I have Recently moved to the area and am currently living in one of their 3 bedroom duplexes. It is very nice and roomy. The kitchen and bathroom counters are all granite. The storage is great. Flooring is a nice wood laminate. This is gated and has great amenities such as garages, pool and work out areas that are neat and clean. The location is convenient to loop 250 and located in a nice neighborhood with convenience to shopping.

I was looking for an apartment in the Midland area and drove by this complex. It immediately captured my eye and then I saw a banner as I drove passed that looked really professional. I decided to call and hear about their specials and prices on a 1x1 unit. Their prices are unbelievably well prices and were running an insanely awesome special. With everything going on with COVID trying to find affordable housing here is really tough. I went on a tour and the units they showed me were spacious, upgraded, homey, and in very good condition. They showed a unit that was actually available which is amazing to actually see the unit before leasing. They provided VERY helpful information along the way and showed me all of their amenities. This complex was quiet and very clean. It is everything you would want when choosing an apartment complex. Unfortunately due to Family circumstances, I will not be able to lease till late next year, but I am for sure coming here after my experience with them. Outstanding customer service. I was very impressed with this property & their staff! I had lots of questions about this property & their staff were more than helpful and ready to answer any questions I had. I’ve been on the lookout for a place for quite sometime so I’ve made lots of calls with questions to different properties & they were the first one to display amazing customer service! Definitely recommend for those looking for a beautiful place to live & leasing staff who genuinely care & work hard to serve their clients.

This place is absolutely stunning!! Everybody i have brought over LOVES this place! Very easy and fast to lease!! AND the staff is so very friendly. i came to try and get a tour when it was time for there break and they happily helped me and took there time showing me 3 places !! I am very pleased!

Such nice apartments! We have moved into a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, updated modern and very spacious living room and kitchen, open concept, massive master en-suite. Only 2 minutes from stores and supermarkets but also tucked away in a quiet gated community. Ticked all our boxes! Thanks Anatole!

I was new to the area and found Anatole on Briarwood and they made it SO easy to move in and my apartment was incredibly priced for all of the amenities and for the quality of the apartment. The community is so welcoming and the staff takes such great care of their residents. I thoroughly recommend this place to anyone needing a new home!

I have family that lives here and it’s beautiful! It had covered parking and even garages for some units. But what I loved most was the swimming pool area. It was a little oasis in the West Texas desert.

Went to go see friends who live there and it was super nice!! Nice part of midland too! And there was a neat cafe by the apartments.

We have recently moved into these apartment. Very professional office staff. Very well maintained property. Can’t be more complimentary of the experience we have had since moving in.

Apartments are nice, but staff is lacking horribly. Needs better management and staff should have more knowledge with policies. We were trying to upgrade to a bigger apartment, which would mean they would be making more money. So you think they would work with us, but nope. Being new tenants my fiance has to wait till her 6th month to upgrade, which was not an issue at all. So I went in on January 27th and asked about upgrading, the lady at the desk said we could upgrade on her 6th month, AWESOME. Gave my notice to my landlord that I will not be renewing my lease, packed up the house and called Anatole today to confirm a 2 bedroom. Was told that my fiance had to give a 60 day notice in writing to upgrade. Could have told us this when I came in to upgrade in January. I asked for a 30 day leniency since Anatole failed to inform us of the letter. She said No Im sorry, thats policy. Well if I am not mistaken, is it not policy that all employees should know their own policy and procedures? So its ok for Anatole to not know their own policies, but screw the tenants when they are trying to upgrade and pay them more money. Seriously, contradictory much? So now we are stuck with boxes, furniture, and no house because their staff failed to give us the proper information. We walked in the office for information to upgrade and they can not complete one simple job?? How hard can it be to make a minor exception to accommodate your tenants when the failure of information was the staffs mistake. Would have been easy to give a written 60 day notice if informed correctly.Future tenants can reply to this review and I will give you guys some really good apartment complexes to go check out, I wouldnt suggest this one do to they fact the refuse to help out their tenants properly.If for any miraculous change, will update this review later. As for now, we are considering breaking the lease all together and moving to a different apartment complex that is more accommodating.

My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and do not have any complaints. The office staff is seriously the best. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone. Every maintenance request we have put in has been dealt with immediately. The office staff even hosts cookouts at the pool for everyone as well as activities in the front office. They definitely go above and beyond any place I have ever lived.

The apartment staff are very attentive to the needs and concerns of its residents. This complex is clean and well maintained. I have been here for 5-6 months and I very satisfied being Home.

Amber and her entire staff are the absolute best! The weekly events for all the residents are so much fun. The facilities are great and all very well kept. Every time we’ve had a maintenance issue, the expert staff has handled it before we hang the phone up. Couldn’t be happier to live here 😍

Living at Anatole has been a great experience. The apartment is in great condition and any maintenance requests that I have placed have been addressed quickly. Anthony, the assistant manager, is always extremely nice and helpful. They also frequently have events for the residents. I would definitely recommend this community.

