I travel from Staten Island to get my gel manicures and gel pedicures from Lupe! Her and the staff here at Nails Plus Red Bank are super professional and so sweet! The salon is so clean and they use the highest quality products. Always beautiful work!

I have been here several times when visiting family, and always had a good experience. Clean, great staff, reasonable price.

I’ve been to this salon before and usually have a good experience. My 2nd to last visit was in April 2021 and they had proper Covid measures in place (partitions and adequate distance between stations). However, I was extremely disappointed during my visit today. I called them when I was on the way there and told them I was running late due to unexpected traffic / road construction on my route. I got there 10 mins late, not a big deal. Then the receptionist was rushing me to pick my color and had me sit down on a chair. She set me up and completely forgot about me. 20 mins later, she walks by and doesn’t even look up at me, even when I try to get her attention. I wait another 10 mins and walk up to her. Again the receptionist ignores me and I just walk out. 30 mins I wasted in the place. I had an appointment and I even called before hand, she could’ve said they were running late. Note that this was not the regular receptionist/ manager who usually greets you when you walk in. It would be a good idea an train your staff on customer service.

My friend and I enjoyed our experience here greatly. The customer service was great!

Consistent quality service.

I got my nails done last week for an event. They did a great job and got me in last minute. I was so happy. They have a new regular customer!

I got a regular manicure here twice and both times it has lasted over a week without chipping! I havent touched it up myself at all and that includes lots of cleaning dishes!

Cindy did a phenomenal job on my pedicure. Lots of care taken in trimming and shaping my nails, long massage, and careful polish. Amazing!

Best Pedicures have my favorite but dont want to list her name or Ill never be able to get an appt with her. G is the best!!

Depends on the person you get. Pedi not as good ad it use to ne. No hot towel.

I find them to be professional and they dont chatter in korean like many places. It is actually relaxing with the soft music. LOVE IT!

Amazing pedicure! Very sweet staff.

It is really hit or miss with location in red bank. This time it wasnt great, the color is all over the skin around my toes, toes arent shaped evenly. I asked to nails to be short and when the tech was filling them she really hurt me, cut my skin which took awhile to heal.

Overpriced and poor quality. The manicureist didnt shape my nails well, they were put on crooked and I she burned my fingers with the UV light, claiming it was normal. Definitely would not recommend, not anywhere near worth $80.

I made it very clear that it was my first time visiting but it didnt matter...I was not offered any of the refreshments that they had out...coffee, tea, mints, water... They didnt have my favorite color polish (pink)...I wasnt even escorted to the dryers when I was done. The lady who did my pedi was pleasant enough but the pedi was nothing amazing, epecially not for the price. I couldnt put the tip on my debit card and I found the front desk lady to be rude. The physical environment is warm and pleasing but the staff is ice cold!

I used to get gels but since Ive been going to Nails Plus I dont have too! They take their time and my manicure last a week!

They not that clean they burn ur nails with the drill and the light I have had to go back get it re done I wouldnt tell anyone about them.the arent nice at all they dont have colors I want they judge on how much you trip them
