I drove 30 mins to try this location. I arrived literally 1 minute late (walked up at 11:31 for a 11:30 class) and the doors were locked. There is always a 5 minute window at least at every other studio. I was considering continuing my membership but now I will be canceling after the trial.

I’ve been going on and off for over 10 years. Love the trainers, they help you with adjustments and specific directions. They have such a calm and positive energy it’s contagious. Liz, Amber, Bonny and Melinda are my favorites. I don’t know the new trainers too well yet but keep it up and thanks for the extra push. Please add more core fit classes!

I love going for Yoga to Sunstone. By practicing yoga there, I start my day positively. It helps with my overall health. I love every class there. My favorite is the Pure Flow class by Liz. I like all the classes she teaches. I also love all the classes by Melinda. I always look forward to go there.

Let me just say I’ve Ben going to Sunstone in Las Colinas since I believe almost opening day. I love the classes they offered and how they have evolved from “just yoga” (if there is such a thing) to incorporating the fit aspect greatly expanding the membership. Great community, awesome loving instructors. Grateful to have such a wonderful studio to practice with in.

I go to Sunstone Yoga for basically two (2) reasons: Improve my stability and increase my flexibility. I’ve gone to classes for either seven or eight years. It works!In August of 2018, I missed a couple of stairs leaving the choir loft. I hit the tiled floor on one foot. I found myself trying to stay upright, first on one foot then the other all the while I twisted and turned one way and then another. After some very long seconds, I recovered my balance: Both feet flat on the floor simultaneously! Thank you, Sunstone Yoga! I would not have stayed with SY all these years had not the management and, especially, the staff and the instructors been so helpful and encouraging.The SY studio is bright and clean. As a senior, I find yoga an essential part of my health routine.

I love this studio and the teachers! They are definitely staying up with the times with checking temps before class, social distancing, and keeping masks on until you are on your mat. All of the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable in classes. They have a wide variety of classes and class times to fit my schedule. I’m so happy I found this studio!

I practice hot yoga at Sunstone Las Colinas since 2019. I have improved my core strength and flexibility tremendously by practicing 4 to 5 times a week. All the instructors are patient, loving, and encouraging. They are always willing to help and teach, so that all the students can achieve their goals. Thank you!

I’ve been going on and off for 5 years. Love this location and the Addison ones the most. The trainers are efficient and helpful, the atmosphere is very calming and the place is clean. Love the experience every time I go in.

For 11 years I’ve enjoyed the cleanest yoga studios in DFW at Sunstone, and now they’re even better! LCV Sunstone has awesome teachers and a terrific mix of classes available for everyone. Strong recommend here!

I have been going to Sunstone for more than 10 years now. Its Awesome having more locations making it easier to get to class. I tried doing online but the experience is not the same as being in class. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great place. They have a variety of teachers and times to fit your schedule. Ive never had a bad experience there. All of the people who work here are super kind and helpful. Ive practiced yoga on and off for about ten years in a variety of different environments and Im very happy with this placeErins classes are great and intense. Shes good at slipping in and correcting your posture while keeping the whole class moving. The facilities are nice and the studio rooms are spacious. I havent been a very consistent practitioner here, but I have noticed that I like the place even more every time I go.

I have been a member for 5 years. All of the teachers are exceptional. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The studio is always clean and all are very professional.

I’m a health care provider, so being in some ergonomically stressful positions, my body started to reflect muscle pain, hot yoga has literally saved my muscle skeletal system, no pain, better posture, and I naturally feel and looks healthier. Love this place! Make sure you take a class with Taylor! She’s the bomb 😎

Was disappointed with the customer service here. They were eager to get myMembership but not very friendly. The first class requires orientation and despite any prior experience with yoga you may have, they force you into taking specific classes and make you feel inadequate in your training. The studio itself is muggy, humid and has an odd smell in the practice studios. The lights are completely off at the beginning and end of class so you can’t see anything or where you’re setting up your stuff. Did not feel very welcome on my first and only class there. Thereafter, as I did not return, I keep getting emails and text messages asking me to sign up. Not very pleased with this place.

Sunstone has not only helped me physically, but has helped me emotionally! There instructors are not only awesome yoga instructors but wonderful people who truly care!

This is a general review of the Sunstone studios and not specific to Las Colinas location. Yoga class is good but not so good with customer service. Youre almost forced to sign up for membership after the initial try out class, otherwise youll be charged a fee for joining. I had difficulty canceling the membership too. Required one month notice for canceling and very hard to get hold of customer service via email or phone. So many hoops to jump through to cancel. I understand the general business needs of retaining customers, but it really creates a very negative customer experience. Ill not be going here anymore due to my negative experience.

Cant review, didnt get in!There is a new policy at this studio that requires orientation before youre allowed into a class (must be scheduled separately). This was a surprising, Ive dropped into many yoga classes in many cities and never been turned away or asked for prerequisites.Carving commuting time out of a day as well as the time for class is about all I can offer with my schedule.Counter staff said no way around the orientation, Owner was present and interested in sharing benefits of an orientation session but not curious about effects on potential students. Someone else will get my $30 bucks (or whatever a drop ins cost these days).

Love my Studio and all the Instructors. Classes are great! I am getting stronger with every class attended! Clean and beautiful! Great location! What else should I ask for?!!! Love it!

Not what I expected. I’ve had memberships at other yoga studios in Dallas and both customer service and studio were much different. Sunstone was eager to get my commitment for membership, however, have not returned phone calls or email since I signed up for six months membership. Disappointed, wasted time and money.

I always believe Yoga is the best practice to stay healthy. When i joined SunstoneFIT (Las Colinas)studio i was amazed by the dedication and knowledge each trainer had. Each of the trainers are very professional and i love the way they explain each Asanas - like real Yogis!!! The classrooms are clean and organised.I am glad i choose this studio.

More than yoga it’s like commercial work out place. No walking, non experienced instructors and long terms and conditions!

I have been practicing at Sunstone for a few months now, I originally joined because I love the quiet, distraction free atmosphere in the rooms and felt a sense of peace and concentration like nothing Id ever experienced anywhere else. Im currently trying to attend five days a week and this has IMMENSELY increased the benefits Im experiencing--goodbye lower back pain!