Anthony, Amber, Rye, Natalie and the rest of the staff here at Anatole are truly the most professional people ever. From the time I walked in on day one, till today (3 months later) and my opinion has not changed. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Thank you for the great service and hospitality. Truly makes me feel welcomed and being away from home for weeks at a time, it makes it feel like home!

We lived at Anatole for 1 and a half years. We moved in before Olympus Properties took over, and let’s just say it was a complete mess. We were so excited to hear that they were being bought out by a new company and that things were going to change! Let me tell you, they kept that promise! The staff became so well informed, courteous, kind, and accommodating. (Anthony Rodriguez at the front desk is AMAZING!!!) They even sent us a little text if our packages were delivered to the office. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, and the grounds are gorgeous and very well kept. They just did an entire exterior renovation and new landscaping. Extremely impressed. The only reason we moved out was because we have kids and bought a house with a yard for them to play in.

I love this place. Anything you need done they are on it. The staff is awesome especially Anthony. They are always doing something for the residents every month. I would recommend Anatole on Briawood to any looking for a new place to live.

Hands down the best apartment complex in Midland. Here you are not just a resident; you are family. The staff makes you feel like family all the way around. We moved in around September of 2018 and have been extremely pleased with the new management. All amenities are better than expected and a little bonus is the breakfast and get-togethers the management arranged for everyone. If more than 5 starts was available this place would get more for sure.

I usually do not write reviews but I have had it! I have never met an apartment leasing staff so rude and inconsiderate. When we first moved in my fiancé and I were told by the previous receptionist that we could move into a one bedroom to get us into the apartment then after a month we could move into a two bedroom. A few weeks went by and we inquired about the two bedroom apartment . We were told there were no two bedrooms available for another 3 months and had to pay a transfer fee which was not stated in the first place. The transparency of these apartments is terrible. The then apartment manager, April, was the only one that was tolerable. I do understand that this is an oil field town but the rent was a bit ridiculous. Paying almost $2000 for an apartment that didn’t even offer little to much closet/storage space whatsoever. Parking is terrible especially at nights and on weekends and we were told there was plenty of parking before we moved in. I feel these apartments along with the rest of the apartments out there are putting an undue hardship on people who want to live decent. I understand money needs to be made but doing it at the expense of job circumstances is not right. Management definitely needs to retrain their leasing staff to be more customer service oriented and caring. I’d give these apartment a negative star if I could!

We lived here for a year and were really happy with the complex. However, when it came time to decide if we were going to sign for a new year we tried to meet with the office manager to discuss the significant price drop advertised in rent (all of midland has experienced decreases in rent)... not only were they unwilling to let us sign the new year, new lease, at the ongoing price (almost 500$ a month cheaper), they told us we would not be approved to start a new lease by moving units at the cheaper price point- AFTER ADMITTING THEY WERE HAVING DIFFICULTY FILLING EMPTY UNITS. We said we would have to move then to a more affordable complex (comparable to what Anatole was advertising but refusing to offer to their existing tenants at the end of their lease). The manager was very rude and told us to do what we had to do, very clear that she didn’t care if we stayed her left. During this encounter we told them we would not be signing for another year- followed by an email a few days later (yes I realize this part is our fault for not putting it in writing immediately)... however they then proceeded to auto renew our lease on a month to month basis and charged us fees, pet rent, and rent for the apt beyond our lease end date to the date that met the 60 days notice embedded in their policies. It’s sad that one encounter left such a horrible taste in our mouth following an otherwise great year at the Anatole.

We have enjoyed living here. I dont have any complaints. They respond to service requests very fast, friendly staff, attractive property. We really enjoyed the gym and pool. Neither got full or rowdy. They have lots of fun events for tenants; crafts and popsicles for kids, thirsty Thursday for adults, blood drives, school donations, etc.

We were the first tenants to ever move in to Anatole on Briarwood when the leasing office building was the only one fully complete. We have never had a request or issue that was not addressed that day or the next. This has been our home not apartment since we have lived in Midland,TX. The office staff or maintenance staff have never been rude to us in fact they have gone out of there way to make us feel welcome. We always feel at home and my Grandmother knows all the staff by name and she feels safe that helps me feel more at ease when going to work. In fact when we do have grandkids over they always want to walk thru the office on the way to the mailbox to visit the staff.

Initially, Anatole on Briarwood was not my first choice of apartments. My company had given me a small window to get into an apartment, and Anatole had one available. Ive been here for 6 months, and have gotten to know a lot more about the complex, my neighbors, the staff, and the events they put on. Now, I am so glad that I chose Anatole, and cant see myself moving from here.

