I’ve lived here for a little over a year now and have always been extremely satisfied with not only the office staff but also maintenance! Marivel the Community Director is so polite and professional and always gets stuff done! She does an amazing job running this beautiful property! Ismael the maintenance supervisor is also so quick and efficient when it comes to completing my service requests! I am so happy living here that I cannot see myself living anywhere else anytime soon. I definitely recommend this property to anyone that wants to live in an affordable, extremely spacious and quiet apartment community!!

Moving to Las Colinas has been very enjoyable and easy. Marivel is an absolute professional, she made the whole process stress free and was always around if any questions arose. The lead maintenance guy is very friendly and professional as well. We cannot say enough good things about the staff at Las Colinas. The apartments are a terrific value and very unique. We have absolutely no regrets and have enjoyed our time so far in this fantastic community.

I’ve been living here since Feb 2021 and it’s honestly been very peaceful. Aside from it being a beautiful community the management and administration has been nothing but great. They were extremely helpful during the winter storm, gathering groceries for the residents at no cost and maintenance was quick at responding any needs. I recommend to anyone looking for a new and welcoming home!

My mother saying “I have a good feeling about this place” was indeed a correct statement. Having searched Midland for a suitable, secure, well cared for residence has been a tedious task. But well worth the effort. And now we can relax and live without worry thanks to the staff of Las Colinas, especially Marivel whom has gone well beyond expectations of her job title with her kindness, care, and regard for my mother. She takes her job seriously and embodies the golden rule of “Treat others as you wanted to be treated”incredible asset to have here. Very happy thus far with our choice to lease here.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about living at Las Colinas! We wanted a clean, spacious apartment without overpaying, and we found that here, along with the best Community Director, Krystal. Her attentiveness and passion for serving make us not only comfortable that well be taken care of, but that the money we spend on rent is well-spent. Ismael the maintenance guy is prompt, attentive and always up for a laugh! If you dont need the fanciest looking apartment and want functionality along with space, look no further than Las Colinas.

The best apartment experience my wife and I have had! Krystal (property mgr.) has been very understanding and efficient in our interactions. Fast response time for maintenance requests. Complex has a family, homey feel. Many covered parking spots throughout. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I needed an apartment quickly and was having a lot of trouble finding one due to Midlands ever-growing population. The property manager Krystal, is awesome along with Ismael. Krystal is always there to answer any questions that we might have. I love how Krystal has done an awesome job on the landscape, and putting up lights all around the property., and in the swimming pool. Krystal is a property manager that cares for tenants. We have lived here for about 2 months now and we have enjoyed it! Havent had an issue at all since we moved in. We cant thank Krystal enough for helping us make our move easy. She is very helpful and kind and answered all our questions! Its a nice neighborhood to live in, its quiet so thats a plus! The apartment homes are spacious, and i love the high ceilings and fireplace. Also management has great communication if they need to inform tenants about anything important. I definitely recommend anyone to Las Colinas.

It has been a very satisfying experience to live here, the work orders are taken care of quickly, the maintenance man is very kind and helpful, he strives to finish each job always in the best way.Kristal, the manager of the condominium, has been a beauty of person from the beginning, when we moved we were undecided, but honestly the attention that Kristal gave us at that time, convinced us completely that this would be our home.We have little living here, but the experience has been quite good, without plagues, the neighbors very friendly and cordial. I recommend it totally.

Nice calmed place to live at and Kristal is very kind and helpful giving quick follow up on maintenance service orders.

This property manager thought he was above the law by allowing an Odessa based towing company to tow residents vehicles in the early morning hours for expired inspection/registration stickers without providing the required 10 day notice. The Midland Police Department, after doing some research determined the property manager not once, but many times violated State Law, being criminal offense.

Liked this place so much moved here twice. They do have problems like any other older apartments. But the floor plans are different then a lot of the other places, can be a bit pricey but the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful loved walking to the park and looking at all the beautiful homes around. Plus you are right in the middle of town.

I LOVE this apartment complex! The office manager, Mrs. Laura, is so polite and the maintenance is amazing! Maintenance shows up that same day if not then the day after. We just ended our lease there due to financial reasons and I regret ever leaving. Weve had a horrible experience since we moved out. For being young parents you think they would try to take advantage of us but they did the exact opposite! The staff is very respectful and understanding in every way possible. Yes these apartments are expensive but they are the most reliable! Amazing staff and amazing maintenance all around!

If Google had an option for HORRIBLE I would chose it. This was the worst apartment experience of my life. The manager, Kyle Edwards, is incompetent and does not care about his residents. In the 9 months I lived there from May 2012-Feb 2013 in apartment 51, I caught 12 mice. I am a very clean person and have never had any issues with rodents or pests in any apartment before. I told Kyle I thought I might have a mouse in my house and he failed to do anything for 3 and 1/2 weeks. The only reason he did is because I saw a mouse and went back to him again and told him he needed to do something, He then made me wait another week and then I came home and all he had done was put two sticy traps in my house. So I waited a total of 4 and 1/2 weeks and he barely did anything. I had to take care of the problem myself and when I moved out I was still find dead mice. Bottom line is Las Colinas is dirty, old and disgusting. Management does not take good care of the propoerty or its resendents. In addition, the rent is ridiculously expensive for the outdated space it is. I would never wish this place on my worst enemy.

I find it very good that they are remodeling the apartments but what I do not find well is the annoyance that they cause to the tenants the dust does not remove my allergy I think that should be done in the apartments without rent also every day the rents rise more to the tenants after causing so much hassle do not consider
