Renew heights has renewed my hope In humanity for sure. After terrible experiences at our past two rentals, my lady and I were welcomed into this tight-nit community with open arms and warm smiles. Emily streamlined the application process for us and walked us through all the ins and outs with very little setbacks. They were sympathetic and understanding of our situation and are more than willing to work with us as we are temporary set back without a vehicle. God has blessed us here at renew heights. I am so very grateful to reside here :)!

They have all made this move so smooth and easy from getting the verifications needed and signing the lease within a months time with quick follow ups to the moving in process and after hours maintenance request completion. I regularly visit my sister, the pool looks like a swamp and when there is issues with the apartment, which is frequent the maintenance is less than sub par. Also when are you going to fix all the broken mailboxes?

I had an excellent expererience through the whole process. Samba helped me out getting all the requirements and moved me in just in a few hours. Excellent customer service.

The departments are too old and the maintenance ones do not fix anything, if you can take other departments do it but do not renew

I easily made the best choice when apartment hunting back in june. Ally and Brittany have been the most helpful apartment staff that Ive ever dealt with and make everything so easy. I appreciate everything theyve done, and I recommend these apartments to anyone looking for decent rates, spacious living areas and as great an apartment staff as anywhere you can find.

This place is pathetic! Almost impossibly to get anyone on the phone. No one bothers to return your calls or emails. Im sure theyll respond with something like were sorry for the experience you had, please email us at...... Theres nothing for me to call you or email you about and discuss, its as simple as customers arent able to very a hold of anyone on front office. Fix the damn problem. Theres a reason why your ratings are so low!

This is the absolute WORST apartment complex you can live in!!! Please do not rent from here!!!!!! We have FINALLY moved and now they are billing us even more and they lost our keys when we moved out and handed in our keys!!!!!!!! I promise you these people have no idea what they are doing and this place is nothing more than a rip off for a place to live. If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would!!!!!

You pay too much for not enough and the property is poorly maintained. The pool is always dirty. The office staff is nice though.

Sitting in my apartment with my 8month old as hes dripping in sweat thinking maybe if I leave a review someone will actually care to fix these issues. For the 50leventh time my AIR conditioner is out in an apartment with small CHILDREN.I wouldnt move here unless you absolutely HAD TO. I understand people are short handed. The maintenance guys are nice and friendly, but if your short its YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS MANAGEMENT to higher outside help or whatever. Idc. Im paying too much in rent for my AC to always go out every 35 seconds. Not to mention the MANY other things they either REFUSE or are TOO MOENY HUNGRY to fix. SMH

Probably the worst complex I’ve ever lived in. They “loose” your rent or state you didn’t pay enough, then demand you pay excessive late fees and, because you can’t pay with anything but a money order you have no way to prove when they actually received the payment. Over the past two months there have been dozens of police raids which I must assume are related to the mass drug use that goes on. If you ever try to contact the office you are redirected to a call center and they “leave a message” but you will never get a call back. The mass amounts of noise from either car alarms going off, tenants screaming, or blaring music all night will keep you from closing your eyes for more than 20 minutes.If you are a drug dealer or don’t work, you should move in immediately, for everyone else stay away.

I am currently sitting in my hot apartment with the AC broken for the fourth time since being here only about 7 months and all of the phone numbers that I have to contact the offices and after hours are disconnected or not working. SOMEONE NEEDS TO CONTACT ME NOW

Poor maintenance!! If its not one thing it’s another. A/c, dishwasher, boiler, we had water come out from under the bathroom floor for MONTHS before they even came to fix it. Toilet water would raise up and they still wouldnt come until I told them we were going to break the lease. Neighbors smoke weed I am assuming, I have to keep my kid’s away from the living room to avoid the inhaling. They Broke into our car 3 weeks ago, I called in and the lady just said OKAY. And definitely dislike that maintenance/pest control can walkin like nothing without a notice at times. Def looking into a new apartment complex as soon ad contract is over. Oh and “ APARTMENT MANAGER “ NEVER RETURNS CALLS, Super unprofessional of her.

Ok everyone so i have seen alot of reviews about courtyard and its not like how you all are saying it is.. My ex girlfriend and i have lived here at park square and courtyard for 4yrs strong never have we ever had a problem with Christy or Lora they are the most greatest and resonable people we knew. they will work with you as long as you tell them was going on, they are willing to go above and beyond but you have to meet them half way and we were fine with that because we know they were going to do there part. They work hard night and day, day and night to make sure we were at great standerds..THANK YOU COURTYARD AND PARK SQUARE for being my 1st great apartment experience

This place is horrible ! They take for ever to fix any problem. they cut the water sometimes with out even letting us know . there so rude . they threaten to kick you out if your neighbor complains ONCE for exsisive noise sorry that I have a loud TODDLER!! Worst place ever ! I dont know if we can take 6 more months of this ! Looking for BETTER apartments. Do not even waist your time here...

I only recommend these apts if youre desperate. otherwise, turn away. everything about the apts are terrible. can you guess why? maintenance. its one thing after another. from the dish washer to the a/c. the a/c is the biggest problem. our bathroom ceiling has been leaking for months. we call maintenance and they fix it. but days later it starts leaking again. theyve even taken a patch out of the ceiling and had the nerve to leave the hole there for over a month now. weve explained that we have a kid and we dont want the ceiling caving in on the baby one day. yet, theyre still slow to react. all we hear is ill put the work order in. plus the a/c doesnt blow good to begin with while our bill comes out to aprox $150 a month. our neighbors actually went in their own pockets to buy the a/c that you put in the windows.

I wouldn’t recommend anybody to waste there money here when things are constantly breaking and not getting fixed.

The laundry facilities are filthy, half of the washers work okay and the dryers dont dry at all, i had to take my clothes to a nearby laundromat to finish my laundry which its pretty inconvenient for the amount of rent Im paying.

I been living here for 6 months and I already regret living here, in the last month my water had been cut off without any notice and when I call to ask why they said maintenance just turn it off, but when they need the rent they send a-lot of reminders and notice. Please don’t rent in here it is the worst.

These apartments are not recommended They do not have conditions they do not fix anything the manager has no education is a lack of respect it is not recommended these apartments no good no good I do not say it from experience there is not recommended ok