ItI lived here 1 year and paid all my income a day without problems with the pandemic, I became unemployed and since I had no way to pay I asked for a transfer of property paying everything they said to look good and be responsible and yet they continue to collect amounts invented by them without caring about anything or explaining anything to you very sorry

My husband, my 8 month old baby and I lived in Anatole for 4 months and it was a terrible experience. First, the apartment they gave us was not like the one they had promised us, it had many flaws that they never wanted to fix. The worst thing is that they left us without air conditioning for 4 weeks in summer, they also charged us an extra key and they never give us back the money when we returned the key.We let them know many times that we had cockroaches and ants and that they never went to fumigate. At the end of the contract, they charged us an extra for cleaning the carpet because according to them there were pet spots on the carpet, and we don´t have any pets.I definitely do not recommend this place at all.

The units are okay but we give 1 star after over 2 years of living here because whoever runs this complex obviously does not care about residents and are simply greedy, like every apartment community around here. Not to mention the rude office staff that has been hired since we have been here.We moved in and paid $1200 for the longest time and are now paying over $500 more per month for the exact same unit. Completely asinine and disgusting on the Anatoles part. I can rent a home on the beach in the Caribbean for this price.. these places have lost their mind.

This is by no means a luxury apartment complex. They do not vet anybody moving in and cater to corporate apartments. You will never know who is living below or next door to you at any given time. I witnessed drug use and wanted to move out a month early and was blasted with fees. There was zero concern for my complaints. Do not live here and do not believe the change in management.

Lived here for 18 month. This is not a luxury complex! 1 star well earned. Good job Anatole. They couldnt care less for the tenants, they just want your money. Just make sure you ask to see your appartment and not the staged one they show everybody. No elevators either in this luxury complex fyi.

Edit***I do want to let everyone know that the office had contacted me regarding my concerns, we talked about my frustrations and I have definitely been seeing improvements. I believe the transition in management was tough on everyone involved, they seem to be getting things settled down! Though I have to joke about the horrible paint color scheme that was chosen, i really have no other complaints! Great community, nice little apartments!The front desk folks are pleasant, and the apartments are decently nice, but I dont recommend since Olympus management took over. Terrible moral, and constantly difficult to work with. Subpar management, penalizes tenants for facility and contractor flaws. Been a tenant for over a year, definitely wouldnt have just re-signed my lease had i known about Olympus and how they function.

Very rude office staff. Quick to jump on you if you leave payment with the wrong person but could never get a hold of a manager to call us back when our roof was leaking for 5 months during the winter time. Damaged the wall all the way down that it leaked to the apartment below us. And thats when they finally did something about it.

I have lived here for almost a year and I have no issues in this apartments, the staff is just awesome and very attentive on whatever you need. The location of the apartments is perfect a walmart just .5 miles and a cvs just around the corner. Is a verr quiet complex and the staff is constantly making events so all the community can meet each other, I highly recommend this complex, plus, is a dog friendly environment!

Ive been here since July. I love my apartment!! I dont feel like the staff has been rude to me at all considering that I would always call and ask questions when I first moved in. The first day I moved in there was a connection issue with my washer and dryer. I called the office and Tristen was a sweetheart and send someone my way right away. I know Ive only been here a few months but I really like it. The only complain I say I would have is the parking. There is not enough parking sometimes. Other than that, the apartments are spacious and nice. I do recommend.

If I could give a 0 Star I would!!! This use to be a nice place to live until the new management came in! They do not fix anything violate laws by entering with out proper notice . Dont fix the gait that has been broken the entire time they have been here. Change policy with out notice. Put out bright lights that shine directly in to bedrooms then claim they do not even though the person living there is saying it it! The rent is increasing to a rediculus amount. Close facilitys with out notice or an idea of when they will be open. Claims to be pert friendly but randomly took out what had previously been used for the 2 years I was here as a dog run. But they sure will fine you with out notice on new policies. The mane gets make the clubhouse building smell like smoke residents live there this was never a problem before.also the most unhelpful women ever! Take Parking close to the office and screw the residence who live here they are more important. Do not move here it is so not worth the money they change the fees as they want woth out notice! NEVER FIX A DANG THING EVER! Rest cost goes up and up and up with no explanation during lease term and they claim they can change it as they see fit DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER LIVING HERE IT IS A HUGE WASTE OF MONEY AND THE OFFCIE PEOPLE ARE the most incompetent people alive and are crooks who take packages and claim to never have gotten those! Also have you pay a different amount than is no the printed statement and that is all kinds of agains the law!

Almost 90% of the apartments on the third floor have a leak. People in the front office are rude and they never answer the phone. They are always very nice to you until you sign the contract. Termination fee of the lease is extremely high compared to other places because they know a lot of people are leaving Midland due to the oil downturn. If you manage to avoid the third floor and the front office ladies you would be fine. Apartments are nice from inside afterall but their management sucks even after it changed. Saying that, i would check the palms instead.

The tenants are rude and look like criminals the staff are crooks. Nobody knows how to park. My car has been dinged and scratch on several different occasions and the office says theyll look into it
