Didnt use them to tow my motorhome. They said theyd charge $300/hr with a 3 hour minimum. I called Good Sam, even though Im not a member (will be), and they hooked me with a towing service and that service only charged me $192. Good Sam also kept me informed on the status of the tow.

Waited for 3 hours and was then charged $240 for a 1.2 mile tow. Daylight robbery. Was recommended to use them by Howard’s Towing. NEVER EVER use this company or Howard’s by association. I cannot stress that enough, DO NOT use this business unless you enjoy being financially ripped off.

So after the impounding of my car from husband getting unfortunately arrested on a warrant, calling to find car DAY 2..the countless and never shouldve happened unsuccessfu ATTEMPTS calling all associated agencies which in turn shouldve been able to provide at least the very minimal of their top go to wreckers... But no... However I did finally get the info from the awesome Officer Butler GSP ( shout out to you much appreciated) in ending one week later almost $500 later I was ready to blow a fuse. And I knew regardless I was SOL on any recourse but Debra answered the phone and she was as kind as could be turning my whole anger point. Just the fact that she even acted as if she cared at least made me feel a whole lot better having to fork over an unnecessary 5 billsTop notch in my book!! When you got one that can turn your frown upside down and feel good hanging your money over.. Shes a keeper!!!

If youre reading this, your car probably towed here. I was able to grab my stuff out of the car with ease 24 hours after the accident. Customer Service is good. The wreck yard has a decent security system and sign-in process, and I believe there was a cop guarding the yard, so I feel those negative reviews about this place with stuff being stolen were unfair.Cons: Cash Only. This is 2019... How hard is to go digital??

They were super nice. When I got rear-ended and my totaled car ended up there, from the driver, to the office personnel, all of them were the best. I was glad to use their super clean restroom as I was still bleeding from the auto accident. THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE CREW!

The driver Justin was so ridiculously nice and insanely funny that it kept me from absolutely losing it. He even recommended ways to fix my issue, so I wouldnt have to go to extreme measures. I cant reccomend them enough. They are pricey, but youre paying for a service, dont get angry at the driver for doing their jobs.

Seriously these guys are life savers. Bobby came out to originally tow a vehicle that I just purchased on Thursdays because I couldnt get it to start. Not only did Bobby arrive quickly to my car for the tow he asked what was going on, diagnosed it with a bad ignition and fixed it on spot. I can not be more thankful! Barrow wrecker service please give Bobby some acknowledgement because he saved the day. He was professional, kind and a very knowledgeable mechanic. Bobby for the win

They are good for taking valubles out of your vehicle. I received my vehicle back with missing items. Be weary of these shysters when they come on the scene. They have their own interest (pockets) first in mind. Rather then helping someone in need.

Barrow had to tow my car after an accident and were so very nice. They took care of my car making sure no water would get in and were very easy and pleasant to deal with while cleaning everything out.

I was in a car accident and my baby lol..was towed here..the ladies at the front desk were very nice and professional..I went the same day to remove my personal items and to turn my car over to my insurance company..also had someone go by the next day for my tag..no issues..with ANY tow company it is best to go same day or at least the next day for your items if you can..unfortunately waiting too many days could result in missing items due to your doors are left unlocked

I manage an apartment community. It’s so easy to write a bad review when something goes wrong. But why don’t people say anything when something goes well?Jason with Barrow arrived 1-hour earlier than what I had scheduled as an emergency with my insurance company. Their referral was to arrive within 90 minutes. Meanwhile my car broke down at a redlight during the morning rush hour.Jason was fast, courteous, professional, and a great conversationalist while we rode to the collision center. I highly recommend them!

I cant recommend these guys enough. I was in a bind today and they couldnt have been faster or more helpful. The driver Jason even tried looking under the hood and jumping the car before towing it. Its nice to have someone who really seems to care when youre having a rough day.

They are money hungry snakes with no conscious whatsoever of the struggles of getting a vehicle out if impound; nor the impact it has on a persons job, income, and well-being.

I encourage anyone who has valuables taken from their vehicle while in the possession of this company to file a police report itemizing the valuables taken. These people think they are above the law, and take advantage of people suffering trauma due to a car accident. This is so easy for them, and they believe they cannot get caught. When you are seriously injured, and in pain, you are not thinking about valuables in the car. The staff is quick to point out that the Smyrna Police do not take inventory before the vehicle is picked up by tow. Then, when the insurance co. takes pictures, and reports nothing in the car after the vehicle has been on site for several days, Barrow Towing is quick to suggest nothing was in the vehicle when they picked it up, and they also point out their on site camera surveillance system as if their employees had no opportunity to steal before entering the lot with the vehicle. They defend their small co., and so called honest employees who fire anyone who is caught stealing. PLEASE, file a police report, and wave a red flag. Barrow wont care, but someone will, eventually. I just spoke to the rudest lady. From the moment she picked up the phone until she slammed it down. It wasn’t my choice to use them and I would never EVER use them. I didn’t ruin your day lady. Not ever customer is calling to yell at you. This company needs to either higher more optimistic people or find some way to have an online chat service if the people answering the phone can’t handle customers asking questions.

These guys towed my 18 year old son and his girlfriend after they broke down in Atlanta. They were visiting from Gulf Shores for a Braves game and it was a frightening situation for them. The Driver turned it into a positive experience with his kind attitude and advice. Thank you for taking good care of them.

THEY STOLE FROM ME!!My car got towed and prior to that I had went to target and purchased almost 200 dollars worth of household items and when I went to retrieve my car, I get home and all my bags are gone. I immediately call and the lady that was there basically tells me to call back and speak to the manager but once a car leaves the property it is no longer their responsibility...so I call the manager in the morning and she is very rude and nasty and in her own snotty way tells me if what Im saying is true then the police have to have removed my merchandise because it wasnt on the inventory sheet... Im like maam I watched the police and the tow truck driver load my car on to the bed and I also watched the police drive off you cant be serious...and they think Im jus going to let it go...but I Am definitely NOT!

They towed my van January 8th 3:00 pm at the request if the Georgia state patrol. It was on I-75 south just before the Cumberland blvd exit. (285 bridge) I wasunderstandably upset because it had a flat tire and I hired a cab (gone only an hour and twenty minutes) to take me to get a wheel only to come back and find my van gone. My van was damaged when they off loaded it (no key-doors locked) and I called them to report the damage. NOT ONLY WAS my call taken and issue handled...Robin(management)was a top notch professional in every aspect of of our conversation. She so awesome in her customer service skills I was blown away! Took care of the damage expenses quickly. Too bad all other businesses i have to deal with have a Robin working for them. If there was an option for 0 stars, that would be my choice. Find any alternative if possible. If not make sure you have everything of value. Be prepared for additional bogus expenses. I was charged for weather wrapping when the only thing need was 1 minute to roll up the window.

Promptly came to pickup my Q7 and took care loading it onto the bed and fastening it down.

I called for a tow truck and he was there in 20 minutes, the driver name was Dennis he was friendly and professional, took him no time to get my car back to the Goodyear to fix there messed up.

Way overpriced. These guys moved a forklift for my business from a parking lot to an adjacent lot (50 feet away). It took about 5 minutes, and didnt experience any issues.... EXCEPT that these guys charge way too much. I made the mistake of assuming that theyd be in line with market pricing... Northside Towing offered the service for $70 but I went with Barrow because theyre headquartered about a mile away from my business... so I used them to save time only to find out that the bill was $175 - over $100 more for the exact same work. Never again
