Misty made a appointment over three weeks ago to do highlights in my Granddaughters hair we arrived at 2:30 and at 3 pm. We were told by the brown haird dude misty was not coming in today that she was off today, i said she made this appt with us personnally and it is even on the calender by the register on the wall, so very unprofessional and the long hair dude was so Rude

I always get my hair cut here. Every hairdresser does a great job, especially Marcy. Cant recommend enough 👏

If I could give half a star I would.. the guy was condescending and didnt really know what my friend was talking about unprofessional kept scratching the back of my friends neck. He didnt give her anywhere near the hairdo she wanted.. absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND

Negative stars if I could. Employee comes out with a thermometer asks about our vaccination status, and then...because we didnt have masks on... says go to Walmart and get masks and come back. Give me a break...Don’t support this business.

My daughters love getting their hair done or cut here... they prefer it here. The staff are amazingly great with them and advises new hairstyles.Parking is limited at the front but there is more at the sides or across the building. They have a ton of clientele that sometimes you’re in for a lengthy wait for the staff to get to you.

I went to cut my hair that was past my shoulders. I brought a picture of how I usually get it cut and asked if he could do it. By the time I could see what was happening the cuts began and it was too late. I asked twice about having it a curtain way. My hair is chopped, uneven, and looks horrible. Its so short so bot mich that can be done to fix it. I am mortified! I sat in tears in my car not sure what to do. I fell if your experienced and lisenced, you should know what your doing. I have gone to supercuts for my cuts and color for over 10 years and never an issue. This was my first and last time doing there.

I took both my boys to get hair cuts and it was just awful. Maybe they just dont know how to cut boys hair but they had no skill for it. It was sloppy, not even - with random long hairs, they dont even know how to fade properly. I believe that when you tell a hair stylist to clean up the sides and trim the top they should have the instinct to know what to do. They didnt even comb it after it was cut. At other Supercuts they would usually comb and mousse the hair into style when they were done. Absolutely ridiculous. I wont be back and I wont recommend this place to anyone.

Online says different hours for this location. So came early just in case to try and get my son a haircut and found out they close at 6 and it was 5:45 and was told they aren’t taking anymore people for the day. Need to update the hours if they can online and tell people not to go 15min before closing because they won’t let you in. First time trying to go there and won’t be going back already.

Called 2 hours in advance to schedule appointment, arrived 15 minutes early to be told “you have to wait 2 more hours unless your lucky” after explaining I called and was scheduled at said time I was told “I don’t know about that. You’ll have to wait probably 2 hours”

Clean cut very nice

Hailey cut my hair. Great job. She went buy the picture I brought in. She was thorough. Great price for shampoo, cut & blow dry. Nice music played. Keep in mind Thursdays through Sundays will be busy. I had about a 15 minute wait. There were 3 persons before me & both stylists had someone in their chairs. They still greeted me when I came in and they had nice music playing. I will go back again when needed.

Very slow!!!!! 2 stylist that should be working. 1 continues to disappear to the back and the other 1 said she was waiting on a phone call All the While They Have 7 People Waiting For a haircut. People walking out do to the unprofessional manor in which the ladies are conducting business. Very disappointing.

Dont go here for hair coloring. They fried my hair!!! Ive been getting my hair colored for years and that has never happened at other salons.

I took my son for a hair cut. He pulled away while she was using the clippers around his ears and cut him. She got irritated when he pulled away and said i didnt cut you then she realized she actually did cut him. She apologized profusely but, she cut him 🙅🙅🙅🙅
