It’s nice and they did a good job but I’m giving them a one star because the woman who did my nails had over charge me just to get more money out of me. I ask her why was my nails so much and she just said cause it’s that price but, you guy when I went to check there price list it was way cheaper than what I paid. I think she put it for a tip for herself mind you I still tip and she took 1 hour and 40 min to do a short set. Something so basic cost me 65$.

The guy in the first seat is completely disrespectful and rude.. Completely unprofessional. Mine & my daughters lashes were falling off by the next day. I was able to get them fixed but they kept telling to call and go back for my daughters to be fixed. 3 times I went back, called a few times too and kept being told they were too busy. The day they attempted to fit my daughter in, I couldnt leave work. Called them and told them, the guy in the first seat, thought it was ok to hung up on me. Not once but twice. I got in my car and took my daughter to them. I felt extremely disrespected and very upset. He had the nerves to tell me that I had to pay for a fill... and said they have the prices for refills from 1 to 14days for $55. I literally had just spent $265 including tip. They are definitely not worth the price. I highly suggest you save your money and go elsewhere. I was even willing to pay half, and they had the ordasity to tell me it was gonna be $45. Are they crazy! Please save you time and hard earned money. They definitely dont care for providing quality service. Ive never experienced any problems where lashes fall off completely after a day.

First, their prices are high and inconsistent. However, I dont mind paying if I am getting quality service, not the case with this place. I had my nails done and 5 days later half a nail chipped off. Now I work on the computer all day and I am not rough on my nails at all but maybe somehow it was my fault. I went back to have it fixed and they charged me to fix it. 2 days later the same nail literally popped off. I thought maybe just coincidence. I went back for a fill and 6 hours later I was opening a package and there goes a nail again! I had a wedding to go to the next day so I ran back and they told me it was my fault and they have to charge me! I explained I had just had them done and the man in front says it doesnt matter if its a day or more it was my fault. Needless to say I was livid and just left. I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and I have never gone back within a day to have a nail fixed. This place is over priced and the quality of their products are terrible. And to top it off they dont care about their customers. Never again!

Got a pedicure here and the woman did a thorough job and a great massage. The man who greeted me at the door was pleasant and handled a rude customer professionally. The salon is very clean. I would come back and recommend to others.

Amazing work! She took her time and my nails came out beautifully! It also lasted a lot longer than manicures usually do on my hands. Cant wait to go back.

I absolutely am really happy with this spa! I have tried many different places in the area and this by far is the best. My powder dip nails last 6 weeks or more, my pedicures are awesome, my eyebrows look good and when I was getting my lash extensions they looked amazing! I recommend anyone that wants a good job at a reasonable price to come here. I even bring my husband for his pedicure!

I absolutely love this place and look forward to going back. I suffer with low to moderate anxiety which limits my going out and to where. I appreciate the calm atmosphere. The staff are professional and made my experience enjoyable. Some of the services I have never had before, but they explained the difference between them and what if anything I should expect. I went in intending on only getting a full set. Usually, anxiety wont let me stay too long. I ended up getting a full body deep tissue massage and the Dream Dream spa pedicure. I am so satisfied with no complaints 😍🤗😁

I had previously had a gel pedi and was due for a another. This time I was not doing any gel or polish as I need to see a foot doctor because of what appears to be fungus insider the nail. I realized this the last time I was there. Nonetheless I went and thought I would tray myself to a special pedi. I noted that I wanted no polish when I walked in the door and again when I sat. I picked the special pedi I wanted $59. She adds the oil wraps my legs so I sit in anticipation of my special pedi. Then she says it’s an additional $5 to remove the polish. Shouldn’t that be part of the pedicure I ask? No because I am not putting on polish. I did say clear polish would suffice in the beginning because I need to be able to remove it. But what??? A pedicure includes removal of polish they are nickel and diming me. I asked for a regular pedi and walked out

My husband and I asked for a regular pedicure, the water was not hot, barely warm, they took 2 minutes rubbing our legs, the barely scrubbed our feet and 10 minutes later it was done. The worst pedicure ever.

After receiving my pedicure my heels were still full of dry dead skin. After bringing it to the attention of the owner so that they could correct the problem; he said to me you didn’t even pay that much and refused. The service here is very poor I will NEVER EVER RETURN!!!👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 #TERRIBLE

Dip powder nails lasted a little over a week.. now cracking and peeling off. While my nails were being done...staff was all around having conversation in their own language...just not professional at all.

They couldn’t do a marble nail design for their life lol it was rough and I still had to pay so much extra for this baby scribble design .. it’s not ugly but it’s not even close to what I asked for .. one toe they just drew and x lol. The nails and the spa pedicure were not worth the money I paid

First time visiting this salon the salon was very clean however they were very small staffed and the gentlemen that did my nails was snuffing and sneezing the whole time. In these uncertain times thats definitely not a good idea. Although he did do a fantastic job on my nails. The other thing is they did not do fever checks I thought that was a bit odd..

What I Asked For Versus What I Got.

Highly disappointed with the service I received, and I paid extra money for my pedicure just for the lady to not give me a massage that I paid for, and there were customers besides me receiving the same service as me and was still in the chair while I was rushed out. After I went to pay, the manager begged for a tip; after I told him I was dissatisfied with the service, he was very disrespectful and rude and asked why they can’t get a tip. I don’t recommend this place to anyone if they are not going to be truthful with services. People don’t mind tipping if they are respectful and do their job, not trying to take advantage of customers. People work hard for their money so at least do your job.

The quality of this nail salon is low budget! I got a manicure and had to tell my nail tech several times to cut my cuticles. I left a $5 tip and they demanded that I leave more! A tip is a compliment to the service provided and I honestly didnt feel as though they deserved the $5 but I also dont believe in not tipping! I will NEVER go back & I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!

Today was my first time visiting this nail salon. I have been looking for a quality salon with people who arent rude for 2 years. My nails are exactly how I wanted them. My cuticles look healthy and they had an HUGE selection of colors to choose from. The people were nice as well. I recommend.

They greet you when you walk in & talk to you throughout. Elaine helped me, nails look great! I changed my mind about color before she started & she was friendly about it. She asked me a few questions, kept the conversation going.I got a manicure. She upsold me on powder/dip vs gel. No UV light when you use powder. Looks really good, worth the extra money. My nails feel tight (not painfull or uncomfortable), similar to when you get a full set. Sensation fades after a few hours.

Worst pedicure of my life . Wendy only spent 15 minutes on my gel pedicure while my friend who sat next to me got worked on for 45 minutes . So i sat In my car and waited until she was done . There was no pumice stone or massage . Definitely not worth the money and when i said Something i got An attitude back . Go anywhere else in Middletown instead of this place
