he would be able to fill my set up to my liking. He was clean, my shape (coffin) was just how I like, he did a freehand design on my nails and was amazing with the color choice, I told him I just wanted something pretty, and he did that with a pretty flower and good color scheme💯 I will definitely be coming back when I’m in the area!

First time here and I have mixed feeling. I came in for a pedicure and full set. After painting one toe nail I told her it was too dark and instead of picking a lighter color she said it will be fine with one coat. Then I specifically asked for no gel on my full set but she muttered something and said when she charged me she said she did gel. I will say my full set looked really good and the lady took her time. Maybe Ill go back but Im not sure.

I went here for a manicure. Turned out beautifully! Kira was super nice:) very detail oriented made my nails look absolutely beautiful! Didnt leave a rough edge at all. Was very patient with me and made sure i was happy with my mani before I left. Will definitely be back again soon! On another note I took my daughter here and she had Kate do her nails! Tbey turned out amazingly. She did a beautiful job on my daughters nails with the nail art and designs that were wanted. I highly recommend them! :)

The service was fast and they were friendly. I got a pedicure with gel polish and a gel manicure. After I got home I notice that 6 out of 10 nail beds were flooded, the polish application was very uneven and some nails had thicker spots than others. Not what I’d expect for $72.

Just entered today to get my first eyebrow waxing. The gentleman at the front is not very welcoming, just immediately tells you to wash your hands then tells you go to the back. Afterwards, I explained to the lady who did my eyebrows to just clean them not take them all off. I loved my eyebrows full she took everything off and didnt even shape them, theyre so horrible. Please if youre someones whos been around professionals do not go here, you will notice the difference in service. Only two starts because the store looks really nice.

I loved how clean this salon was! It felt like a true spa. I felt very comfortable and the women were helpful in figuring out what I wanted. I went here a few months ago with a couple of friends for the first time and we felt like royalty! My birthday is this weekend and Im actually heading over there in a bit to get all dolled up for the celebrations.

Always a wonderful time here. I get pedis with my boyfriend every month here and the service has YET to disappoint!

I went today and got a fill and a pedicure. I have to cuts on my left foot because the lady was scrubbing so hard and not paying attention. The French top and design seemed like it was rushed and doesn’t look all that great. Definitely disappointed in my end results! I couldn’t figure out how to put a photo on here so I did on Facebook.

I’m not one to do reviews but I was very stressed coming in, so decided to treat myself and got the volcano pedicure for the first time and Ms.Mary hooked me up. She made me feel so relaxed, took her time and and just did a really great job ! I feel like I have a new pair of feet 🥰 definitely worth the money! Thank you Ms. Mary !

I think this place is great for nails but body waxing is a huge no :( the lady I had was very nice but the table was dirty and she didn’t wear gloves. I went for a Brazilian (I’ve had several before at a different place) and it was so painful. Lasted over 40 mins which is not normal. Hair is mostly gone but I’m bruised and small parts of my skin got ripped off. Never again
